So the CoVID Regime has brought in ‘this new process of discontinuance’. In cases where a verdict would go against the Regime / militarised police because of unlawful mandates like lockdowns and injection with a bioweapon, assault and battery etc. – there is this new option where the lawfare of the state can simply be ‘discontinued’.

Among the Western nations I’ll bet Australia isn’t the only country where the courts are playing this type of legal weasel game with victims of CoVID crimes, robocops, the medical genocide.

This sounds very much to me like ‘Biden our time’ until that WHO Pandemic Treaty is in place. The provisions of the treaty will legitimize CoVID crimes of the Regime and ex post facto allow for criminal prosecutions of victims like Nick Patterson.

The Regime couldn’t get a criminal conviction under present laws, so in the time of transition, the judiciary may well be instructed to discontinue the cases the Regime can’t win because its actions make it liable to criminal prosecution. Just wait until the new legal framework is in place. Then all the CoVID crimes 2020- May 2024 are legitimized. Then they can reboot these cases and lay new charges.
