He declares himself an Aussie but, for his own SAFETY, he has NO CHOICE but to go to the Russian Embassy for personal protection! The Australia I grew up with in is long gone. Probably has dual citizenship, recognised by both Australia and Russia. Plenty of Aussies have dual citizenships, either by birth right or parentage. Nothing unusual about that.
In Australian jurisdictions he is considered an Australian, in Russian jurisdictions he’s considered Russian.

If it is indeed possible for the public to start a prosecution , why not have the individual policy enforcers charged with dereliction of duty and breach of oath of office. Bring the fight back to them PERSONALLY.

I am sorry CN but I am in no way convinced this individual is authentic at all. How come he is holed up in the Russian Embassy in Australia when he declares himself an Australian? Is that an each way? Real Australians don’t have that access. He is just another bought and paid for in my eyes. Taxpayer funded.

Australians are not allowed the right of self-defense as a matter of dictate from the UN / Aust Communist state. As an Australian, Cossack might have that right in law, but he suffers with the rest of us in being denied that right de facto.
I do not believe for one minute that Russia is going to guarantee Australian rights as they certainly do not guarantee rights like that for the different ethnicities of Russian Federation (very few of which I might add are European ethnic Rus – largely genocided by the Ashkhenazi Red ‘Russians’)
