A Cashless System Will Destroys the Country.
Constitution = C. Section = S.
1) When the government is not complying with the constitution, they are not running the country for the Australian people but are working for a foreign power. See C.S. 44, which means that the government ministers must be removed from Parliament.
2) Charging for water is against S 100 of the Constitution. Therefore, the ministers should be jailed under C.S. 120 of the constitution.
3) Allowing the banks to create credit out of thin air is what causes inflation. This is not complying with the constitution; therefore, the government ministers should be jailed under C.S. 120 of the constitution.
4) In bankruptcy and insolvency, there must be absolute proof that the bank paid real money.
5) The banks are saying they want a cashless system. This will mean the banks will be uncontrollable, inflation will be way out of control, and scamming and fraud will be out of control.
6). Banks were set up so that people’s money would be in a safe place. With a cashless system, your money with the banks will not be safe anymore. Banks must be responsible for scamming, fraud, and theft; this is where the trouble rarely starts, so you must NOT have a cashless system. The banks must be controlled by the government, not the banks controlling the government. When banks have control of money, the inflation goes right up and out of control. Take the price of a house: it has gone up by about 55 times in 40 years (40 x 55 = 2200 or 25000 x 55 = 1,375,000), and this puts a stop to manufacturing and destroys the country. This is not complying with the Constitution. It is
working for the UN.
7). All government ministers that approve of a cashless system are not complying with the constitution; therefore, they should be jailed under C.S.120 of the constitution.
8). Councils must also comply with C.S. 51:”Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Commonwealth with respect to:” then at “(vii) Currency, coinage, and legal tender of the constitution.”
Now if the councils want to go cashless for parking, then they do not comply with “peace, order, and good government” and so can go to jail under C.S.120 of the constitution. See also C.S. 61
below, and it uses the words “maintenance of this Constitution and of the laws of the Commonwealth.” This means that the government should be looking into all laws and fixing things
up.
9). Some bad judges can be bought off by the Commonwealth Banks, as well as your solicitor. As it happened in my case with the Commonwealth Bank. The Commonwealth Bank took my business, and the money was just created out of thin air (in my case there was no real money paid, therefore there was no money owing); the interest rate was 34%; it should have been 10%. In the Constitution, you must not be tried unfairly, so if you get a bad judge, then the judge must be removed under
C.S.72 and or jailed under C.S. 120.

Every State shall make provision for the detention in its prisons of persons accused or convicted of offences against the laws of the Commonwealth, and for the punishment of
persons convicted of such offences, and the Parliament of the Commonwealth may make laws to give effect to this provision.
C.S.61. Executive power The executive power of the Commonwealth is vested in the Queen and is exercisable by
the Governor-General as the Queen’s representative, and extends to the execution and maintenance of this Constitution, and of the laws of the Commonwealth.

the only way to stop this is with the scientific evidence that the 5G infrastructure cause harm. That’s where we need to raise awareness and direct our energy. they cant roll out the cdbc and id biometrics without 5G or 4G so take that away from them.

The end goal is not a digital (computer) ID but a biometric (human) one.

This should be called a ‘BIOMETRIC ID’.

Can a person’s Biometric ID once in the cloud be able to be retrieved?
What LAWS are there around the ‘cloud’?
