55 thought on “Assange appeal update from UK High Court”
  1. The Brits, French and Germans have followed their US handlers right into fascism.

Where’s the opposition? Nowhere to be seen, just like in pre WW2 Europe.

  2. Well Russia did not want to grant asylum to Snowdon according to an interview between Pilger and Putin. He just landed at the airport in Russia from Hong Kong supposedly on is way to Latin America but his US passport was cancelled and the Latin American country withdrew its offer so he was stuck in the transit area of the Russian airport for 39 days. After that Russia granted him a temporary visa and it went on from there.

If only Assange had done a runner then as well and not stayed in London.

  3. Tucker Carlson weighs in on the Julian Assange case, with input from Stella Assange…

  4. Folks, we’re witnessing the last throes of a collapsing Empire. We’re literally dealing with a gang of International Luciferian Mobsters. Even the Mafia has FAR more principles and integrity than these people (apologies to the Mafia). Did anyone doubt that it would turn out this way?

  6. Why are the Australian politicians so interested in assisting Julian Assange now, after letting him rot for all these years??? I smell a rat – what are they up to??? Politicians have no altruistic aspirations. Their allegiance is, in the end, to themselves.

  7. cataclysmic duck: “Assange is being judged in a Royal Court that is an extension of the Royal Household”

Right on! The House of Lords needs to attend to that matter seeing as how the House of Commoners chooses to ignore it. lol

  8. commenter RN
I always thought Bradley Manning “lost his nuts” to try to get to stay in the ladies prison but maybe there was more to the deal, there could be so much going on here I dare not speculate

  9. zzz3856

What you’re implying is valid, as Assange is being judged in a Royal Court that is an extension of the Royal Household.

Will the judges overrule their monarch?

  10. Just saw on ABC news that the trial is finished and the judges have reserved their decision on whether Julian can appeal again. They should just throw it out and free this innocent man.

So many protestors there and among them Andrew Wilkie from OZ.

Julian is a political prisoner, even QEII said when asked to intervene.. she said she coul not intervene in a political matter. In which case, what is happening should be null and void.

The prosecution main argument was that people were harmed by the information and spies exposed.. which is total rot. Julian himself did not hack any computers at all. He was doing his job.

Well we will see if Justice prevails or not.. and if not, what people will do about it.

  11. Are you sure you are not a Democrat in disguise? Ed

How can we be sure you’re not?
The way you keep defending the genocidal DJT is certainly ‘suspicious’. Hmmm… could be construed as a ‘disguise’.
And BTW, ‘Ed’ how well did your treacherous, lying hero DJT and the US ignoring the Paris Climate talkfest pan out?
Last I heard the US is still a proactive participant in the society destroying scam…

  12. “I just want to know why Dutton and 41 other libs and nats voted to deport Assange to his certain death in Amerika. ?”

lol Clearly to fulfill our illusion that there is an “Opposition” in Australia. Blind Freddie knows it’ll make absolutely no difference who voted which way.

  13. “What is he in for, 99 years of solitary ? Who knows.”

We know what he’s in for! He’s in for PUBLISHING the truth without a “licence”.

He’s being crucified as an EXAMPLE to anyone else who might feel entitled to publish the truth without being “authorised” to do so.

Assange’s greatest crime is that TOO MANY PEOPLE PAID ATTENTION to his evidence, otherwise he’d have been dismssed as just another “crackpot”.

  14. I just want to know why Dutton and 41 other libs and nats voted to deport Assange to his certain death in Amerika. ? What absolute bloody c___s they must be to condemn a man who exposed US war crimes. Manning has long been released, albeit after losing his nuts but ‘he’ leaked that vid, Assange just posted it. I am sure there are plenty of Oz war crimes in the closet so maybe that’s part of it and our unholy allegiance with the great Satan, Zionist America. We do pander to the Zionist lobbyists down under in every way as well and war has always been their favorite game. I recently saw evidence of the use of white phosphorous on a Gaza woman whos whole face had been fried but she lived. All in our name due to our silence, like the Ukro artillery killing civilians in Ukraine, arty shells being another major contribution from down under. In the original constitution I believe it had stipulated warfare would only be conducted in the defence of Australia but Whitlam changed that to allow our participation in Nam and Oz has been a mercenary army without honour to America ever since.

