Well Russia did not want to grant asylum to Snowdon according to an interview between Pilger and Putin. He just landed at the airport in Russia from Hong Kong supposedly on is way to Latin America but his US passport was cancelled and the Latin American country withdrew its offer so he was stuck in the transit area of the Russian airport for 39 days. After that Russia granted him a temporary visa and it went on from there.
If only Assange had done a runner then as well and not stayed in London.

Just saw on ABC news that the trial is finished and the judges have reserved their decision on whether Julian can appeal again. They should just throw it out and free this innocent man.

Julian is a political prisoner, even QEII said when asked to intervene.. she said she coul not intervene in a political matter. In which case, what is happening should be null and void.

The good news is that I have now gathered enough evidence to charge the Commonwealth of Australia with all the crimes and treason I have uncovered, and I have filed an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus in the Supreme Court Brisbane. In other words, EVERY man and woman in Australia is bound to obey the Constitution, and failure to do so is TREASON.
