It’s said that land Titles issued by the States and Territory’s in Australia are “indefeasible”; but that only pertains to a Government Record of the current “lessee” (Title by Registration) it does not designate “ownership” of the land (Registration of Title); “indefeasibility” only registers the entity who is the current Registered Proprietor licensed to “use” the land under a Statutory law or Act of that particular State or Territory; that is not an Estate of Inheritance at common law (Fee Simple) or any of the usual bundle of common law land rights that we all should be enjoying at common law; I have several family members that lie in war cemeteries around the world that died for my freedom and I do not have it.
I know someone who has written to the King and asked Him to act and restore our rights and he will not, for several reasons: 1) he (and his mother) has taken the money from the Australian Government to remain fictitious monarch; 2) even if he did, how would would he enforce it?; 3) the changing demographics of our population would not support it, true Australians are just about extinct.
Just to add a bit more to the debate, there is a movement underway by aboriginal political interests aided and abetted by the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (UNPFII) to lobby the British Crown to rescind the Doctrine of Discovery; they approached the old Queen and she ignored them, they have approached Charles and he has entered into dialog with them. In the Catholic realm this Pope has already rescinded the old Vatican edict.
The Canadian Indians are spearheading the movement but the Australian aboriginal activists are right there see here;

Currently Native Title is registered across about 88% of Australian land mass; when they achieve the removal of the Doctrine that will make all the Law illegitimate in Australia that has its foundation in British law (including the 1901 Constitution) and the so called law that was supposed to exist prior to 1788 will be in force and the “First Nation” will take over the position of the Crown.
We will be then a lawless country just like New Guinea and Africa.
I do agree about the fight that must eventually come, it will come but to bring it on we will have to have severe economic hardship and that is not far off; the whole of the western world in teetering on the edge; the question is, is there enough of us left to go to a Gettysburg?

I have lived in the NT for most of my 67 years and I know a fair bit about aboriginal law and culture and its not like your saying.

Besides that, in my experience there is massive corruption in the land councils, stealing and corrupt payments by dishonest contract buffalo and cattle musterers, people paying individual land staff employees and TOs money to allow them to run cattle on aboriginal land or muster or bull catch cattle and buffalo; Like at Beswick, the traditional owners at Beswick get absolutely nothing. Js… I have a copy of the survival manual that went with the intro to Aussies. The advice, if one is shipwrecked and finds natives observing one, is “to take out a piece of string and make cats cradles and suchlike. The natives will be fascinated and will edge closer to see what you are doing. Then you can offer some beads or other gaudy objects and offer them as gifts, and become friends”. My Dad used this in NT and Solomons during WWII and was vastly amused by it. Instead of beads, he grabbed the nearest piano and started a party. That worked much better. He was a muso.

Tribal Law was not a democrazy, Yolingu works the way Yolignu works and others in other ways, but always an Elders Circle/Council was the final say.

Unless somebody out there wants to dispute the judgement of pre-eminent High Court Judge Harry Talbot Gibbs, Australia is legally a colony of the British Empire and Charles III is our King.
Even if he was wrong in his legal judgement, the CIA/MI6 coup d’etat of Australia in 11 November 1975, makes us an annexed territory of the United States of America and so all legislation after that point in time is ultra vires (ie legal garbage).
Even those who put their fingers in their ears singing “nah-nah-naaaahhhh-I-can’t-hear-you”, and want to believe we are still a sovereign nation, you are shit out of luck. When the Scomo guvmint cancelled the Constitution (it is not legally possible to suspend a national constitution), from that point onwards we no longer had a legal government.
So, whichever way you look at it, the Professional Aboriginal Elite demand that their ‘Voice’ be recognised by amendment to a non-existent national constitution, is just a joke. Ergo, we are besieged by fools.
Ironically, under actual Aboriginal Law, this also is illegal.
Under Yolngu Law, such decisions can only be made as regulated by Consensus Protocols, and guided by recognised Law Authorities; all of which ensure that every man, woman and child have their say. (Yep, genuine Aborigines have the world’s longest-surviving democracy). The joke is, those coffee-coloured frauds Pat Dodson, Marcia Langton, and pals would understand nothing about this.
Another legal axiom has occurred to me. As Australia is no longer a legal entity, there is no law against public execution following a public national trial, with guilt and sentencing determined by national referendum, so why do we not just rid ourselves of all of these clowns who are destroying the lives of an entire nation, and establish Australia as a new sovereign nation run by a new government ‘of the people by the people and for the people’? As Thomas Paine documented in the Rights of Man, “All authority resides in The People”. If we do it together, we are in the right.

According to researchers: Romley Stewart and Rohan Lorian, Australia is Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, and Cocos Keiling Island. The mainland of Australia is being administered from Norfolk Island, as the administrative center.
The this is because the British could not claim “Terra Australis” as a British possession due to it being already occupied the originals.

The Crown has not been the British Monarchy since the War of the Succession 1688 – 1746.
In ‘the glorious revolution’ , the Judaic Supremacy pulled a switcheroo with The Crown in the establishment of the UK since the original or allodial title of all estates of all the UK nations became the consols of the Bank of England which they chartered 1694. That is the foundation of the Central Banking Cartel which today owns the governments of all nations seated in the United [Communist] Nations.
The Owners of those consols and the City of London Corporation are ‘The Crown’ of the UK not the British Monarchy.
