CONGRATULATIONS Mark Butler, Australian Minister for Health, on your bootlicking , fawning and sycophantic performance in front of the World Health Assembly and the WHO in Geneva, which is openly talking about “the new digital health certificates”.
Cairns News challenges Butler to announce how and when his department plans to roll these out and exactly what such a certificate allows or doesn’t allow an individual to do. Butler might also clarify what the difference is between one of these “certificates” and a vaccine passport.
James Roguski, from the World Council for Health, says it appears that the WHO will simply ram through an agreement on the International Health Regulations (IHRs) by June 1st, when the assembly was due to finish.
Most concerning, says Roguski, are amendments designed to enforce vaccine passports or certificates through Articles 31 and 24 of the IHR, which give additional powers to WHO member countries to compel travellers to undergo quarantine, vaccination and other treatments.
The “new digital health certificates” were also mentioned by a German delegate to the assembly, who also casually mentioned “the upcoming outbreaks” – as if they were some definite planned events, which they probably are.
“We are ready to finalise the amendments (to the international health regulations) during this assembly. The proposed changes to the IHR are a major improvement for global health security, including the new digital health certificates besides paper options,” the speaker said in her address (replayed by Reality Check Radio).
Comrade Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the ex-Marxist revolutionary Tigrayan People’s Liberation Front official, now chief of the WHO, might have been impressed by Butler’s groveling support and that of the sad hordes of WHO public health bureaucrats, cheered on big pharma and big tech reptiles looking for a slice of the global pie.
We noted that the acting president of the assembly, an African whose name eluded us, introduced Butler with “Now Australia, the last speaker of the day – three minutes” in which Butler announced that “we” are “fully committed to concluding the WHO pandemic agreement” (see inset).
Butler continued his grovelling sell-out of Australia’s sovereignty the next day, telling the assembly that “together we have come a very long way from where we started just two and a half years ago with a blank page and a shared ambition” repeating the lie spoken by Bill Gates when he “called in on” Anthony Albanese in January 2023.
Gates said he agreed with Albanese that “the preparedness for the next pandemic is still a discussion that hasn’t been figured out”. Yet this presumptuous, delusional cretin, who doesn’t have health qualifications, was meeting Albanese “to talk vaccines, energy and climate change”, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
Gates, the slimy pandemic profiteer, who is the biggest private donor to the WHO, knows very well how he’ll respond to the release of the next genetically engineered virus – more vaccines and vaccine passports as is still being pushed by his little puppet Tedros.
Butler continued his drooling litany of lies, claiming that “Australia’s ambition” was for a “binding set of commitments to prevent another pandemic and better prepared to respond more effectively and importantly, more equitably when the next pandemic hits.”
There are three drafts of the international health regulations (or treaty) from three different groups of nations. Paul Brennan of Reality Check Radio commented on Tuesday: “At this time there’s been no agreement on the IHR agreements overall, but as we anticipated they’re not going to let this thing go without throwing everything at it. The delegates will continue to meet all week.”
Brennan also played comments by New Zealand’s disgraced former chief health officer Dr Ashley Bloomfield, co-chairman of the WHO working group on the International Health Regulations who whined that there was “a very well funded, highly-coordinated campaign of misinformation and conspiracy theory generation” that was “mind-bogglingly imaginative” and designed to undermine the legitimacy of the WHO.
The blindness and stupidity level of these WHO bureaucrats is basically gauged by the level of their obscenely high salaries. No mention, of course, from Bloomfield about worldwide post-vaccination deaths and the cover-ups and brazen lying about “safe and effective vaccines” by departments like the one he was running in New Zealand.
