There was however a Civil War back in the day, not about slavery (as the minions have been led to believe) but about the rights of the sovereign states. Keep in mind that most of our politicians too, have all been installed, particularly in the major parties, or should I say uniparty. When was the last time rank-and-file
members of political parties have had a say in who is preselected as candidates for their own electorates? Even the smaller parties have fallen into this trap with hardly a complaint of the party installation process.
