I very much doubt that that any “treaty” will have the power of law behind it. The states legislation must lawfully submit to the 1901 Constitution of Australia and that constitutions’ preamble makes it very clear that it is “ the people of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God, have agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth” that make the government. It is “the people of Australia and the people of Victoria” that make the decisions about our nation….
Not some radical, Marxist, extreme left wing, Feminazi, handbag brigade coven of banshees (inc).
The people of Victoria voted a big fat NO to this Aboriginal Voice to parliament in the and everything that goes with it in the referendum.
For Jacinta Allan and the Parliament of Victoria PTY LTD to make a “Treaty” with “Gulungurul Pty Ltd” really amounts to separate corporations making a business contract that only applies to them, their franchises and nobody else. It’s just a business deal.
It’s doesn’t apply to The People of Victoria as it’s completely unconstitutional, devoid of the will of the people, devoid of the democratic process and devoid of any mandate from the people of Victoria.
No real people besides these two corporations even know what’s in this contract let alone had any input into it.
If it’s challenged in a constitutional court I doubt very much that it would stand.
It’s not law! It’s the colour of law and can only be enforced by tyranny… certainly not by the will of the people.
Anyone would think that fixing out of control violent crime, a housing crisis and cost of living crisis all fuelled by the governments mass immigration and incompetence would be a lot more important to attend to than woke vanity projects that are purely Jacinta Allan’s will – not Victorians.
This hasn’t worked in New Zealand and I doubt very much that it will work here.
Everything this premier has done has been a resounding failure. So when this turns out to be a complete failure too the Victorian people will know exactly who to thank…. And how to thank her.

Not sure if anybody has looked into the Aboriginal flag – according to the international flag colors black, red and yellow mean death, sickness and slavery.

Anyone else starting to join the dots? We have a Free-man who is currently ‘on the run’ from authorities for some weird story about a crime that doesn’t hold water. Said man had studied constitutional law and won repeatedly in the courts over the last eight years, representing himself. (Look it up in court documents) Most of it to do with problems regarding council trying to lock up his property, but still, he has learned such a lot. He was to have dirty Dan in court in two days time to answer for his constitutional crimes during the lock up years, but Dan had to be in China for a photo shoot or maybe lose something important to him for not being able to prove he was in China. Possibly getting orders on how to proceed for the next step in the takeover. Next we have the Allen girl tying up a treaty that started before she was installed. Strangely there will be constitutional challenges in the courts (if there aren’t already) regarding this treaty. And who is the most lucid, fast thinking guy with all the constitutional knowledge? Why it’s the Free-man of course. So he has to be silenced. Does anyone think this clear headed guy wouldn’t know when and where they would be coming for him? Join the dots people and Wake Up.
Allan and her fellow idiots have decided to change the entire structure of government in Victoria without referendum. They have zero power under law to do this. She and her idiots, including the members of the aboriginal corporation involved in this fraud, must by law by arrested and charged with treason. The people of Victoria simply do not have to answer to this aboriginal corporation or any unelected third house of government. Will somebody please issue her a summons a.s.a.p.?
I don’t know if the Victorian Aborigines realise it, but they are being played for patsies in a much bigger game. That game is the ‘dispossession of Australia’. It is being played by those global billionaires who want to own and control everything. Australia and Canada are the first targets because of their size, resource riches and relatively low populations. Our governments, even if they are not fully aware of the plan, are complicit with it, following the agenda set out by the UN, WEF, WHO and others. As Klaus Schwab put it – ‘You will own nothing and be happy’. And he wasn’t joking. The aim is to bombard the population with negative and restrictive legislation, increase the cost of living until it becomes unbearable, increase State and national debt, declare false pandemics, swamp the population with unnecessary immigrants and alien cultures, and tax small business out of existence, and control every aspect of life, all to make sure Klaus Schwab’s plan succeeds. And when they have done that, the globalist ‘elite’ can take over the country at minimal cost. The biggest enemy is the Christian, white European, and he must be impoverished, eliminated or enslaved.
The Aborigines play their part by causing antagonism, division and distraction, so that not too many people see what the government is really doing, i.e. enabling the globalists to take over the country. And these government traitors do so because they are handsomely rewarded with corporate positions and largesse after politics, let alone an indexed government pension paid for by the suckers they have shafted.
The Aborigines are patsies in all this because, although they have signed a treaty, it is not worth the paper it is written on unless they have title to the land they claim. No title = nothing. The Aboriginal elite may get well paid government jobs, and they may have some effect on government policy, but the average Aborigine will get nothing. They may claim Camp Sovereign, but without title, they are whistling in the wind.
And, if title should ever be given for any land, the current practice of issuing a digital title means that the title remains valid only for as long as the government allows. Being digital, it can quite easily ‘disappear’, accidentally or deliberately. These changes ‘for the better’, make it so much easier to steal the country.
Has anyone noticed that a lot of these members of the Aboriginal corporate class ARE WHITE?
And has anyone noticed that one of the top movers and shakers Ruben Berg is a German/Jewish name?
And has anybody noticed that corporations didn’t exist in the land when native aboriginals ran free in their own tribes?
Corporations are a white mans construct and law – not aboriginal.

Yes, Claude-and the Victorian government incorporated those aboriginal corporations in the first place, with the obvious intent of perpetrating the stunt they are now undertaking.
Further to this matter is the fact that the proposed bogus, unconstitutional legislation is the fact that it is discriminatory and a fraud on the people of Victoria, both politically and financially, as it is the Whitefellas that bear the brunt in both respects and lose out on both.
Governments are required to act in the best interests of their constituents and, as well, there is no Head of Power in our Constitution for social engineering, which is what all this is, besides the much talked about UN-based land grab.
It is only a contract, between two inbred and intertwined corporate corporations, and, if one really wanted to pull the corporations line, comes under the Unconscionable Conduct Laws and applicable commercial laws, especially in regard to the secrecy under which this alleged “Treaty” was negotiated.
