When host Patrick Bet David raised questions as to why one of the most sophisticated intelligence apparatuses in the world apparently failed to detect the attack, Kirk said he had the same questions.
“I’ve been Israel many times,” he said. “The whole country is a fortress. When I first heard this story – I still have the same gut instinct that I did initially.
“I find this very hard to believe. I’ve been to that Gaza border you cannot go 10 ft without running into a 19-year-old with an AR-15 or an automatic machine gun – an IDF Soldier right?
“The whole country is surveilled and so so let me let me just kind of go through this.
“We don’t talk about Israeli politics very often and most Americans don’t know this. The last nine months Israel was on the brink of civil war – it’s not an exaggeration.
“This judicial stuff – there were there were hundreds of thousands of Israelis taking to the streets because Bibi Netanyahu is basically redefining the Israeli Constitution.
“That’s not an exaggeration right, he said the judicial branch has too much power there were protests planned this week against Netanyahu where they anticipated tens of thousands of people to take to the streets.
“That’s all gone Patrick. Netanyahu now has an emergency government and a mandate to lead. I’m not I’m not willing to say to go so far that Netanyahu knew or there is intelligence here, but I think some questions need to be asked. Was there a stand down.”
The Israeli media itself began asking questions about the sudden absence of security on the southern border as early as November 2023.
It also subsequently emerged that the IDF had been given the “Hannibal directive” when it finally did respond to the attack – that is, an Israeli military policy aimed at preventing the capture of Israeli soldiers by enemy forces – at any cost.
This resulted in IDF helicopters randomly shooting people fleeing from Hamas and seeking to escape from the area.

On Yom Kippur the infamous Kol Nidrei takes place, almost always explained away to the public as a blessed ceremony of begging God for forgiveness for oaths that were violated, contracts that were broken and promises that were not kept in the past year. The trouble is, that pious picture is a phony.
In truth, Kol Nidrei is a ceremony whereby:
1. All the perjury you will commit in the coming year and
2. All contracts you will sign and violate in the coming year, and
3. All the promises you will break in the coming year
— are absolved, with no heavenly punishment accruing as a result.
That’s the reality of Yom Kippur’s Kol Nidrei rite, and it’s one reason why Yom Kippur is the best-attended of all of Judaism’s synagogue ceremonies. Talmudists like to have an edge and during Yom Kippur that entails making God a senior partner in the sting.

The major thrust was Don’t Blame Israel! But the Jewish Council acknowledged “Palestinians, like all people, have the right to live in safety & dignity.”
Cairns News could have the honour of elevating this to a full story in a World-First proposal! It’s a bit long for a Comment, given expansive international jurisdiction solutions for World Peace. Peace Train, the Cat Stevens classic, is “dreaming about the world as one”, and John Lennon’s Imagine says “And the world will be as one.”

One could ask, are Jews “God’s Chosen People”? The Answer could be Yes, Chosen to be chased and hated around the world! No other group has been consistently pursued for annihilation through more than 4000 years. Jews were also “chosen” to reveal the idea of ONE God, not a multitude.

Egypt ruled Gaza, but in 1967 Nasser suffered a crushing defeat. Israel took control in a 6-day war. Recalling this at the time, I wondered why a British Sergeant was over the moon with this result.
But this Arab defeat provided the original Muslim Brotherhood with a big opportunity. Israel, now in charge, promoted and nurtured Islamic infrastructure, which allowed the pre-cursor of Hamas, Mujamas, to flourish, unhindered under popular vote. Questions arise, why has an International Parliament and Court not been empowered to deal with escalating violence of nuclear potential, ultimately snuffing out all life on Earth? Because we have not, collectively, empowered such a facility. We instead prefer to “go it alone” with scores of militia worldwide. Many of which feature nuclear weapons, instead of a single united militia that can deal with skirmishes as serious as Ukraine and Palestine.
15,000 nuclear warheads worldwide is an absolute disgrace for a species that may claim to be “evolved”. That’s a bizarre claim indeed! In Australia, there is a strong push to adopt nuclear power, but that would lead to a proliferation of nuclear hardware and make Australia the world’s nuclear waste dump. Not in my back yard, and not on my watch, given 250,000 tonnes of radio-active waste so far!
According to several recent ABC news articles (contact author for further details), this would be totally foreign controlled under the guise of “green power”, despite one million tonnes of concrete and steel per reactor of exploding costs and schedules of decades to build. NONE of this is TRIVIAL! All for just One Gigawatt of Power per reactor, when hydro, dynamic tidal, solar farms, and geothermal are clean alternative sources that sometimes exceed 20 gigawatt per installation.
Why does Australia sell vast quantities of both uranium, and coal, yet virtually outlaw local coal in favour of wind and solar alone, that has already proved a dismal failure in Europe?
Instead, self-interest prolifically dominates and it mainly revolves around money and power. Such as the demise of a once all-powerful petro-dollar that the BRICS nations may displace (that’s Brazil Russia India China South Africa and more joining this alternative movement).
The OPPOSITE of Unification is Divide-and-Conquer. When tribal/primitive, war-like skirmishes happen at a local level, everywhere (iron age). Tribes eventually unite into Nations, with far more might to oppose neigbouring factions (bronze age). Nations may then unite into Continents (silver age), and eventually into global alliances (golden age). Hence the term “Peace on Earth”.
In THIS case, an empowered International Court would have the POWER of JURISDICTION over monster agendas proliferated by corporate-style World Forums, for example.
And instead of hundreds of military forces worldwide, many of whom contribute to around 15,000 doomsday nuclear warheads worldwide, only ONE military force would be needed to police the World (with local parliaments and police services in each nation). Wouldn’t that make the ‘need’ for nuclear arsenals redundant? Whom or what would they be opposing?
Let’s get over it, a World Order has dominated for thousands of years (Globalist Corporations). A World Federation is simply a shift of power into the hands of People. So what if it’s a ‘New World Order’? Have you too been brainwashed into a Divide-and-Conquer mindset? If done properly through elevated consciousness, it would displace domineering private globalist interests, forever.
A greatly empowered world court and a single peace-keeping force instead of hundreds of militia world-wide, could be the catalyst to end all wars and poverty toward an era of peace into a golden age.
Could we possibly imagine if states of Australia were separate countries? Wasn’t that one of the Lockdown objectives?
Both Australia and the United States federated a long time ago to become unified and ultimately more powerful. So why not federate the World? Powerful nations, and individuals, may oppose this, as the power of minor nations would be boosted, for good reason, by an equitably-represented Congress of Nations, rather than the so-called “United” nations.
At present major UN members have the Power of Veto that over-rides majority rule, to disenfranchise smaller nations. In other words, sack or adapt the UN into a New World Order, but NOT a Totalitarian one.

IDF solider couldn’t believe it either… she said that even if a fly landed on the fence they would know it and why were soldiers stood own and sent elsewhere that day.
As for the concert and other killings.. Jewish witness from concert said that most people died from IDF gunships that came over the area and shot indiscriminately.. also at the Kibbutz areas, IDF tanks came in and blew up house, one witness even said they shot their own soldiers while firing at Hamas.
