Bill banning Geoengineering signed into law by Tennessee Governor Bill Lee

When will Australian authorities admit the aerial spraying of alumina and barium is killing all life forms. Plankton is fast disappearing and with it oxygen, hydrological cycles are being drastically interrupted. Bees and insects are disappearing because of ‘solar radiation management’ to block the sun, the source of all life.
Climate engineering reduces wind power because it reduces convection which reduces the effectiveness of Australia’s mad rush to wind power generation, making these unsightly monoliths virtually useless.
In an unprecedented move to protect human health and the environment, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee (R) on Thursday signed into law a bill prohibiting the federal government from engaging in geoengineering experimentation involving the release of potentially dangerous chemicals into the sky, what some refer to as “chemtrails.”
Chemtrails are the tracks left behind by aircraft as they release chemicals into the air, a process known as stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI).
Governor Lee’s signature makes Tennessee the first state in the country to ban geoengineering.
The new law will take effect July 1, 2024.
While the term ‘chemtrails’ is not found in the text of the bill, the law effectively forbids them.
The legislation (SB 2691/HB 2063) prohibits “the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight.”
The ban is necessary because “the risk to human health and environmental welfare from broad scale geoengineering is currently not well understood.”
Earlier this month, the bill passed the Tennessee House with 70 ‘yes’ votes and 22 ‘no’ votes.
In March, it passed the Senate 25 to 6.
The ban applies where “it is documented that the federal government or other entities acting on the federal government’s behalf or at the federal government’s request may conduct geoengineering experiments by intentionally dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere, and those activities may occur within the State of Tennessee,” the bill reads.
In June 2023, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) released a congressionally mandated report suggesting that both global and regional geoengineering projects are being carried out “covertly,” without citizens’ knowledge.
Page 43 of the document confirms the U.S. government “conducts or funds limited research into solar radiation modification” (SRM), which involves the use of airplanes or balloons to disperse potentially dangerous chemicals into the stratosphere to reflect sunlight away from Earth.
SRM is practiced in the name of so-called “climate change,” according to advocates.
The same page of the White House document also confirms that U.S. Congress has been directing the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) to fund SRM research “for the last several years.”

As if on cue… wow, the sky around the Mango Hill / North Lakes area today. Exactly what used to make me firmly believe something odd was causing those weird whispy formations. This morning they were dispersing enough to give a very fine soft gauze type of cover. Now this afternoon they’re fanning out and going every which way. Several blobs in the middle of a blue sky, sure aren’t what would be caused by ‘contrails’, surely. !! Haven’t seen it quite like this for awhile.

I knew I’d probably get shot off ‘the fence’ with my comment!! I have to say for the past 2 or 3 yrs I’ve been an absolute believer in the chemtrails… have photos I’ve taken of the ‘weird’ clouds. Listened to many videos about it all and I still do fully believe they’re ‘changing’ the sky, blocking our sun, cooling, warming, creating or diverting storms, etc… all that and probably much more.
I was just highlighting that after listening to the other view point and watching a few more of Jim Lee’s videos he did seem to have some very valid points and explanations for some of what has been witnessed and called ‘chemtrails’.
So as in most things, there are two sides to any story and often the truth is somewhere inbetween. I decided to stop being so dogmatic about ‘all’ the trails being purposely discharged chemical ones. At least the passenger flights anyway.
Contrails (as promoted by Hoodie’s attempt to protect his Industry) are a diversional ‘con’.
To what extent they are releasing ‘chemicals’ aka ‘chemtrails’ over the Australian population is what we don’t fully know.
America has, clearly admitted they do.
That’s why they made a law against it.
They have had their discussion.
We are still waiting to have ours.
They do aerial spraying of chemicals over our crops in Australia but we don’t think they would spray like us ‘bugs’ at higher altitudes?
Why not?
Show me evidence they care about you or our environment.
We don’t need to prove they do.
They need to prove they don’t.

You don’t need to sit on the fence and wait for REALITY to blow you down.
Of course they are doing it. When they had the terrible fires in Victoria a woman posted that in the 6 months preceding the fires there were chemtrails from planes on a regular basis. When the fires started everything just burst into flames spreading at amazing speed. She said the bush had apparently been drenched in accelerants. This is what they do.
Where do all these static ‘rain bombs’ come from that cause flooding – a big rain system that just sits in one place for days – is this natural? I don’t think so.
People who don’t believe in weather warfare need to read more. They can cause tornadoes, hurricanes (cyclones), earthquakes.. They are playing at being God and it will not end well. The earth, which is a living entity, will eventually rebel..

There is a big difference between chemtrails and contrails. Here is a pilot of 34 years explaining the difference between the two and how the populace has been conned into believing that chemtrails are contrails. In short contrails happen at an altitude of 30,000 and above. The planes chemtrailing do so at at much lower altitude.

I sit on the fence re chemtrails. I recently listened to Graham Hood interview Jim Lee (Climate Viewer .com) and it gives another perspective. Contrails are real not chemtrails, but yes the fuel from aircraft has loaded our skies with toxic chemicals. Geoengineering is real but not by pumping chem bombs etc into the sky… Who knows what is the real truth?!

Was your bathtub pH measuring device under a flight path ? Are you aware pH is a measure of voltage ? What do you suppose all the chemtrails experiments are done in aid of ? What do you think of Bill Gates statements years ago that he was going to block the sun ? The easiest way to discredit these childishly silly and immature lies is to sample the water of anybody who owns a private pool.
Failing that, fetch yourself an old bath tub, seal the plug end, fill it with water, test it, and then regularly retest it once a month.
Sadly for this Moron, the easiest way to prove his lies, or stupidity, or ignorance, whichever applies, is for an average of Fifty odd ($50.00) dollars AUD, you can buy off the shelf PH test kits that will test for;
Mercury, Lead, Copper, Iron, Chromium/Cr(VI), Aluminum, Zinc and Manganese
These kits generally have around two dozen easy to use, single dip test strips.
As for barium, the water solubility of barium compounds increases with decreasing pH, which then increases acidity.
So a standard pool testing kit, or simple single dip test strips for testing Water PH, is a fairly good guide to diagnosing problematic water, or the suspected presence of Barium.
To date, outside known polluted Water, all tested water that “Sky Greenies” have tested, to prove me wrong, has come back alkaline and heavy metal free.
Science, You can’t beat it.

I wonder why all these rich elites are building all these fancy bunkers. Can they somehow manufacture oxygen some other way. Many thousands of acres of trees are being cut down for silly wind farms. There is an ad circulating on television showing wind farms and hydro electricity. It looks awfully like a ten minute city to me.
Bees are disappearing because of 5G, as apparently are small birds and insects, though the 5G noise does not seem to have any effect on mosquitoes.
Can’t wait to get 6G and see what else disappears then too?

The plankton in the ocean does the same job as our Forrest’s on the land: converts CO2 to oxygen. It has a very narrow tolerance of temperature and as the Oceans warm the plankton does off.
