The Victoria Police operation to catch Deze Freeman has the appearance of a major military-style occupation of a region.
Mike Holt said he had spoken to Dezi Freeman by phone “a couple of weeks ago”, said Freeman was in fear for his life. He said he had been beaten by cops, had two cars “stolen” and had been harrassed not only in him hometown but in other places across Victoria. Holt interviewed Freeman on one of his podcasts several years ago.

WAS Dezi Freeman a creation of the state – a Manchurian Candidate waiting for his final call?

Or was he just a man obsessed with getting justice from a state that was never going to allow him to get his way?

The former scenario has been proposed by “Mickamious”, an X account holder who describes himself as a “libertarian nationalist”. “The more I look into Dezi Bird Freeman, the more I get the feeling that this bloke has essentially been created as a result of the state,” he wrote.

“No, I’m not saying he’s a state operative, what I’m saying is that the government’s behavior is what has pushed him over an edge that has led to the events that occurred in Porepunkah today.

“Anyone can be radicalized, anyone can become a sovereign citizen, but generally it is with cause or as a result of other events.

“There’s a history here from continual police events involving himself that one could almost argue were police harassment, that have led him to becoming the way that he is.

“This does not justify his actions, but it does make one become concerned how many more people are potentially on the edge of becoming like this due to heavy handed police targeting and harassment?”

Freeman’s battle with Victorian authorities goes back to his dispute with Parks Victoria in 2019 over their attempt to block the community’s right of access to Mt Buffalo National Park along the Buffalo Creek Road, Myrtleford.

Freeman, representing himself in court, fought against local Lawyer Charles Morgan and VicBar barrister Timothy Chalke from Castan Chambers in Melbourne, for a year in his bid to uphold the community’s access to Mt Buffalo.

Freeman was taken to court nine times for what he called bushwalking. “It’s an insult to our community and the tourism industry and a gross waste of taxpayers money to even debate our access along a road that has been used to access Mt Buffalo for over 100 years,” he said at the time.

“There have been multiple procedural errors in this case and the course of justice has been perverted. Magistrates are not above the law and I will be holding them accountable for every last law broken and abuse of process that they commit unless they cease their relentless attacks upon me in this ridiculous, vexatious case.”

The stand-off eventually led to Freeman arresting the magistrate under the provisions of state law, when it appeared that Magistrate Watkins was attempting to railroad the case. From then on it was clear that Freeman became a target for the Victorian legal establishment, police and government departments.

“Mickamious” repeated what was already well known: “Friends claim Dezi Freeman had been harassed for months by government agencies and police before the tragic shooting. Another example of heavy-handed policies pushing people over the edge?

“Where is the accountability? He posted a list of Victorian policies fueling tension in rural communities, policies that often become flashpoints for anti-government activists:

• Firearms Regulation Crackdowns •More frequent Firearms Prohibition Orders targeting rural gun owners. •Expanded police powers to seize weapons based on “risk assessments,” often without criminal conviction.
• Land and Property Control
• Native Vegetation Clearing Laws: Restrictions on clearing private land, heavy fines for non-compliance. • Renewable Energy Zoning: Land earmarked for wind or solar projects, sometimes overriding local objections.
• Bushfire Management Overreach: Property access rules, fencing changes, and “fire-ready” mandates.
• COVID Legacy Measures with harsh penalties for non-compliance during lockdown.
• Some rural families faced repeated checks and fines, seen as harassment.
• Planning and Development Rules with tight restrictions on self-sufficient living (water tanks, off-grid solar, composting toilets), clashing with “sovereign” lifestyle choices.

“These create perfect friction points for citizens who believe government is unlawfully stripping freedoms and property rights. What happened in Victoria is tragic,” he said.

“Friends say Dezi Freeman had been harassed and intimidated by government agencies and police for months. How many more Australians have to be pushed to breaking point by government overreach?”