  15. As far as I can recall, Russia didn’t offer asylum to Assange, the only place he could get it was Ecuador, Snowden must have been a much higher value proposition than a guy from Queensland who just invented a type of dropbox.
Next thing some handy regime change “came about” in Ecuador and Assange’s sentence for treason began. What is he in for, 99 years of solitary ? Who knows.
    Who knows anything.

  16. “Assange Judge Worked for MI6 & Defence Ministry

One of the two High Court judges who will rule on Julian Assange’s bid to stop his extradition to the U.S. represented the U.K.’s Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) and the Ministry of Defence, Declassified has found.

Justice Jeremy Johnson has also been a specially vetted barrister, cleared by the U.K. authorities to access top-secret information.

Johnson will sit with Dame Victoria Sharp, his senior judge, to decide the fate of the WikiLeaks co-founder. If extradited, Assange faces a maximum sentence of 175 years.

His persecution by the U.S. authorities has been at the behest of Washington’s intelligence and security services, with whom the U.K. has deep relations.

Assange’s journalistic career has been marked by exposing the dirty secrets of the U.S. and U.K. national security establishments. He now faces a judge who has acted for, and received security clearance from, some of those same state agencies.

As with previous judges who have ruled on Assange’s case, this raises concerns about institutional conflicts of interest”

  17. Pat from Vic – just noticed your very first comment… re Julian should have gone to Russia when he had the chance.. Yes, I bet he is thinking that too.

…. Or even picked the Russian Embassy instead of the Ecuadorian..

I hope they don’t extradite him. Can the US or the UK really afford that kind of publicity especially with all the other shonky things they are presently involved in and have been involved in that are now becoming more widely known?

Julian was only doing what good investigative journalists do – he himself did not access of break into any computers, national security was not breached – just that the US ended up being caught out doing the wrong thing.. so this is really all about spite.

  18. Looking through some of this some people don’t even vaguely understand fundamentals, this is even before we venture into the Admiralty law stuff.
-1- The US election is a selection, both selected contenders are owned to some degree or another, by freemasonry, banks, CIA or whatever, so THAT is your CHOICE, the red owned or blue owned. There is no independent !!!
-2- Politicians in Australia campaign and then when elected some get sworn into the ministry, at this swearing in they stop being the servant of their electors and start being the 100% minion of the King via the Governor, who by the way is an army guy, will he have his term extended into SEERS 2025, wait a few more months and we find out.
Going into the cocoon of the ministry is like morphing from a cute caterpillar into a nasty killer moth. Their job to slowly, imperceptibly tighten the noose.
-3- They can only commit treason if they go against the will of the king ( army ) or assist foreign powers, things like that, you sheeple count for nothing. In that case Julian Assange is essentially being held for treason. There is no treason against the sheeple of Australia but you can call them traitors. If their first allegiance is to Freemasons or whatever, are they actually traitors or just foreign agents ? They look like sheeple but they are not sheeple and they want you dead.

  19. Pat from Vic

Yes Pat, we’re both referring to the same miserable spoiled, braindead little doom & gloom leprechaun who was granted overnight fame, and almost Sainthood, following her well-rehearsed, prepared script, which she recited when pretending to attack her treasonous, humanity loathing sponsors and friends from the despicable Davos crowd; who apparently stole her childhood while she was busy playing truant from school.
I guess she therefore speaks with authority when she tells her moronic worshippers they must believe in and trust ‘The Science’.

  20. Alan Vaughn said – “… Saint Greta of Thunberg, the climate crisis goddess of fear, doom & gloom.”

… not to be confused with Greta Thunderpants, the borderline autistic teenager born with the proverbial silver spoon in her mouth, who loudly bemoans the “theft of her childhood” as she sails around the world on her F*CKING YACHT.

  21. daviddd2 said – “… it seems that since 40% voted for the Voice…”

… but it’s not what it seems.

