ROBERT Deutsch, the man who claims to constantly track global weather modification operations, is in Australia on tour, sussing out our weather.
Deutsch made a brief video from a Gold Coast beach a few days ago where he made all sorts of amazing claims about what looked like ordinary clouds. He also makes quite spectacular claims about online weather radar and satellite images, claiming that various beams and pulses are definite signs of massive, continent-wide weather modification.
In 2022 he made an extraordinary claim during an interview with Paul Seils on the Conscious Investor Network that seemed to go over everyone’s head. While discussing the giant Naval Communication Station Harold E. Holt at Exmouth, WA, Deutsch mentioned another site of interest near Newcastle.
Deutsch zoomed in on Salt Ash, near Newcastle, and a trapezoid feature that he had marked on his own Google Earth map as “death ray” and according to him, its purpose is to shoot down missiles and was part of JORN (Jindalee Over the horizon Radar Network). He said the site “can also beam and send out an energy wave”.
We looked up the site and found it to actually be a bombing range, that has been a bit of an annoyance with nearby residents because of the noise. Did Deutsch just make a mistake? If he had looked at the site on Google Earth maps he would see it is named the Salt Ash Air Weapons Range.
The Nautilus Institute website describes it as an “ADF air to ground gunnery and bombing facility located about 6km from RAAF Williamtown”, about 34 hectares in size with a 2790 hectare safety template zone and that “is used regularly by the RAAF for bombing and strafing practice”. It’s use is limited to 115 days a year due to noise complaints.
How on earth could Deutsch, who we must say can come across as a tad eccentric, get this so wrong? We’re not aware where Deutsch is at the moment in Australia and perhaps he can set the record straight.
Now we’re not saying Deutsch is entirely wrong about weather modification at the North West Cape site, which is now operated by Raytheon, who are into all sorts of electronic technologies. That site was originally set up to broadcast extreme low frequency (ELF) signals to submarines worldwide, and Deutsch claims these signals also affect the weather. North West Cape does seem to produce some intriguing patterns on the weather radar.
But there is another red flag with Deutsch. On one of the Facebook weather modification forums he suggested that Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch.org was “controlled opposition”. In late January Wigington appeared on Graham Hood’s channel Club Grubbery, and backed up Hood’s contention that commercial airlines are not involved in weather modification. Wigington has done thousands of hours of research on weather modification.
On January 7th Hood posted a special promo about the Wigington interview and said he wanted to make the basic point that while he is “pretty certain” that weather engineering is happening, in his 32 years of piloting a Qantas jet he has never encountered such a thing. “I’ve never seen a switch, I’ve never seen a tank and the notion that it’s a fuel additive just doesn’t stand up,” he said.
“Most people who are upset about these issues want to be right and I want to be right too. I don’t want to think I spent 52 years doing something bad in the upper atmosphere. I was proud of my career …. and I still stand by that.”
In his talk with Wigington, Hood referred to “a lot of weird narrative around this debate”, citing the case of a speaker at a freedom movement meeting claiming that “chemtrails” spotted by a member of the audience earlier were actually “the white hats” spraying and neutralising an earlier chemtrail job by “the bad guys”.
Apparently people cheered. But that claim sounds so “out there” one has to wonder if someone is playing, shall we say, “psychological games”? Hood also told of women refusing to put washing out on a line after seeing contrails for fear of the clothes being poisoned.
Then half way through the interview Wigington made a surprising admission (27m42s) that should be heeded by the legions of people screaming on social media about “chemtrails”: “We do agree completely though, that we have seen absolutely no evidence at all to implicate commercial pilots or commercial personnel in any way being involved, and I can’t stress that enough. I’ve never seen any information and we’ve never stated otherwise.”
Hood thanked Wigington for making the point and then went on to talk about geoengineering plans proposed by various high-profile people including Bill Gates and Dr David Keith of Harvard, who Wigington confronted at a geoengineering forum over his proposal to inject 10 to 20 million tons of aluminium nanoparticles into the atmosphere, supposedly to combat global warming.
Wigington, during a question time, managed to get Dr Keith, a fanatical believer in global warming, to admit that they had no health or environmental studies on the potential effects of that proposal. Dr Keith’s last response was “Could terrible things happen tomorrow. We don’t know.”
So here we see the real environmental threat of geoengineering – scientists backed by billionaires like Gates rushing headlong like lemmings into hare-brained schemes allegedly designed to “save the planet”. Surely these people are aware of the effects of past volcanic eruptions in the upper atmosphere?
One attempt by Dr Keith and his climate cronies from Harvard was knocked out by public opinion back in 2021. They planned to fly to Kiruna in northern Sweden, where they and a Swedish space company would launch a balloon carrying an instrument-laden gondola into the stratosphere, some 20km (12.5 miles) above the Earth. They would run tests with the instruments and return home.
However people were alerted by the name of the project, the Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment, or SCoPEx as not so innocent, as it involved “solar geoengineering”, that is, spraying particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect sunlight and counter allegedly high temperatures caused by alleged climate change. The team apparently had no plans to spray anything but simply dry-run instruments.
But when environmental groups and the Indigenous Saami Council got wind of this they demanded it be stopped, citing “risks of catastrophic consequences”. In the land of Greta Thunberg, environmentalists know how to make a noise and the media jumped on board. “Bill Gates wants to spray millions of tonnes of chalk into the stratosphere,” the Daily Mail proclaimed.
The uproar did its work and the Harvard advisory committee announced that, due to the backlash, the project had been put on hold, pending further “societal engagement” with the Swedish public. The launch, they said, would not take place until 2022, or maybe not at all. We haven’t heard if this project continued.
Deutsch pointed out this SCoPEx project in the March 2022 interview we referred to earlier. According to Deutsch, all this geoengineering technology was up and running in 2021. “They’ve done it very successfully I gotta say and I don’t know about you but I haven’t had a sunny day in England for a long time.”
In February 2022 Lismore and district experienced a massive flood, said to be the biggest natural disaster in Australia since Cyclone Tracy in 1974. But it wasn’t the only big flood in Australia either, because they go back many years and it’s no accident that so many houses in the north of the East Coast of Australia were built on stilts.
Australian Geographic reported that Feb/March 2022 flood covering South East Queensland, Wide Bay–Burnett and Western Downs Qld and northern NSW as the worst in Australia’s modern history. According to Deutsch, weather modifying explosive devices were being shot into the atmosphere in the WA north west and off the coast of Sydney.
This claim was fact-checked by AAP and deemed false, because various “weather and cloud-seeding experts say it is impossible for the rain making technology to work on such a large scale and the incessant downpours are due to a La Nina weather system” as stated by the Bureau of Meteorology.
Now before all the cynics poo poo the fact check as we’re prone to doing, we should consider that they at least acknowledged rain making technology and cited some atmospheric science professors who said it doesn’t work on such a large scale and only in certain conditions. That doesn’t seem an unreasonable rebuttal. Deutsch, of course, says the opposite but both views lack hard evidence.
The best Deutsch can do is to point to unusual moving cloud formations and reference certain rain making technologies. We should note however that the small star-shaped cloud formations he pointed out in NW WA that seemed to explode outward would seem to correlate with some sort of man-made activity. Then again, if “chem bombs” are being let off across the country who is doing this?
“Why are they shooting chem bombs off your coast? Why are they having a fireworks display with stuff that’s gonna do damage? When this program could clearly stop this rain. It can. It can cause drought or rain. Geoengineering says it could do so,” Deutsch says (34 min 30 sec).
So according to Deutsch, global weather is being manipulated on a daily basis. According to the climate change narrative, combined human activity is changing the climate. Perhaps it’s the case that weather modification activity is being passed off as climate change, but a large segment of the scientific community denies there is actual, significant climate change.
Deutsch needs more on-the-ground evidence of what he says are massive weather-changing beams and pulses, otherwise it is pure speculation. Weather radars produce all sorts of anomalous digital signals (e.g. beams and circles) that you can often see on the BOM site and Deutsch’s analyses seem just a little too gung-ho to be given full credibility – especially when he makes blatantly false claim about a “death ray”.
I read the conclusion as climate change (climate science) is not based on science…yes it was a very long video.
But it made a lot of sense to me. To be honest, I could never see the relevance of tte co2 propaganda machinations gone wild aiming to reduce and re-
orient the world’s production and consumption practices. Judging by the protests of farmers anad citizens worldwide, they’re not buying it either.