Jim Rech, a Commonwealth Public Officer who assisted Freeman at the Wangaratta court, related an incident in relation to the Dan Andrews misprision of treason court case in Myrtleford on December 17th 2021.

“It was falsely reported on a certain web radio program that Dezi Freeman was, after being assaulted by a gang of police members and ‘arrested’ on a false charge, was put in a paddy wagon and taken to Wangaratta Police Station so that he could not enter into the Myrtleford court house to make an arrest on the sitting Magistrate Dunne who was to hear the Andrews case,” said Rech.

“True facts are, after Dezi was king hit from behind and thrown to the road surface falling forward on to his face as a result sustaining facial injuries and grazing to his body in an unprovoked attack by state hired thugs, he was handcuffed and then frog marched 400 metres through the centre of Myrtleford town to the local police station in an act of public humiliation in an attempt to bringing disgrace on the Freeman family who have been fighting for truth and freedom from harassment in the local community for years now.

“His wife Mali Freeman also sustained physical bruising to her arm by the police while attempting to help her husband as he was being dragged away by what seemed to be at least a dozen police.

“Dezi was detained and interrogated for at least two hours and then released without a charge and then he walked backed to the main body of witnesses with his injuries clearly evident, who were there to attend the court case of Dan Andrews whose case was struck out without being heard while Dezi was in unlawful custody – a huge travesty of justice.”

  1. Government represents big business, and big business hates competition. They can’t compete with likeable people. At the end of the day, it’s all about feelings, since we’re only human. Being likeable is a real privilege, and it’s also a real threat to government. They understand all too well, that populism counts for everything. The mob rules. Little Aussie battlas love to gun for the underdog. Now we have big techers like Peter Thiel and Curtis Yarvin basically trying to undermine western democracy. Their argument is: we can’t get what we want – so democracy has to go.

Don’t know much about Dez, just heard about him in passing. I’m impressed by anyone who can live independently from the system, standing on their own two feet. Even more impressive if they can be likeable and sociable at the same time, and form allies and networks. Resistance fighters, we don’t hear much about that kind of thing in Australia. A polish nun poisoned fifty SS officers, and killed 47. A bunch of women committed a mass poisoning in Rome and killed the emperor at the time. A telecommunications engineer in Australia stole a tank and mowed down some 5g towers. Jason Vale did four years for spruking the benefits of apricot kernels. Gary Brabham did six months for raping a girl. Now they want to introduce harsher punishments for teenagers. This comes after the vaccine rollout, and a wave of excess deaths, to which the government says: excess mortality has returned to pre-covid levels just about, it’s just that more children and teenagers are dying now. And they try to ban social media to stop them from talking about it. Hmm.

Everything is way too compartmentalised. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. How many people know that the town of Lismore was kicked out? Probably not many, considering there was a total media blackout. There needs to be a platform where everything is on the same page so to speak, organised, mapped out, clarified. We need the creative intelect of people like Mark Lombardi perhaps, although I’m sure he died for his art. Aaron Swartz, who co-founded Reddit, was another fighter who died too young.

I tried to find a Reddit thread with Dezi Freeman and Ryan Meuleman in the same thread, and there wasn’t a single one. Unbelievable. That’s how they get away with it half the time. People have timelines, a beginning and an end, so why aren’t high-profile people being profiled as such? The media lies. It’s really our own job to do. Not that you want to be too effective, like friendlyjordies, who seems to be succumbing to death threats.

SBS had an article on a chinese-australian sniper who apparently killed over 200 in Gallipoli. It’s A.I generated content. And it’s a fake story. Just look at his parents. At least A.I is easy to spot. The eyes are always dark.

By the way, I like this website. It’s one of the few websites that keeps reoccurring in search results when I’m looking for inconvenient truths. It’s not so easy to find things now. Lucky I spent most of my life wasting away on the internet when it was still working properly. Lucky I remember things. Like the Andrew Hamilton case where a person’s right to run from police was actually upheld, strangely enough. Victorians probably need a reminder after new police powers were granted recently. I’m guessing some high profile people want to retain their right to run, just in case. Like human trafficking diplomats, for example.

