To all Queenslanders. Make this your priority!! We have been informed by our local council that the QLD GOV. is currently taking a survey from EVERY QLD council to see how many people are contacting their council to object to the 17/12 mandate (not yet law).
They have NOT let the people know so the survey will show no or minimal objection. You can either contact your council directly or click on the link below and fill in your details. The form has been designed to send a communication on your behalf, to your specific council. It takes 30 seconds to complete the form. Share this with every Queenslander you know, who objects to segregation and the actions of our current government. Now the door is open to act and get choice and freedom back in our country.
Please take this seriously. We have been involved in the proceedings up here and it takes persistent fighting. Make your voice heard. The mandate is NOT law yet. Don’t let it get that far. This IS LEGAL and safe to do.

Hi Wayne we asked some councilors in NQ if there had been any communication from the Labor Govt to councils but they said none they were aware of. Remember CEO’s are agents of the state government under the LGA Act. Ed

I contacted the Mayor of our outback town, he outright denied the State had made such a request to Council, however,did ‘take on my concerns’. Unless I can provide evidence of the request from the Qld State government, I have no hard evidence to refute his response. Is there a link to such a document or directive from the Qld government to local authorities?

The laws – international human & medical rights & domestic – are on our side. These covid measures & rules never had anything to stand on. The govs & authorities know that – hence, the tyranny, fear mongering and all. It all would have been dismantled long ago, if people just didn’t comply but engage in civil disobedience. The majority does not seem to care or is totally blinded by fear and propaganda. They think, they can have their lives back: move around as before, pay their mortgage for their houses etc. and everything will be fine. They don’t realize that every person who is coerced propels things into becoming worse for everybody, for the ones who complied as much as for those who resist. What does it take for people to wake up? One would think that by now what is really going on is obvious to everybody.

I contacted my local councillors. I received a reply from only 2 of them. One said “Thanks for your email” and the other informed me that “Health directives are a State issue”. Ostriches!!!

Under a democracy, the people hold the power, not the politicians whether they be federal, state or local. The original Constitution states that Federal laws override state laws. Section 109 of the Constitution states that when a law of the state is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail and the former shall be inconsistent to the point of invalidity. When a State Law is inconsistent, and not in harmony with the Commonwealth Law, that Law is INVALID. Also, section 51.23A of the Constitution states that no form of medical procedure can be forced upon you, without your consent and without your WILL. In 1946 the people voted in a referendum for there to be no civil conscription forced upon the people.That is a medical protection which has been legally inserted into our Constitution and is unique to Australia. Daniel Andrews is facing fraud and treason charges on the 17th December, I wonder who else will be implicated in the proceedings!

I don’t think this is the right approach. Every level of Gov. is in on this and by people filling in a form pretty much give these authorities a database of where they can exert pressure at a local level. People need to really understand the intentions of these globalists and sorry to say gov is not on our side.

Can Victorian councils do the same. I am told our laws are different and so it is impossible in Victoria for the Yepoon move to occur down here???

This is simple, ‘no CONTRACT’ no authority. Why should I obey a mandate from anyone or corporation where there is no contract?? Have we had this discussion, laid out the terms and signed the contract…NO.
