I know this is off topic, but to all those who thought, were convinced, that Friedrich Merz in his speech to the German Parliament on the 27th of February had a frightening important message for the world:
It is now the 28th of September. What happened on the 24th of September? NOTHING.
I said that Friedrich Merz simply misspoke and meant to say “the 24th of February” instead of “the 24th of September”.
Some reacted irrationally, like this one, a classic:

I will very honestly admit never heard of Italian lady so I did a bit of researching. Views are conflicting like every bloody politician. So the conclusion that can be drawn by me is not one leader of any country or MP/governor supposedly representing the people can be trusted. Till they actually prove otherwise. I don’t understand all of what you say, and note you don’t always agree but the underlying theme is what counts. You all care for humanity, which is a stand out. Thank you for your constant knowledge sharing, now lets do something about it.

Having observed Meloni for a considerable period of time – well before she was ‘installed’ aka elected – I have not been fooled for a instant. She is such an Ardern clone it is almost scary. So many parallels – right from each of their Socialist Party beginnings. Their professed love of family values, democracy and equanimity blah blah blah.
The playbook she is using is IDENTICAL to the one Ardern used when she was also ‘installed’. Believe me. “Oh isn’t she womderful?!” people cried. Until they actually began crying tears of pain. Meloni is no more ‘for the people’ than Ardern. But don’t take my word for it. Just watch and wait for the mask to slip.

Very idealistic, The FI still believe than an election in Italy that they “won” means they get to set policy and manage said policies for the good of Italians will be allowed to occur. The bad news is, Brussels will call the shots by withdrawing funding, introducing possible export tarrif reductions on Italian goods and services and thereby cause the FI to fall into disfavour and be replaced.
Italy, Greece, Spain and to a leser degree Portugal all rely on staying within the good books of the EU, step out of line and they turn off the spigot.
The UK with their BREXIT strategy had the right idea, but that has been handled shambolicaly, even though they actualy had the ability to exit the Union succesfully.

Well, history tells us it was bound to happen eventually. Inflict tyranny for long enough and even frightened little people will turn on their torturers.
What we all need to understand now, before it starts, is that there can be no forgiveness. Listen to Adern as she/he demands global censorship. These people cannot be swayed from their course, and they are incapable of recanting their positions or feeling genuine remorse. This is because they are psychopaths. They are hardwired to destroy freedom and life, and their only cure is death. When the fightback commences in Australia, any call for leniency on captured tyrants will attract the same justice the criminals receive.
