ADF top brass ignored safety standards for Taipan helicopters and now they’re trying to hide it: Senator Malcolm Roberts

Beyond simple funding gaps, the medical, psychiatric, and legal challenges confronting veterans reflect deep-seated systemic failures.

The government and “top brass” of Defence are failing to manage and “mend” those who have served.

Standards are ignored. The MRH-90 Taipan helicopter crash is a primary example where warnings were reportedly ignored, leading to fatalities.

There is a disconnect between the “top brass” and rank-and-file members. The government overriding the findings of the Senate inquiry into Defence honours and awards is evidence that the concerns of service members are being ignored.

The veteran community is feeling “lost and broken,” struggling with loneliness, anger, and vulnerability. The Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide provides a backdrop to this desperation.

The “shambles” within the ADF leadership threatens the security of all 27 million Australians. By betraying the “heart” of the ADF, the effectiveness of the entire force is compromised.

These failings are killing people.

Senior levels of the Australian Defence Force must be held accountable.

And until this is addressed, this issue will never be fixed.

4 thought on “Systemic failure of government killing our soldiers: Senator Roberts”
  1. When will Senator Roberts stop using the words SYSTEMIC FAILURE? It is NOT a failure by Govco, it is PLANNED DELIBERATE DESTRUCTION OF THIS COUNTRY AND ALL THE WHITE ANGLO SAXON HETEROSEXUAL PEOPLE that inhabit it.

  2. The brilliance of Charlemagne’s point-of-sword “tithes” tax system is not to be underestimated but the money would not have all funnelled to the Vatikan, thus in the Holy Roman Empire a number of German and French nobles added to their wealth over the centuries. When the royal line was deposed in the French Revolution their memories were long and their revenge also done slowly, so the French got the N’Apollyons and eventually vast numbers were led to their death in Russia, expendable to the maximum degree. The N’Apollyons were not even French, they were from offshore, and their greatest claim to fame the utter futility of their Russian campaign, where around half a million soldiers were sent and only about 5% returned in combat-ready condition. This set a new benchmark for elites vs. commoners.
Nowadays we have the fake news story of Chinese military superiority. China is still trying to make jet engines, I presume the turbine blade metallurgy defeats them. They also can’t make the advanced computer chips. They must be desperate to get into Taiwan and the TSMC which manufactures for Nvidia, AMD, APPle. The “Intel” brand was moved to Israel, eyes roll. In practice this means they will be defended, despite whatever theatre goes on. Russia reportedly gave the Persians their EMF bomb and Lord Muck’s SkyNet was debilitated.
The local cops here now have mini EMF devices along with their old sonic and microwave devices. Tasers are so 20th century. The weapons are vaguely known about for decades then eventually tested in battle, always some proxy war going on somewhere for the purpose, and China is so far behind in technology they can’t do anything. Putin could EMF Kiev anytime he wants but it’s a proxy war with Europe. Ukraina is crisscrossed with so many pipelines and of course pumping stations the only targets left are old ladies in their apartments.
To pretend it’s a real war they get soldiers and various battle wagons, and now drones galore, to turn the commoners against each other.
Orwell said something about Eternal War, by now he should be celebrated as a prophet.
I can safely assume the soldiers aren’t taught about this !!!
I think the US has horror weapons in development that we can hardly guess at, drawing on the resources of Tesla and Paperclip, and those that followed all the way up to DARPA, well known to have spawned G666gle and Amazon, but the bot easily yields more:
    .
    “Some major examples:
    Qualcomm
    — founders developed wireless communication technologies with roots in federally funded defense research.
    SpaceX
    — benefited from DARPA launch programs and military space partnerships early on.
    Palantir Technologies
    — grew through U.S. intelligence and defense analytics work.
    Boston Dynamics
    — originally heavily DARPA-funded robotics research.
    Siri (Apple)
    — originated from the DARPA-funded CALO AI project.
    iRobot
    — robotics company connected to DARPA and military robotics programs.
    Anduril Industries
    — defense/autonomy company built by people from military-tech ecosystems.
    OpenAI
and other frontier AI firms indirectly benefit from decades of DARPA-funded AI research traditions dating back to the 1960s.
    Oracle
    — relational database development was influenced by ARPA/DARPA-funded university computing research.
    Sun Microsystems
    — emerged from DARPA-connected Stanford networking/computing environments.
    Cisco
    — commercialized networking technologies that evolved from ARPANET/internet infrastructure research.
    VMware
    — virtualization research traces back partly to federally funded computer science ecosystems.
    .
Major technologies with DARPA roots that became entire industries:
    the Internet / ARPANET
    GPS
    stealth aircraft technologies
    voice assistants
    autonomous vehicles
    modern computer networking
    drone/autonomy systems
    machine learning research
    graphical computing interfaces
    packet switching
    .
    DARPA’s influence is usually indirect:
    fund risky foundational research,
    universities/labs develop prototypes,
startups or large companies commercialize them years later. That model has shaped much of Silicon Valley.”
    .
So there you go, and just by the way note Sun Microsystems’ logo is a sort of black sun ( saturn ) type of logo shaped like a swastika but the cops have not stopped them about it as far as I know.
The Germans already infiltrated England back at Charles 1 ( Named for Charlemagne and before that Clovis ), the two world wars were commercially propelled vehicles supporting various other agendas.
    .
I can safely assume the soldiers aren’t taught about this !!!

  3. SOLDIERS ARE LOOKED UPON AS EXPENDIBLE WAR FODDER AND THEY ARE SUPLIED WITH EQUIPMENT BY THE LOWEST TENDER THE GOVT CAN FIND, BRICKS IN THE WALL MENTALITY.