Oh boy Dr. SHIVA™ took over an hour from my like I’ll never get back, the story is about planetary homeostasis via the clouds “iris effect” and plankton farts, being interfered with by aircraft emissions. The clouds story has been done by the Danish years ago, Dr. SHIVA™ says people are stealing his ideas and he claims to have invented email. He says the aircraft emissions are worse from the military because they fly higher with special anti-freeze in the fuel. The interviewer is a total jumble and half the time thinks he is the interviewee. Was there a conclusion, apart from that there is a haze forming in the upper atmosphere, I don’t know.
The UN is saying the Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere is causing Global Warming that is not passable as it is too small only 0.04% of the atmosphere. Carbon is in the upper atmosphere where the temperature is about -40 to -70 centigrade so it is impassable to cause warming. That is just more lies by the UN and our government is going along with it.
Geoengineering & Climate Change “Science”
The aviation industry is busy trying to turn their ‘contrail-cirrus cloud making pollution’ into a geoengineering solution.
Two major aviation “climate mitigation” areas of study have been underway for over a decade: biofuels, or sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and “climate optimized routing of flights.”
After the flight groundings following 9/11/2001, David Travis concluded that cirrus clouds created by aircraft exhaust were trapping heat at night. This set off alarm bells in the academic and climate change world. A second series of publications in 2009 cemented the idea that contrail-induced cirrus clouds (persistent contrails) were a problem the airline industry could no longer ignore.

