The Mackay Local Government Authority works directly for the United [ Communist ] Nations. Achievement of the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals and the Earth Charter is the End State of their operation. Depopulation of the earth is one of these goals. The LGA is a commissariat of the United [Communist] Nations CoVID Regime and they have an Agenda. That is Agenda 21 with Agenda 2030 being the first roll-out. Smart cities for the climate lockdowns is part of this Agenda.
The WEF, the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board etc have specific operations under the UN and its covert joint operations command; as multi-lateral partners they have specific tasks. For the WEF they were specifically tasked with training and infiltrating ‘globalist’ leaders into the choke points of power in these UN CoVID Regimes. How to run the crime syndicate power base will probably be part of the training. Putin, Scomo, Biden are all graduates.

Councils are full of corrupt, small minded wannabes grasping at any opportunity to take control wherever possible. Making decisions empowers them even if it destroys peoples lives. Most cant get real jobs and love the feeling of power when they have a say at council meetings which achieve nothing else but more restrictive rules and control over us.

Old codger “ask the fairy in the black dress” might need to have the usual “Honourable” attached, just like for the other $elected crooks in the Canberian Merry go round circus. To cheat, lie and betray while stuffing oneself at the political and just Australian “all you can carry away” smorgasbord is very honourable indeed – but unfortunately not for everyone.
“The Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 s6(6) prescribes the form for addressing Federal Court judges as ‘The Honourable Justice …………’.”
If Australia would have any “HONOURABLE ACT” it would rather prescribe truth and nothing but the truth but then Australia and the grazing herd would not even be Australia.

I’ve said this before, the QLD Civil Service Act 2006, at division 4 section 24 paragraph 2 says “what is NOT a government entity” and the first on the list is local government.
So by their own admission, councils have no authority over ANYBODY without a specific contract.
Quite likely the state government will attempt to exercise state acts endowing governmental authority on councils, but this is revoked by section 109, (inconsistency of state and federal laws). federal law is brought about by the referendum denying council recognition as government.

You ask “what questions”, well first of all, it WILL get into “court”. That’s where the questions must be asked, preferably before proceedings start. You need to ask the fairy in the black dress to say on the record “When was the referendum to stand aside the 1901 constitution and what was the outcome”
If you don’t nail his arse to the floor he will simply deny any relevance of it, (he might anyway).
Before you start you might want to see if you can get a copy of “Living in the private”. Lots of protect yourself info in there.
I would be delighted to join you were it not for the fact that I’m an old age pensioner and that doesn’t provide for any money to fight court cases.

Stop paying Rates and any other coercive “monies” to the Commercial Corporate Entities that have no Lawful standing as “collection agencies” for the State; I am prepared to have them take me to court…….I will expose the entire house of cards; Demand to witness any CON-TRACT with “Council” whereby you have Authorised said CON-TRACT; Does “Council” have any proclamation of Law that makes order for Payment to Council?; Is “Council” a Third Tier of Government?; From where does “Council” assume it’s Authority over Peoples Private Assets?; Under what Crown does “council” sit?;
Help us all here people; What other questions can be presented at “Council Meetings”?

On this, Lindesy Symonds and I are in complete accord.
The Australian Local Government Association must be destroyed and outlawed as the foreign control espionage organisation that it is. Local Government, never recognised by the Australian Constitution, should be dismantled and its roles absorbed by State and Territory Governments.
‘Local Government’ was deliberately excluded from the Constitution by the Founding Fathers because they recognised it as the breeding ground for corruption that is and always has been.
“Constitutional recognition of local government” was soundly rejected by Australians in national referendum for very good reason.
