Weather control a weapon

When I was a wee lad I read a few Kurt Vonnegut books so I can certify this information –
“The PR Job: In the late 1940s, while Bernard was working as a brilliant research chemist at General Electric inventing silver iodide cloud seeding, a young, pre-fame Kurt took a job in GE’s public relations department.The Literary Inspiration: Kurt’s job was to write press releases about the scientific breakthroughs happening in the labs—including his brother’s weather-control experiments. Watching Bernard manipulate the elements, and seeing the military take a sudden interest in weaponising the weather, gave Kurt a deep skepticism of unchecked scientific advancement.The Satire: This brotherly dynamic directly inspired Kurt Vonnegut’s classic 1963 satirical sci-fi novel, Cat’s Cradle. In the book, he parodied his brother’s invention by creating a fictional substance called “ice-nine”—a catastrophic material capable of freezing the entire world’s water supply on contact.”
Weather manipulation was therefore from the earliest days of “the cold war” and now we have ABC-TV pumping “ClimateChange” at us probably every 20 minutes or so like a good propaganda unit which it is. Likewise Elbow is turning it up to the max that he is making the internet safe when we all know he just wants total surveillance and full censorship for his masters and for his political survival. It has already come out that his family occupied a government funded townhouse for the best part of a century while taking Fairstar Cruises and participating in a crooked bookmaking ring. Elbow tells us face-on to camera that his father was an Italian guy whom he looks nothing like. There is just no resemblance at all, but we are spoon fed the rubbish and told to swallow it.
People don’t know what to think when climate weapons are turned on them, these fire events are increasingly planned and delivered in various ways and now we have “rain bombs”, while the normal weather is touted as a threat being generated by CO2. The level of government disinformation and the elite war on commoners is being ramped up. All the minions facilitating this should know that they will be next after the useless eaters and commoners are gone. They have no guarantee except a bunch of lies from a bunch of liars.
