While the expected blast against PM Albanese from Donald Trump did not occur, at least publicly, Trump slipped a deserved barrage into Ambassador Kevin Rudd.
While Rudd had made some terrible claims about Trump, so did Albanese but Trump let him off the hook.
Albanese had the upper hand leaving mineral mining aside, as the US military continues to set up bases across Australia in readiness for the probably bogus China threat.
Former Liberal PM Scott Morrison had already broached mining with Donald Trump in 2019 and June 2025 so Albo was able to slide in on his coat tails.
But we won’t hear this story from the ABC or the Guardian while they continue to protect the Communists of the Labor Party and their destruction of Australia.

I wish someone would tell Trump, that Elbow is Australia’s Joe Biden. Now that Australia is the 53rd State, it might be a good idea to make Krudd, the Australian Ambassador to China. Otherwise, he could end up being Prime Minister again.

Kevin Rudd is a cis white bigot who was apologised for the stolen generations. He did it as a public relations exercise for white audiences, in the most inexpensive way possible: by apologising, but not offering reparations. That cis white colonizer therefore deserves to be removed from the ambassador position.

I agree with that nice Susan Ley that Krudd should be removed from NY ambassador job, he could make himself useful in China since he loves speaking Chinese, he can get some more practice.
