So, who are the “bad guys” and who are the “good guys”?
The assassination of top Iranian leaders never had a chance of bringing about a revolution in the country, according to Rami Igra, a former senior Israeli Mossad official. He told RT in an exclusive interview (RT 24 March 2026), the US-Israeli strategy of decapitating Iran’s leadership in the hope of sparking a revolution was a “miscalculation” that has failed to destabilize the Islamic Republic. He also stated that those who expected Iranians to take to the streets after the killing of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and other senior officials were “greatly disappointed.”
Mr. Igra continued,
“People don’t understand what a revolution is. You need a popular movement – there is no popular movement in Iran. You need local leadership – not [Reza] Pahlavi from Los Angeles,” referring to the exiled son of the last Iranian shah who has positioned himself as an alternative to the country’s current clerical leadership.
President Trump may have listened to the former Mossad agent, and / or he may be smelling a rotten fish and backing down from one of his most horrendous “promises”, striking and obliterating Iran’s power network with Israeli-US aerial attacks. He has ordered a “ceasefire” of sorts, delaying for five days the planned strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure, claiming “very good and productive” talks with Tehran are under way and will continue through the week.
This time the threat does not refer to Iran’s “nuclear arsenal” but rather to their move to close the Strait of Hormuz which Iran controls, for all enemy ships. Not for those of friendly nations.
Remember, some 20 to 25% of all hydrocarbon the world uses as primary source of energy floats through the Strait of Hormuz.
Yet, political observers doubt that Trump’s “5-day pause” has anything to do with “well-going talks” to re-open the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian officials insist there is “no dialogue between Tehran and Washington,” describing Trump’s statements as a flagrant lie, an attempt to cool energy markets and buy time for his military plans. Tehran has warned it will target regional energy infrastructure, as well as desalination plants on the Gulf States on the other side of the Persian Gulf, if US attacks resume. These countries’ survival depends on desalination for drinking water and on (electric) energy made from petrol.
President Trump contradicts himself within the space of hours. In his Truth Social post announcing the postponement, he said the US and Iran had held “very good and productive conversations” over two days about a “complete and total resolution of our hostilities in the Middle East.” In a subsequent call with CNBC, he described the discussions as “very intense,” said they would continue through the week, and voiced hope that “something very substantive” could be achieved.
It is more likely that those who call the shots on the war – maybe the City of London? – are more interested in an “intermediary” profit-taking than in a quick solution to the war.
The Kobeissi Letter (TKL) is a reasonably credible news outlet, showcasing technical and financial analysis on the S&P 500, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Gold, Bonds and Options. TKL reports on “X” that within ten minutes from the time Trump said that the US and Iran had productive discussions on how to end the war (about 7 AM on 22 March), the S&P 500 surged 240 points, adding literally US$ 2 trillion to the market. About 27 minutes later, Iran completely denied all of Trump’s claims, saying there has been no contact between Iran and the US.

Trump Lies, Iran Goes on Offensive

Last night, only hours after Little Big Man said Iran had “one more chance for peace” while lying about talks with Iran to manipulate stock and oil markets, Iran rained bombs down on special session of the Israeli Knesset in West Jerusalem forcing the bloodthirsty child-killing inbreds to run for cover.
Iran also hit the key military and intelligence centers of Negev and Ramat Gan in northern and central Tel Aviv as well as Israel’s southern military logistics and command headquarters in Beersheba last night as part of the 79th Wave of Operation True Promise 4.
Kuwait, the al-Sabah family fiefdom where US bases are used to attack Iran, saw extensive damage and heard the most air raid sirens since the war began. Saudi Arabia shot down over 30 drones headed for the Red Sea port of Yanbu, where the Saudis are using a pipeline to bypass the Strait of Hormuz. The ExxonMobil Samref refinery in Yanbu has already been badly damaged. There was also a huge explosion at an oil refinery in Port Arthur, TX the cause of which is being kept very quiet by authorities.
There are no talks with Iran. When you bomb a person’s country during negotiations, as the US did 24 days ago, trust evaporates quickly. The Iranians have said that they will now decide when the war ends. So while Little Big Man and his pack of sycophant vile-tongued losers are busy lying, simultaneously licking their wounds and Israeli boots and begging for peace; Iran has changed its tactical military posture from defense to offense.
The financial markets are being manipulated to stave off a stock market crash and $200/barrel oil. The Financial Times has reported a $580 million frenzy by insiders shorting oil markets just before Trump’s lie that he was talking with Iran.
Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf denied any talks with Washington, sending global stocks lower and lifting energy markets again today. He said this fake news was being used to manipulate oil and financial markets and help the United States and Israel “escape the quagmire” they are in.
Israeli air defenses are running out of interceptors, the supposedly vanquished Hezbollah continues to land rockets in northern Israeli settlements, those “decimated” Iranian air defenses have now shot down an F-35, three Israeli F-16s and destroyed an entire fleet of KC-135 refueling planes, the Strait of Hormuz remains closed to all ships not trading in Chinese yuan and the USS Gerald Ford aircraft carrier – the newest in the fleet – has limped into Crete after a “fire broke out in the laundry room”.
Regarding the latter calamity Iran’s “decapitated” Revolutionary Guard Command stated, “The dispatch of this vessel to the region with the uproar and extensive propaganda of American military officials and Western media, and its questionable exit at the peak of the war in the media silence of the arrogant American military officials, cannot hide the desperate and humiliating state of the American and Zionist warmongers.”
The IRGC went on to mock the imperialist devils stating, “ What kind of military giant is this that faces a crisis and is forced to leave the battlefield due to a fire occurring in its laundry room?”

