FIVE prominent online talking heads have come together in a forum called The Chamber, to thrash out some of the pressing issues of the day, including most importantly the so-called Duty of Care Bill (Online Safety and Age-Appropriate Digital Access Bill 2024), which contains jail sentences of 12 months for Australians found to have failed to comply with standard statutory requirements.
While the Bill does not propose multi-year sentences for “hate speech” it does propose fines reaching up to $109.2 million for a platform “failing to maintain a safe online environment”, which will be exclusively up for the minister to rule on.
A “safe online environment” will allow an ideological Labor minister to declare a range of online platforms, including this one, “unsafe” for publishing controversial political views, such as anti-LGBTQ+ content and, according to our panel, even opposition to climate alarmism.
The chamber hosted by Queensland YouTuber Brodie Buchal alongside Scott Challen of The Australian Lobby Group, Joel Jammal and George Mamalis of Turning Point Australia and independent unionist Edward Schuller, for another unfiltered discussion on the biggest stories of the week.
Also what about all the people who cannot get credit cards or do not want them – so many people cannot access their online games such as Steam games stc because Albanese and his ID Law and being forced to have a credit card but so many people can’t get credit cards including pensioners, disability pensioners etc.

Anthony Albanese has just introduced the most dangerous attack on free speech in a generation.

If my powers of observation serve me properly it seems to me that I just saw Albo, Dr Dimwit, the Atorney General and some other forgettable labour minister with a platform call Pauline and One Nation a dangerous threat to democracy and national security. That speech from political heavy weights has incited the hatred of thousands of rabid lefties to be violent, threaten violence and make death threats to Pauline to the point that the AFP have warned her not to go to her own public campaign speeches. It’s just too dangerous.
I think that fits the bill of being a hate group don’t you? At the very least it’s reckless of them to target a political adversary like that. At the most it’s a call to arms and banned hate speech that is worthy of prosecution.
