VicLabor claimed Monica Smit conducted an “illegal fundraiser” and this is the result.
The result is good…and bad. I was found guilty on 3 of the 4 charges but the punishment was only $1,500 (max could have been up to $70,000).
Some might say I should be happy with that, and part of me is…however, I did nothing wrong and didn’t deserve a conviction at all. Our arguments were sound, and we should have won.
I actually think the magistrate did the best he could in his position. The trial itself was done properly and respectfully. Maybe giving me such a small fine was his way of being merciful and doing what he could. I think he knew I was being persecuted for political and personal reasons and maybe he even felt sorry for me…but his hands are tied.

The government waste especially since their “Covid” has been – wait for it – egregious, there I said it and like yeah-nah I swore I never would. I think if they wasted and stole so much money in a muslim place they would get their hands cut off. Our governments just keep getting worse with their interest rates lies, global warming lies, necessary war lies, and their infrastructure of lies such as the AEC who also pulled Clive Palmer and Craig Kelly through the wringer for other fake infractions like some writing was the wrong font and whatever. These types of people like to hold others to much higher standards than they hold themselves.
As others have written they are demolishing the whole country bit by bit and trading self reliance for debt. It’s mind boggling what they’re doing to Australia.
Anyone who places any store in Monica is wasting their time. I know thta from first hand experience.
Yes, Monica is suspect, and I know this from first hand experience, having enlightened her and her husband to the unlawfulness of her COVID charges.
The husband knew nothing of what I was telling him, and asked me to write it up-but fat chance, mate, as you two have a massive platform and are ignorant in the extreme.
And their lawyers should have told them the charges were all unlawful duds, but don’t let that get in the way of making a good buck.

In the press conference with Brett Sutton CHO vic when asked by a reporter if the vax mandates applied to court staff he stated catagorically NO!
That there were “legal impediments” and “constitutional protections”
That meant that they weren’t included in the mandates.
Court staff includes, all judges, magistrates, lawyers, barristers and the such.
What that means is that the Judges were bought off to find for the governments unlawful and deadly Covid Vax agenda.
BTW. He also admitted that federal and state MPs were also exempt.
So with all this it’s pretty clear that you won’t find any justice in the judicial system.

From a false statement made by police, a driver is convicted of an ‘offence’, then when the matter arrives in court the motorist is penalised even more, to crimes of rape or murder where the assailant walks free, only to further commit more crimes.
To the lay (uneducated) person this may not only seem illogical and preposterous but a gross miscarriage of justice.”…………………………”
I had a peek inside a qld courtroom recently and observed that the logo behind the judge was granted to qld in 1893 – before federation in 1901, by queen Victoria. As qld and all other states are listed as a corporation these days, then State courts are also privately owned corporations. Our prison systems are also privately owned for profit corporations so I wonder how many judges have a stake in keeping Australia’s gaols full?
Mon will keep losing until she renounces her affiliation with the BAR. Her total submission to their courts is sickening & I was at the Melbourne magistrates court to support her 6 months ago but it was a complete waste of my day & I won’t bother again. She is either very cunning or very stupid as I tend to lean towards the latter sadly as Mon could have used her high profile for good. Wasted opportunity if she is with us.