Invoked “Hannibal Directive” Given on October 7, 2023. Hamas Attack Was a False Flag.

On 7 October 2023, Israel itself killed her own people.
Israel’s former defense minister, Yoav Gallant, admitted that Israeli troops were ordered to invoke the “Hannibal Directive” on 7 October 2023, leading to significant Israeli casualties. With “hundreds” reportedly killed by Israeli forces. His admission raises questions about the justification of the subsequent Gaza offensive.
The Hannibal Directive, also translated as Hannibal Procedure or Hannibal Protocol, is the name of a controversial procedure used by Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to prevent the capture of Israeli soldiers by enemy forces. It means that a dead Israeli is worth more than a captured Israeli.
The fallout from 7 October 2023 is now further complicated by these revelations that a significant number of Israeli deaths were caused by Israeli forces themselves.
While 1,139 individuals [official Israeli statements to this day refer to 1,200] in Israel were killed during the 7 October 2023 Hamas raid on Israel, it is now clear that many hundreds of these Israeli deaths were caused by Israel’s Defense Forces (IDF) themselves, not by Hamas.
Investigations by independent journalists and international bodies suggest that at least ‘hundreds’ of the Israeli deaths were the result of the Hannibal Directive, nullifying the justification for the Israeli Gaza offensive. See this and this.
This Hamas attack was well-planned years ahead by Israel’s Mossad in combination with the secret services of the UK, MI6, and the US, CIA. Remember, Hamas itself is an original creation by the secret services of Israel, UK, and US. Therefore, Israel was not only aware of the attack to occur on 7 October 2023, they triggered it and knew the time when it was to occur. According to Israeli border guards, they were ordered to abandon their duties for about seven hours, beginning in the early morning of 7 October.
With this admission of Yoav Gallant, it is clear the Hamas attack was what you might call a “False Flag”, planted by Israel, giving them a pretext to start the genocidal ethnic cleansing in Gaza for the reasons that we now have confirmed by President Trump’s statement that the US would take over Gaza, rebuild it into a resort strip and that the remaining Gazan citizens – some 1.6 to 1.8 million should be resettled in Egypt, Jordan and Europe for a “better life” – free of the risk of being killed in a war. Trump’s words.
This latter part of Trump’s statement more than insinuated that if they refused to leave Gaza, the war, the atrocious mass killing, would continue.
What Trump did not say is that the US takeover would effectively give the US (possibly shared with Israel) access to the probably trillions of dollars-worth of gas reserves offshore of Gaza.

The admission statement by Israel’s former defense minister, Yoav Gallant, was the first public acknowledgment by a senior official of the Hannibal Directive’s application to both soldiers and civilians. Fire from Israeli helicopters, drones, and tanks targeted fleeing vehicles, including those containing Israeli civilians.
One of the most tragic incidents took place at the Supernova music festival (close to the border with Gaza), where helicopters fired on attendees, creating confusion and panic. At least 364 people were killed at the festival. Several survivors of the festival later testified that they witnessed how Israeli helicopters were shooting at the festival.
This revelation annuls the justification of Israel’s military offensive on Gaza, which has resulted in 60,000 to 70,000 of Palestinian deaths, plus hundreds of thousand seriously insured and maimed people. These are official figures. But unofficial estimates by Palestinian Health Authorities and international organizations put the figure of killed Palestinians at 120,000 to 150,000.
Over 90% of all Gaza housing and infrastructure – hospitals, school, roads, markets, community centers — was destroyed at the time when the current ceasefire began on 19 January 2025.

Under these circumstances, President Trump’s, hand-in-hand with Netanyahu, announcement of the US taking over Gaza – as in taking over Greenland, Canada and the Panama Canal – is an absurd whitewash of the Zionist-Israeli genocide. Iran is letting ships from India, Japan and other countries use it.
So there is no need to “liberate” it.
That’s not what the imminent U.S. attack is about.
And it’s certainly not about Iran seeking an atomic “weapon of mass destruction.”
That’s been the cover story to distract attention from the long-term U.S. plan that’s underlain its foreign policy for the past century.
The aim is to control Iran and the oil trade behind it – who can buy this oil and who can be denied access to oil and gas – and even more important, the export revenues from this oil trade.
This is the “final” conquest in the U.S. game to control and weaponize the world’s oil trade: To seize Iran’s oil and turn it over to either a client regime (Trump has said that he wants to select the new ruler personally) or to U.S. companies – and then to use the chaos in the Arab OPEC countries to impose the same control over them.

The only ‘negotiations’ being held are using Pakistan as the mediator.
The terms set out by Trump are so untenable it is unlikely to gain any traction.
One could argue this ‘military exercise’ as Trump sees it, set in motion by the US-Israeli warmongers, merely serves the original purpose of Colonisation of the entire region, a 40 year plan, so there actually is no appetite for a genuine resolution.
The rest is just mind games and trickery.