In 2010, Ulrich Schumann from Germany’s DLR addressed the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Colloquium on Aviation and Climate Change. He made a radical statement: “less warming, more cooling contrails; predictable for operational planning”.
Jim Lee, the creator of ClimateViewer News, says, “The entire “chemtrail conspiracy” requires proof of intent.” And this is the first concrete piece of “evidence of intent” that he was able to find.
Dr. Rangasayi Halthore from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Climate Change Research Initiative (ACCRI) was in charge of the “biofuels for contrail control” ACCESS flight experiments, and he said:
We would like to have more CIC’s (Contrail-Induced Cirrus Clouds) during day and none during night.
Since Jim Lee started researching geoengineering, weather modification, and space weather modification technologies over 15 years ago that even if people were wrong about their “chemtrail conspiracy” beliefs, the airline industry should STOP making clouds, not make MORE.
Having two scientists separated by the Atlantic ocean saying the same thing seven years apart certainly raise more concerns. Why not take a position like “we should end all cirrus cloud creation” instead of “clouds by day, none by night?”
The answer is simple: geoengineering. The idea of solar geoengineering is to mimic volcanoes by injecting chemicals in the stratosphere that reflect incoming solar radiation, known as Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI). Of course, this is not the only form of solar radiation management (SRM):
# Surface reflectivity (reflective crops, microbubbles in the ocean, painting rooftops white) but these cannot work if contrail cirrus trap heat at ground level at night.
# Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB) or injecting sea-salt water into clouds over the ocean to increase their reflectivity. MCB is an intentional program to mimic ship tracks which formed marine stratocumulus clouds from burning bunker fuel (heavy fuel oil) in international shipping tankers. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) banned bunker fuel in 2010 much to the chagrin of climate engineering advocates.
# Cirrus Cloud Thinning (CCT) or Cirrus Cloud Seeding is a method of getting rid of (melting away) contrail-induced cirrus clouds (at night). CCT is not solar radiation management (SRM), it has been dubbed Earth radiation management (ERM).
Geoengineering – could contrails cool the planet? Most recently, the Royal Aeronautical Society met in March of 2021 and the truth is becoming more transparent. The contrail cirrus prediction (CoCiP) model is still in use and the Predictive Real-time Emissions Technologies Reducing Aircraft Induced Lines in the Sky (PRE-TRAILS) program has begun. Google AI is already working with American Airlines on contrail avoidance (or creation) today. There is so much more to the story and nobody’s talking about any of this.
Jim Lee says, “Clearly, scholars and aviation industry insiders are taking advantage of sky pollution to create a geoengineering solution.”

The Bio-diesel contains Coal Fly Ash nanoparticles, in suspension, to improve the fuel burn and get “more miles per gallon”. That is why we see very little black smoke from engines of departing aircraft. The vapour trails from these aircraft can form clouds which are hydroscopic and form water droplets. When these clouds are exposed to radar and other forms of EMF, they form plasma, with charged particles. That is why we now see lightning inside clouds during thunder storms. Aircraft such as the Wedgetail E7A and the Poseidon P8 have the capability to irradiate clouds with pulsed microwaves.
When I was in Vietnam during the 60’s, the monsoon trough was kept stationery over the Ho Chi Minh trail for nearly 12 months. A combination of radars and cloud seeding from aircraft made this possible. The Viet Cong got smart and built tunnels.

betty mac, yes they have “control over wind direction”. Not so much at the local area level but more large scale zones, think ‘rivers in the sky’ steered by HAARP-like tech. Park a Low here, a High there for a week or two, let’s see what happens. They cannot target the whole country at any one time but can affect several discrete zones. One of the tell-tale signs on satellite weather maps are ruler straight demarcation lines between systems that extend for over 1000km in some cases.
The crime is global, no country is exempt, not even Antarctica. The idiots only need to keep it up until we’re all under their full control, then they turn it off.

Jasper was strange as the beam went from SM towards Willis island and Jasper seemed to follow the beam and veer north just before parking up for 4 days with SM dead centre of that rain depression.
A friend actually also noticed and took many screen shots.
I don’t know if it’s something or nothing.

