Thousands of covid vaccine-injured Australians have been given new strength after the Federal Court of Australia recently discussed dates for their class action to proceed.
It has been a long road for the bereaved. They were pushed aside by the government at every turn, and they struggled with repeated submissions in their attempts to get justice through the courts since April 2023.
Queensland GP Dr Melissa McCann re-invigorated the case with Dominic Villa SC who represented the injured at their case management hearing in Federal Court April 24 before Justice Nicholas Owens.
More than 2500 people have signed on to the class action so far. Some have lost relatives and others were maimed by taking the shots.
The joy on the faces of the injured outside court said it all.
Romen Savesk, 39, who suffered heart damage after taking Pfizer’s covid product was visibly relieved.
“I’m fighting this,” he said.
Anthony Rose, 49, whose name headlines the case, braved a packed elevator up to room 19B – but like many he still struggles with his injuries and had to leave.
Just getting there had been a victory for him, he nearly turned back twice.
“It’s great to see the support,” he said.
The father-of-two from Sydney took one shot of Moderna’s mRNA vaccine on 8 October 2021 and suffered severe cognitive impairment, chronic fatigue, altered cardiac function and vision changes among other problems.
Many of the injured were trying to watch the session via livestream but it wasn’t working.
There have been more than 140,000 injury reports for the Pfizer, Moderna and Astrazeneca covid gene-vaccines made to the Database of Adverse Event Notifications since the products were rolled out, and 1050 reports of deaths.
And Labor wants to jab you again?
The official data does not go anywhere near the real number of those killed or injured by mRNA vaccines in Australia, let alone across the world.
Senator Alex Antic revealed the real number of excess deaths coinciding with the Covid vaxx rollout in 2021. Extrapolated to 2026 and the excess death numbers are horrendous, possibly more than 150,000.

Senate Investigation Finds FDA Officials Covered-Up 25 COVID Shot Safety Signals.

In early 2021 — just weeks after the COVID-19 vaccines rolled out under EUA — FDA senior medical officer Dr. Ana Szarfman (a key developer of the agency’s own data mining system) teamed up with Dr. William DuMouchel (the statistician who literally invented FDA’s “gold standard” EB data mining algorithm) to run an upgraded analysis on VAERS data.
Their new method (Regression-Adjusted Gamma Poisson Shrinker — RGPS) fixed a known flaw called “masking” — where signals for one COVID vaccine get drowned out by the sheer volume of reports from the others.
What they found was explosive:

~25 new statistically significant safety signals that FDA’s standard MGPS method completely missed

The World Health Assembly (WHA) is now meeting in Geneva (19–27 May 2025) to, once again, discuss, dispute, push, modify, trick, and finally cheat the “Pandemic Treaty” through a majority of the Assembly vote. All this happened without any transparency, partially behind closed doors. The world’s globalist mandate: it MUST pass, come hell or high water.
Because – let us state this from the start – the globalist cabals objective number one of the infamous UN Agenda 2030 has been and still is a massive reduction of the world’s population. This was expressed already in the Club of Rome’s “Limits to Growth” (1972), and repeated in 2022 by the chief-author of this book Dennis Meadows – see this video clip (about 2/3 down the article).
And what better executing agency than WHO – a public health organization that never was designed to protect public health, rather to decide who must die and who may live; a eugenist organization created by one of the key eugenists, David Rockefeller (1915 – 2017), and financially supported by another major eugenist, Bill Gates.
On Monday night, 20 May 2025, the WHO with 135 members present, 124 (less than 2/3 of the total members (194)) voted for the Pandemic Treaty, 11 abstentions and zero opposition. It is likely that all those who were against the treaty were told to leave the room before the vote. So, the vote looks more genuine.
Since the ballot happened without any transparency, it cannot be discounted that some members were coerced / incited to vote “yes”, with promises of receiving “health funds” from WHO or Bill Gates.

There was certainly no discussion on the vote, but rather in a desperate attempt to “win” this lost case, those who may have been hesitant were shown the door to the room.
WHO could not allow another defeat – lest its reputation and credibility (does it have any left?) was even more at stake than before. So, WHO claims the treaty was sealed.
However, what was really approved is a heavily watered-down version of the original text. The current version is far from the tyrannical original version, which would have seriously violated the member countries’ sovereignty. This would too, but it has an open range for each country to approve with their own legislation, whether or not they want to adopt the WHO treaty, i.e., the WHO dictatorship.
Having said this as an opener, it is opportune to LISTEN TO DR. DAVID MARTIN’S ASSESSMENT, THAT ‘WHO WAS FOUNDED BY THE CARTEL AS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION’.

In fact, prior to the use of most vaccines becoming widespread in the mid-20th century, deaths and illnesses by infectious diseases were significantly reduced due to environmental and lifestyle factors!
My PhD thesis ‘A critical analysis of the Australian government’s rationale for its vaccination policy’ published by the University of Wollongong in 2015 was a culmination of years of work on the control of infectious diseases in Australia.
Yet since its publication, it has been ridiculed, denigrated and censored by the mainstream media, the Australian government, and medical industry representatives.
It explores the necessity of independent research into whether the vaccines being recommended today are safe, effective, and necessary for the protection of the community.
It also reiterates the importance of having comprehensive evidence that it is safe to combine multiple vaccines in the developing bodies of infants.
The government’s claim that the benefits of vaccines far outweigh the risks cannot be trusted due to the gaps in the scientific knowledge and the inadequate monitoring of adverse events after vaccination.