When the search engines are being difficult or obtuse, at least it gives away what is being concealed. Smartphones are being misappropiated. Very hard to find a good guide on how to remove sensors. Can’t even own a phone jammer as of 2023. All in line with the conspicuous 5g rollout. Firefighters in America proved in court that 5g towers were detrimental to health. A school managed to have a tower removed, after a bunch of people got cancer.

Can’t even own a bullet-proof vest in this country. It really is a police state.

Curious to know just how many transvestites are politicians in this country. But that’s another story. I feel like it’s related to the English child kidnapping/deportation scheme. Because certainly that was being run by a hord of English sex offenders, and no doubt, those offenders went on to have families, whose members are occupying positions of authority to this day. That’s why none of those crimes were ever investigated, and never will be. Expose the 28? I highly doubt it. Even Nicole Kidman’s father is a totally obscure subject. Someone could surely be monetising the wild west that Australia is right now. But media is under tight control. We need a new network of some kind.

  2. What happened at Porepunkah reminds me of Port Arthur….the NZ mosque attack….the Queensland cop killings….all carefuly arranged and very similar in basics????????

  3. “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?”

“Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?…”

“The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation….” The Gulag Archipelago, 1918-1956
    by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

    “The real situation”.
That’s what the JEW does when they have a free hand.

That’s why they want a disarmed population, so they can just round up anyone, anytime with impunity. A monopoly on power and control and life and death.

  4. In case anyone missed it earlier;

    “Zersetzung”

“German for “decomposition” and “disruption” was a psychological warfare technique used by the Ministry for State Security (Stasi) to repress political opponents in East Germany [Soviet] during the 1970s and 1980s.”

“Zersetzung served to combat alleged and actual dissidents through covert means, using secret methods of abusive control and psychological manipulation to prevent anti-government activities.”

“Among the defining features of it was the widespread use of counterespionage methods as a means of repression. People were commonly targeted on a pre-emptive and preventive basis, to limit or stop activities of political dissent and cultural incorrectness that they may have gone on to perform, and not on the basis of crimes they had actually committed.”

“Zersetzung methods were designed to break down, undermine, and paralyze people behind “a facade of social normality” in a form of “silent repression”.
(wikipedia…of course they want us to believe none of our “governments” would be practicing this kind of thing now)
    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

They can make up anything they want, they can conjure up any
document/video/images they want, they can make up any back story, they can edit the history on the internet, they can do pretty much anything they want and present it as official fact. And insist it is beyond dispute.

The judges are part of it, the lawyers are part of it, the schools and media is part of it.
This is the “reality” beyond the veil of deceit and window-dressing they put up.

ZOG Franchises of the world. JWO.

  5. By now must be nearly 1000 cops up in the mountains, there must be an outbreak of lawlessness in Melbourne, under cover of the bad weather, perfect for torching chop-chop shops, car-jackings, knifing etc, the usual Melbourne stuff. Or are they all just mooching around as normal with no cops supervising. The Vic cops had better organise some crimes soon or some of us might stop believing we need so many.

  6. “All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed they must rely exclusively on force.” George Orwell.

  7. If it’s true that the PM was in the Australian Communist Party as was his Father and Grandfather – and that this same PM puts his full support behind the Communist State Victorian efforts to hunt down a man who had confirmed weeks prior that he was mentally stressed from ongoing Police harassment and bullying, expecting more of the same and worse, then taking a self defence response when they turned up on his door – then this is the Australia we live in now.

They will hunt people like dogs.

    That’s what Communists do.

If Australia wants to turn itself around, then first it needs to clean out the rot in Government service.
The police need to turn on their own.
If police officers do the wrong thing – get rid of them.
    Don’t turn a blind eye.
They give the rest a bad name.

