Step ONE: Promise EVERYTHING, even though you have delivered NOTHING (Except debt and destruction, and the HIGHEST cost of living) over the last 3 years, and have NO intentions of delivering ANYTHING in the future.
Step TWO: Deny EVERYTHING, even though you have DESTROYED the economy, delivered the HIGHEST DEBT and HIGHEST cost of living in Australia’s history.
Step THREE: LIE, LIE, LIE,….manufacture LIES, PROPAGANDA, and MISINFORMATION about your oppositions’ past and future policies, and your OWN dismal record, past, present, and future!

C Duck: any email correspondence is admissible in a court of law. One;’s name must be in all lower case,, as even proper English-upper case/lower case- is actually a transmitting utility, so you don’t go there.
In LEGAL jurisdiction, if you hire a lawyer you are declaring yourself incompetent, simply because you are not Member (it is, I am told, a reference to the male appendage, chuckle, chickle!) of the private BAR Association, and are not a qualified lawyer, so are incapable of operating in their private jurisdiction.
And that LEGAL venue can only gain their jurisdiction via CON-TRACT, as it is a commercial venue that is only interested in gaining whatever it can of your goods and chattels.
An interesting one is a man trying to get kis kids back.
The trick is to demand the return of your property, as the wife and kids, LEGALLY, are a part of the man’s Estate, and therefore are his property.
That is why he is responsible for both the wife and the kids’ upkeep.
And the LEGAL marriage CON-TRACT is actually null and void, because the undisclosed third party is the government, who made it legal.

It made me think about the legality of oral instructions, (unsigned) non-verbal directions given to governments, their service contractors as in councils, electricity supply and electoral authorities via their recorded telecommunications.
Also accepting as one’s own, computer generated signatures on electronic documents prepared by conveyancers when purchasing realestate — the elimination of paper trails, the total capitalisation of Christian and surnames on the body of land titles, when on copies of birth certificates provided conveyancers for identification the Christian names are lower case.
Ahhh!, Cataclysmic Duck. Such a clever Dick. I would say you would sign your resignation from the electoral roll as you are signing a document that is admissible in a Court of Law.
Without any such signature your document will likely have no applicability, and so would be of no effect.

I have been aware that when signing onto the voter rolls one gives up certain Powers of Attorney.
This man says that when you do that you give up your rights, essential to it being that a CITIZEN only exists to serve the government, and has no rights, only privileges-one reason being that governments cannot give anyone rights, as were are all born with unalienable rights, in the first place.

I don’t wish to deregister from the electoral roll, bob. I actually vote! I make a point of enjoying my useless and lawful pleasure of registering my “Fk U All” vote instead of numbering each candidate.
It’s just that the MSM don’t report it because I’m in a minority and they won’t encourage enlarging it.
Not to mention it would be highly problematic if millions of such votes were to be registered in an election held to legitimise our demise.

Good question. But the other question is: “How trustworthy is the AEC?”
The first is pointless without knowing the answer to the second.
Daviddd22: when you go on the voter roll you sign the form. So the lowdown is that anything you sign is a contract, so the best thing is to never sign anything.
The out is that full disclosure has not been given, so the contract is void, but you must tell them that, else they will just potter along as usual.
So you must resign from the rolls, in writing, and then you are free.
Simple, really, so go and do it.
And you are not stuck, as you said in another post, with the elected politicians for the next three years, or whatever.
You can, if you can get a majority (big call!) in your electorate to withdraw consent, as the people in Cheran, Mexico, did.
These pollies are only contracted when they are sworn into office, so if they are in breach of contract, they have no right to remain in office-and they are imposters anyway, as they have never taken the proper Oath of Office.
Once again, you have to call it out.

Thanks for publishing my recent lengthy piece. I have to say that Australians are, largely, not unintelligent, but they can, likely, just be massively uninformed.
Governments have been said to be “very good perception managers”, and they are, all pollies being trained in how to present in the media, and the mainstream media repeatedly telegraphing the same messages over and over, beating their users into submission with this repetition, and never properly reporting on any issues, the ABC being a prime suspect.
I once read that the number of times you have to repeat a lie, for it to become believable, and entrenched, is 64,200 times, something easily achievable via the mainstream mass media.
And as they say in the Bible: “My people perish through lack of knowledge.”

Thus it seems that councils have banking status, as they charge high interest rates on unpaid rates, which at last look were around 11.5%.

Given the above, seemingly Bank, status of your local council, several issues come to the fore.
Geelong Council (COGG INC) is in receipt of some hundreds of millions of dollars of constituent funds, paid into Council coffers as municipal rates payments.
This being so, the relevant people are subject to a number of duties, those being:
Fiduciary Duty:
The COGG finance people and all other people at COGG dealing with constituent-sourced monies have a Fiduciary Duty in the management of those monies/funds, in that all care must be taken in the management of those funds.
The fact that COGG seems to be perpetually-and over several decades, it seems-it seems that the relevant people at COGG may well be in breach of that Fiduciary Duty in regard to that “always in debt, need to sell off publicly-owned assets to pay of debt” scenario.
This always-in-debt situation could be construed as a serious breach of the relevant COGG operatives’ express Fiduciary Duty, necessitating some serious examination.
A forensic accountant’s examinations of all relevant COGG financial dealings, to determine the exact nature of the process by which those debts were incurred, seems to be a valid option, and may need to cover a period of as many years as these debts have existed.
Duty of Care, Due Diligence, and other matters:
If local constituents are to be asked to keep making substantial rates payments to the COGG Corporation, it seems necessary that the above, Due Diligence and Duty of Care matters ed to be addressed, and that the suggested forensic accounting process be undertaken.
In regard to matters financial and local councils, FULL DISCLOSURE, which is a necessity in any financial undertakings-the signing of contracts, taking of loans etc.-is an absolute and inescapable necessity in all matters related to Council finances.
The constituency cannot reasonably be asked to underwrite the debts of their local Council if that Council is to remain perpetually in debt, so Full Disclosure of the financial status of Council is necessary, and can be done by the forensic accounting method , or by producing the Annual Audit that is a legal requirement and which is conducted, every year, I have often been told, by the Dun and Bradstreet accounting firm.
Failing the production of those audits, the comprehensive forensic examination should likely take place, and is something that the paying constituency might like to see.
Furthermore on finances: a highly-qualified source, a former US supreme Court Justice and financial expert, has told a very interest thing about elections, that being that when people go to vote, they are undertaking to underwrite the debts the elected government incurs.
It appears, also, that certain powers of attorney are surrendered when enrolling to vote.
Full disclosure of the facts is required should the latter two claims actually be the case.
As per the Full Disclosure necessity previously mentioned, the failure of government authorities to disclose that fact, if it is indeed a fact, may have serious consequences.
If this is the case with Council and their perpetual situation, Full Disclosure has not been given, and could result in a misleading practices claim under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) which all local councils are subject to.
Councilor Non-Disclosure Agreement:
Please also remember that it seems, from a friend in a country Victorian shire, that councilors, once sworn into office, are made to make a non-disclosure agreement with the council corporation.
Said friend says that rumours abound in that Shire, this rumour having been the subject of a number of alternative media podcasts.
This rumour does seem to have some plausibility.