Reasons why the skies are being sprayed?
Dependent on the spray type used: ionize the atmosphere to improve EMF comms; increase chance of precipitation (floods), ice nucleation (crop/infrastructure damage) or deny a natural rainfall events (drought); poison the ground with nano-aluminium particles to retard plant growth & micro-biome, etc. Videos of nano-ribbons being scrapped off car windscreens exist, which explains some nano-tech in unvaxxed blood.
I’ve seen commercial jets overhead with actual contrails that disappear in seconds and others with chemtrails that linger half the day, dropping and expanding to grey-out the whole sky. Decades ago high altitude cirrus was a horizon-to-horizon bank of clouds passing over in 1-3 days and usually in the colder months, these days cirrus clouds are much more likely to be spindly or square-arsed junk and almost a daily event.
The control freaks cannot help themselves. They want a transhumanist world, they want humans gone or genetically modified and weakened. It’s not good to have strong slaves. They fear death thus their need to control others. Another word to describe them is cowards.
We are being attacked by a club of psychos, cheered on by msm, politicians and a large chunk of the dumbed down.

A U.S. symposium held in August 1996, in which a strategic paper on weather control and manipulation was presented, titled, – Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025.
Among the military applications of weather manipulation and control was the fact that, according to the paper, it could, “Create droughts to literally cause entire nations enemy forces or nations to die of thirst.”

Rob D (from the UK) is quite open about the fact that weather modification became an interest of his and so he became a weather watcher, sharing on his own YouTube channel the unusual cloud patterns he was observing.
He had a particular interest in Australia (and sometimes NZ) having visited them.
He has never claimed to be anything more than that.
His videos are dramatic and speculative and expletive.
As a novice weather watcher he has often predicted correctly.

As to whether the weather has been manipulated through cloud seeding and other forces we don’t really know in Australia, because as usual, they don’t tell us the truth.
One of the best sources of evidence of weather chemical warfare that is likely occurring came from America.
An employee working in chemical supplies who under sworn testimony spoke of the chemicals for the US Defence Force that no one was allowed to talk about and they were not listed as part of any audit.
She challenged what she was seeing, and lost her job.
Other testimonies have come from those who have spoken of specifically purpose fitted aircraft.
To what extent and where, is still anyone’s guess.
Those that don’t want to believe these programs exist don’t know their history.
Chemically spraying people from the sky is not a new idea.
The reason for doing so is inconsequential.

I have seen chemtrails so often in the past couple of years. They slowly spread forming a layer over the sky (or above existing cumulus clouds) and the heat and humidity gradually builds. Then if the conditions re right we usually get rain or a severe storm.
I think that Govts have come a long way from the 1950s and 60s where silver iodide was used! There is certainly a lot more allergic rhinitis etc being seen🤔
I’ve often seen those straight lines pointing out from the radar site and wonered about them. I’d love to know what really causes them and so often in the same place.

FWIW, I find Mr. Wigington to be very hard to listen to because he invariably speaks in superlatives – all the dire threats without exception are coming at us are “unimaginable” or some similar Universe-destroying scale.
Nonetheless, it will be a much better world for all of us if creepy Bill and all of his ilk were somehow randomly and inexplicably exterminated like the anti-human baby-eating cockroaches that they are.
As for weather modification over the Australian region, aside from chemtrails and anomalous weather patterns, I’m rather persuaded by those geometrically precise grid patterns of spontaneous bushfires that SOMETHING underhanded is going on.
I have been taking photos, in my area, for the last two years of weird clouds, strange looking skies, and planes spewing chem-trails.
I suggest you stop looking at your phone and start looking up. Use your own instinct from a lifetime of living under these skies to know what is right and what is wrong. Those planes are not just spewing out hot air up there! I have never before woken up to so many “grey days.”
My question is and always will be who or how many Australian citizens wrote to there local member of parliament to potentially poison the air? I have written to many politicians regarding crime, vaccine overreach, cost of fuel but nothing changes yet looking at fligh radar on some aircraft flight tracking it astounds me on how many planes travel from destinations out side Australia to fly in our airspace in questionable patterns for extended periods then without landing fly back to their destinations.

If I may make a suggestion, if somebody approaches multi-generational farmers directly, this will access the most accurate climate data now extant. These people are motivated to be nothing but accurate and some of their records go back two centuries.
I don’t consider that anybody should care what I think, but chemtrails in Australia are not, in my opinion, cost effective. There are better ways to destroy food security and these have been in train for forty years.
Tesla created a death ray back in his patenting days, and the west did not want or believe it then, so I think Russia took it.
But patents are patents, and the US ( not the USA)…Washington DC have stolen most of his work and used it for weapons that their friends have marketed worldwide to finance the New World Order/Deep State.
So DAARPA and HAARP are part of this and worldwide climate manipulation is all a part of that control and manipulation.
