THE woke corporate class running our councils and state and federal bureaucracies have created a disaster that is now consuming private property in forced sales. Councils in particular are saving themselves from the skyrocketing debt and inflation created by big-spending Labor governments by liquidating private properties.
Across the nation, but in Victoria especially, the effects of skyrocketing council rates and government taxes are being seen as homeowners and tenants find themselves burdened with often unpayable debt demands with threats of forced sales and evictions.
The total tax burden on the private home in Victoria is now approaching or past the $10,000 mark. Adding to this disaster is collapsing property prices in Melbourne which has placed many property owners in negative equity.
Albanese, speaking to his Labor comrades in Queensland, has tried to shift the blame on to One Nation, who he accused of spreading disinformation and misinformation, and that “he owes it to history’ to defeat them.
According to recent financial data available online, unpaid council rates in Victoria rates reached $920,556,009, and has been growing significantly over prior years.
One story even shocked mainstream Nine media – a couple’s rates in Whittlesea in north Melbourne increased from $3000 a year – a manageable $58 a week – to more than $12,000, a shocking $230 a week for council services, but not including a separate charge for rubbish bin collection and state government levies.
The rate rise was based on a massive revaluation of their property to $4.5 million – effectively an additional $9000 council tax on a home and the land it sits on.
The disaster has spread to other states. In 2022 case covered by ACA, a families in the Gosford municipality were handed bills for curbs and gutters put in 16 years ago and given 30 days to pay or face penalties and debt collectors. They refused to pay.
In another NSW North Coast council the rates went up 39% in a single year, leaving one pensioner ratepayer with a bill for $4716.
This is a crisis created by mainstream politics, largely the Labor Party supported by the Greens.
It is fat, bloated government fueling inflation through heavy borrowing, and government that must be slashed and heavily pruned. Albanese and his Labor Party claim they have answers for this state of affairs and One Nation doesn’t.
Labor and the Greens are essentially addicted to big government. To them government has all the answers. It doesn’t. Government must leave room for individual enterprise. Charity for the poor is often best provided by churches or other community organisations.
The Commonwealth public servant wage bill has increased by roughly $8.5 billion (or about 23% to 26%), rising from $32.3 billion in June 2022 to over $40.8 billion by mid-2025.
This spending, on top of existing bureaucratic folly such as Federal Department of Environment, Climate Change, Energy and Water, must be slashed. One Nation has a tough job ahead of them in Canberra.
The value of a proprietor’s lot has nothing to do with a Council’s COSTS of supplying facilities or services to owners and renters in any municipality. Absolutely nothing. CounciL Rates should be a MORE EQUITABLE PER PERSON CHARGE FOR COUNCIL SERVICES, applied to every resident who is supplied services by the Council.!

As it stands, Council Rates is the grubbernments way of telling us we don’t actually own our land outright, that we are MERELY TENANTS with a few privileges greater than those of other categories of renters !!!.

And such privileges are being made less and less affordable as plenty of elderly pensioners are getting fleeced off their land by exhorbitant Council Rates based on their ‘land wealth’.
As inflation rises, the process revalues cheap houses upwards, pushing many homeowners into higher tax brackets: which their income cannot afford. Its the same with everything, salaries, wealth, etc.

The problem most people face is that they simply do not comprehend – and most never will, that the current economic system is not designed around ‘income from earnings,’ – but ‘income from debt.’

If people have chosen to build their lives upon the principle of ‘income from earnings,’ whilst operating within a debt system. Then its needless to say, that at some point their income from earnings will fail to keep up with the system’s expansion of debt.

Governments and councils are equally victims of this system – but are fortunate to have the luxury of taxation. Those who understand that the current model is a debt based system, also understand that the secret recipe is that you – don’t pay off the debt.

Basically, those that understand the system take on debt at low interest (e.g 4%), then buy real estate and assets that compound at a higher interest (e.g. 15%): i.e. – ‘income from debt.’ They use 4% to pay the debt interest and keep the remaining 11%. As long as the asset is compounding faster than the debt the machine is working as designed.

Though, without knowing a lot about this, re-conveying your assets to the Land Jurisdiction from the Law of the Sea Jurisdiction I think is the right way (I am admittedly no expert at any of this) to take your assets out of the corporate jurisdiction to where ‘they’ cannot touch it, as their courts are in the wrong law of the sea jurisdiction while your assets are law of the land jurisdiction. “Terra Australis States Assemblies” website will do a much better job at explaining this. If you own your property and have a contract with a corporation for the supply of goods and services then all the terms and conditions must be set out clearly in that contract and each item costed, eg: 1. Collection of garbage from 45 Smith Street, Granville: $1,234-56; 2. …. etc…. , otherwise, there can be no lawful claim for monies by that corporation and any invoice is unenforcible. On the other hand, if you do not own your property but the corporation does, then the corporation, as landlord, is entitled to charge rent that is clearly stipulated in the rental agreement.

Politicians’ superannuation is much much more than you commoners get, so we feed a f*n big fund to see us to the horizon. We could pay off 1/4 of the national debt with it and cancel their superannuation entirely, and that’s what should happen. We don;t need them converting to lobbyists and hanging around the parliament on full pay. Note in the Secret Harbour by-election the ALP candidate was a lobbyist and was not allowed to talk. That’s how dumb the ALP thinks their voters are. They think their voters are permanently dumb. Some may not be.