Almost 4 million refused to vote in AnAL’s BS fake “Voice” referendum – that PROBABLY translates to a big “NO” for the BS “Voice to Parliament”.

Of the remaining population, given we have around 6 million Australians under 18 years of age, then somewhere around 16 million people must have participated in AnAL’s BS fake “Voice” referendum.

And we’re TOLD by the utterly corrupt and sold-out shyster AEC that the BS “Voice to Parliament” was rejected by a margin of 60 / 40, which would translate to 9.6 million NO votes versus 6.4 million YES votes.

Couple those figures with the 4 million abstainers, and we have a REJECTION ratio of 13.6 million AGAINST versus 6.4 million FOR AnAL’s BS “Voice to Parliament”.

Just based on those rough back-of-the-envelope calculations, that’s ACTUALLY a 32% “vote” FOR AnAL’s BS “Voice to Parliament”, not the 40% that the AEC WANTS us to believe.

    But wait – there’s MORE!

We already KNOW that the AEC is the most CORRUPT CROOKED LYING CHEATING SCHEMING DOUBLE-DEALING TWO-FACED PACK of GOAT-RIDING BS artists on the face of the planet, so it’s a reasonable guess that AT LEAST 50% of all those alleged YES votes were FAKE, just like in EVERY OTHER “election” that the AEC is even REMOTELY involved in.

Which would reduce the alleged YES vote to a MAXIMUM of 3.2 million (and that’s being generous), yielding just 16% FOR AnAL’s BS “Voice to Parliament” and 84% AGAINST.

    Which IMO sounds about right.

Know your enemy, folks. These bastards work for a hostile foreign CORPORATION, not for us.

  22. Rich you are certainly getting a hammering. Part of your comment,

“the American’s have long memories and unlimited funding to secure anyone who tries to escape their justice,”

The problem I have with this phrase is, there is no justice in the US, as it is with Australia, since our politicians unlawfully created the Corporation of Australia.

  23. Ed: “150 million yanks must be dumb akin to half of Aussies believing in climate change”

Well, I wouldn’t be surprised. The cowboys like their stereotyped Hollywood style heroes, they grow up on them.

As for us Aussies, it seems that since 40% voted for the Voice someone certainly has their ear. You reckon it might be the American cultural imperialism we’re importing that’s got us imitating silly buggers?

  24. “Most people don’t like to admit when they were fooled.”

Oh dear! And I was so looking forward to a fire sale of TrumpMedbed certificates when the rabble gets a whiff of Trump miraculousness. lol

    https://trumpmedbed.com/

  25. Wow your monologue indicates 150 million yanks must be dumb akin to half of Aussies believing in climate change, which incidentally DJT has ridiculed since 2016. Wonder why DJT and the US ignored the Paris Climate talkfest? I mean dear Malcolm T did turn up at it. Are you sure you are not a Democrat in disguise? Ed

  26. Daviddd2. At a political level you are correct. That is the reality. However, applying the law equally is a different matter. Justice should not turn a blind eye on the basis of a person’s or organisation’s power, whilst pursuing a weaker person or organisation for an identical (alleged) offence.

  27. daviddd2

Ahem, methinks you may have missed the point. Quite the opposite on my reading.

Thanks david, you obviously understand how the true ‘deep state’ and the WEF et al work and how adept they are using mega doses of pure hopium and false gods to fool the masses.
Another classic example of how these false idols influence so many gullible, yet otherwise quite smart people people is Saint Greta of Thunberg, the climate crisis goddess of fear, doom & gloom. In reality she’s nothing more than a befuddled high school dropout with a raft of emotional and psychological problems, yet many people who believe and are frightened by the utter pseudoscientific fearful baloney she hysterically spews, worship the ground she walks on.

It couldn’t be more obvious how they deployed Trump for that purpose, yet amazingly millions of unfortunate, very naive people still don’t see the elephant in the room. They cannot ingest enough of his hype. They’re addicted to his lovely, rosy coloured hollow promises and lies.
On the other hand, deep-down they probably know he’s nothing but a loud-mouthed shyster and full of it, but their pride forbids them from admitting they were duped by all the pomp and ceremony; even to themselves.
Most people don’t like to admit when they were fooled.