We saw the (accidental) camera footage from a neighbours house of the violent kicking and bullying by a police officer of a nude, mentally unwell woman. He didn’t know he was on camera.
    He was a thug.

A uniform does not make a person honourable.
    Their actions do.

My guess is the Victorian police actually want Desi dead.
    Dead men can’t talk.

  8. After watching how the Victorian Police treated Victorian civillians for doing nothing but peacefully protesting the covud lockdowns I would not believe one word they say. They are a gang of thugs who know they are above the law and can do whatever they want and will get away with it. I absolutely believe the police are out to exterminate Dezi and nothing will stop them. Who shot the two cops was it Dezi or the cops we only have the cops side to hear where is his wife to tell her Husbands side of the story. Alot of unanswered questions as usual and we will never get any answers. I hope the people of that little town are watching the police to make sure the wife and kids are ok. The cops will do anything to shut her up and even threaten the kids for her silence.

  9. If the High Court will jail people for just writing a letter of complaint about their lawyer, here is what happens when you stand toe to toe with Lawfare.
Who out there actually remembers Australian History? Ned Kelly ring a bell?

  10. As they say, ‘One mans’ freedom fighter is another mans terrorist’. Vicgov did ‘get away’ with their COVID crimes to date and are no doubt very keen on keeping it that way. Bullying and intimidation were their main tools throughout the poisonation of the nation. Many ‘sovereign’ rights have been stripped away or what we had thought were our birth rights. Only 1st nations have them now according to the uniparties. ‘Second nations’ never get a mention only insults when they complain as being racist right wingers, sadly in the late process of being mongrelised out of existence and extincted. Big stakes but only true Aussies see it.

  11. Aren’t Sovereign Rights no different to Common Law Rights?

Australian Courts violate the Magna Carta by not allowing us to choose a common person to represent us instead of an expensive Bar Lawyer that are too expensive for the average person to afford to commence legal action against government wrongdoings.
I would like to see Kings Council free legal aid made available no different to what illegal migrants are afforded when they contest their deportations, paid for by the government in the High Court of Australia for Australians to be able to contest Local & State government decisions that affect their lives miserably .

  12. The recruiting drive for cops in the UK probably a couple of years old now, the cops at the back not talking, presumably still learning Strine, should not be too hard for some of them but the step down in “class” will disturb them deeply, probably going to need counselling.
Today in Perth they have big signs out warning they will frisk you for knives.
Random frisking by foreign agents now mainstream.
The crooked gov’t is so scared of this August 31 thing.

  13. Went to pick up some parts today from the RH and decided to have a burger in the Air-conditioning as it was 40° up here. Sat down and the box was on 7 spews, ( I don’t have TV where I live) the ch 7 charlatan spewed out that mother and son had been arrested and there were 400 cops on a man hunt. And said that 2 cops were shot by the gunman, 5 seconds after this they said Shane Farlap and Don Bradman will be on display together.

Does anyone actually listen to the vomit on MSM anymore?

A, SW FL and DB are all fkn dead, and 400 cops out looking for 1 man?

And how can 7 spews say the gunman shot 2 cops?

I’ve seen the military at a shooting range and my mate runs a range where cops get assessment and training. We both agree if they are aiming at you, stand still and you be safe.
( did the cops shoot the cops?)

Anyone that has mustered stock would realise that you wouldn’t need 400 people to muster including whipper snippers flying about ( with heat detection) people need to stop using Google and become practical again!

I don’t know enough regarding the situation to comment further, however I know you can’t trust the police or MSM or the rotten scumbag politicians.

  14. Looks like he stood up against masons who pushed this man to the limits. They are trying to destroy this family. Dan Andrews killed many with covid shots.

  15. What happened to the case where Daniel Andrews drove into a kid his bike putting him in hospital for 6 months?
