As for woke, Dr Lindsay was able to cast a great deal of light on to the topic, for instance, explaining how the term “critical constructivist epistemology” was the academic definition of woke and practically how this ideology has been entrenched in our institutions.
Dr Lindsay also explained how President Trump’s anti-woke agenda has met fierce resistance from institutions and corporations. It will take a slow-moving counter revolution to reverse the inroads of woke ideology over the past 75 years, he says.
“It is a world view, it is a totalizing way of viewing the world,” says Dr Lindsay.