  28. Cov/vax symptoms = radiation poisoning symptoms = shedding phenomenom.
the V give off unnamed bluetooth signals 24/7 = dying badly.

  29. advaustralia said – “In other words, EVERY man and woman in Australia is bound to obey the Constitution, and failure to do so is TREASON.”

… and the penalty for Treason is DEATH.

We have a small problem, though, inasmuch as Australia is under HOSTILE FOREIGN OCCUPATION with PRIVATE ARMIES of HIRED MERCENARIES entrenched in every Australian state and territory.

IOW, they don’t work for US, they have no allegiance to our country, they don’t follow OUR Constitution nor do they give a rat’s arse about it, and THEY have all the GUNS.

So while your words have the ring of TRUTH, the question for you is the same as that for ALL Australians – exactly WHAT are we going to DO about it?

And just BTW, you’d best be watching your back. That old adage is just as true now as ever – dead men tell no tales. Just ask the Trains about that.

  30. templar1066: “Julian published this material, as did the New York Times and the Guardian.”

True! Except NYT and the Guardian are “licensed” and “approved” sources. Assange breached the “information monopoly” and that’s a big no. no, in our Western kleptocracies. The rest of the accusations are simply theatre to protect the monopoly.

  31. What appears to be ignored here is the fact that Julian Assange did not commit the offence of ‘leaking’ confidential US material. This was done by Chelsea Manning. Julian published this material, as did the New York Times and the Guardian. No different from the publication of the Pentagon Papers. No charges been made against these newspapers? A two-tiered justice system.

  32. Where is the live television broadcast of this hearing that is of international importance? We the People have a Right to know if Julian Assange is being tried according to the Law of the Land.

  33. Irene Laird: “Alan Vaughn….your support of the evil cabal that is running America is amazing”

Ahem, methinks you may have missed the point. Quite the opposite on my reading.

  34. Irene Laird

I suggest you read about the “good” he did while in office and balance your opinions!

Thank you Irene. If you’ve really read ‘so many’ of my comments you’d have read the bits I often mention about his deluded followers. Your comment confirms them thus I rest my case.
IOW: WAKE UP Irene you’ve been well and truly CONNED by his hyperbole (as I was once myself). ALL of it BS.

Until about July 2020 I was possibl;y his most devout Australian follower and (deluded) worshipper. I woke up after the LIE he told about defunding the WHO and his Operation Warp Speed genocide agenda, which he’s still very proud of. What’s taking you so long to see through him?
And BTW I DO NOT support the deep state cabal, which your idol: Trump is also a member. Yet you refuse to see it.

  35. Well… here’s another Aussie in the same boat as Assange… although perhaps not in as much muck as him. Like Assange, I have been persecuted because I am exposing the crimes and rampant corruption in the parliament, judiciary, police and all other sectors of our society. I’ve been fighting against a corrupt judge and court in Melbourne who seems to think she can override our Constitution, and the laws under our Constitution like the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Read it here, especially Article 19(2), as it directly protects my rights (and yours) to speak and act without fear of being silenced.
    https://commonlaw.earth/index.php/meetings/what-is-common-law?view=article&id=26:intl-covenant-on-civil-and-political-rights&catid=20

The good news is that I have now gathered enough evidence to charge the Commonwealth of Australia with all the crimes and treason I have uncovered, and I have filed an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus in the Supreme Court Brisbane. This is my third attempt…. the previous two attempts proved that Judges (not judges) are untouchable and able to do anything they like because they are above the law, according to their Rules of Court. Also, the leaders of the AFP, the CDPP and all Parliamentarians are protected from any accountability for their actions. This goes directly against Constitution Clause 5, and it is TREASON to do so. Clause 5 says: “5. This Act, and all laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth, notwithstanding anything in the laws of any State;”

In other words, EVERY man and woman in Australia is bound to obey the Constitution, and failure to do so is TREASON.

As for Rich, if you are not actively part of the solution, maybe you should keep your mouth shut until you have something positive and constructive to say.

