For nearly three years Cairns News has reported this travesty by the Australian Attorney General’s office for bowing and scraping to the former corrupt Biden Administration, holding pilot Dan Duggan in jail until the US can get him extradited.
Dan Duggan had done no wrong under Australian law until former socialist Attorney General mark Dreyfus changed the law so they could continue to hold him in jail without charge.

It’s always good to have a precedent that the Courts can later follow. It opens the door to bigger and better things. Just what all guverners like. Can’t wait for this sort of sht to spread to the general population. Point a finger at someone and send them away for a few years, innocent or not!

Dan Duggan has already lost 3 years of his life in an Australian gaol! And last I heard he’s done no wrong as far as Australia is concerned. Australia’s ‘legal’ process itself has itself been turned into punishment! Its politics no longer distinguishes between innocence and guilt.

Will Dan’s wife or his lawyers please issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to release him from custody and brought to a court with the jurisdiction he is entitled to, ie: a Common Law Court with a Common Law Jury? I take it that he did not Consent to a Judge-alone / Summary Proceedings.
