I had issues in prep, I couldn’t understand why all the other kids either got their letters/numbers wrong or didn’t even know them at all…’I was just an ignorant kid’ who got told to shut up a lot by the teachers, I didn’t realise all the kids didn’t get taught to read and write, do some maths by their mother before they went to school.