  36. Fast forward 2024 what he did then we see on a daily occurrence today. CN and every other alternate media platform is keeping us all updated on factual events including atrocities and like it or not genocidal killings in Gaza. Have a look at Max Igan’s videos, some showing leaked Israeli military footage of helicopter gun ships shooting at the running crowds from the festival. Another where citizens are lined along a pit then shot by uniformed personnel( disclaimer this one lacks a little detail but still real). Thing is there are media channels everywhere showing those that want to know the reality in the world. No MSM will show the hard facts or the black ops of a Western bureaucracy but then again it’s not a one sided operation, it’s dog eat dog out there.
A minority of us crave to know the truth, but turn to the person next to you, family member or just friend (the majority) the normies (those with limited opinion) their only mission in life is a cafe latte and off to the gym in the morning.
If the US only mission is to make an example of him it will be the second biggest mistake they have made along side the imposed Russian sanctions that have only crippled the EU and some of the west.

  37. What Assange did in exposing the Beast system is right, but the ‘beasts’ don’t like it, they want their revenge as is befitting those who are lacking in empathy and compassion.
Just watched a Club Grubbery video with Graham Hood interviewing Dr Tim Jennings of Come and Reason Ministries (19Feb). It’s the clearest explanation I have heard of the good vs evil system we are in.

  38. Alan Vaughn….your support of the evil cabal that is running America is amazing, particularly as our Government, to the detriment of Australia, is brown-nosing them all they way.
I have read so many of your comments about Trump that are so full of spite they could have come straight from Killary’s mouth. All I can say is if the cabal, who also had the media and judges on-side, hate him and fear him so much, to persecute him relentlessly for years. Then the strength of the man to endure it all and keep moving forward, is admirable.
I suggest you read about the “good” he did while in office and balance your opinions!

  39. Rich – I think its you who keep your mouth shut about something that you obviously know very little about or get your news from some BS rag or other.

The embassy was Ecuadorian and all was well until a government leader puppet was installed by the US there.

As Irene so aptly said…”The reason the world is in the mess it is in today is because TOO MANY ” people kept their mouth shut, and their opinions to themselves”.

And you Rich are among the above!

  40. Rich

If Assange had kept his mouth shut and his opinions to himself and got along with his hosts, then he would not be facing deportation to America, would he?
Yeah Rich… Or, your idol and superhero Trump the mass-murdering narcissist could have pardoned him or just ordered his release back to Australia instead.
However unsurprisingly, he wanted nothing to do with it – offered a typical politician Judas style ‘no comment’ to the media and his supporters. And you and the rest of the deluded fools think him and his army of mythical ‘White Hats’ will save the world if when he’s re-elected.
God help us if IT ever is.

  41. Rich…the words from your mouth come straight from the main-stream media and your knowledge of Julian Assange goes no further than the utter garbage they have fed into the minds of the gullible.
You said “If Assange had kept his mouth shut”, well that says it all! The reason the world is in the mess it is in today is because TOO MANY ” people kept their mouth shut, and their opinions to themselves”.

  42. Rich: “In my limited opinion, this time, he deserves whatever he gets.”

    Aye, laddie, limited it is!

  43. Oh dear Rich, you are some special kind of thick. Ecuadorian embassy not Peru. He was a grub of a guest was he. So that is what sent them over the edge after years of quartering him at the embassy. Alas Rich, I suggest take a booster and settle down. Keep reading the “terror or the Stupid Mundane Horseshit” newrags because you need to be told what, how and when to think and definitely not why.

  44. Imagine Assange in Russia…the western New World Order and corporate Washington DC/US would be in an uproar and would use that for the excuse to run their 3rd World War.

  45. Although I feel for Assange, it seems very likely that he will be getting a free trip to America soon – the American’s have long memories and unlimited funding to secure anyone who tries to escape their justice, however long that might take.
Assange was a silly bugger, he sought legal protection in the Peruvian Consulate? and then treated them like an arrogant shit, so in the end, they threw him out and he got caught by the English Police- Justice System and here we are.
If Assange had kept his mouth shut and his opinions to himself and got along with his hosts, then he would not be facing deportation to America, would he?
In my limited opinion, this time, he deserves whatever he gets.
