A military shooter who doesn’t take a shot at Charlie Kirk from a rooftop has been exposed in a newly released video aired on the Candace Owens show.
While patsy Tyler Robinson, 23, stands accused by the FBI of assassinating evangelist Charlie Kirk, 31, at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025 new video footage taken by a bystander reveals the shooter to be a trained military operative using military maneuvers to get into a sniper’s position on the rooftop.
The footage leaves doubt a shot was actually fired.
While Cairns News has published a detailed ballistics and video analysis clearly demonstrating Charlie was not shot with a rifle from a rooftop – he was shot from behind with an air pistol, Tyler awaits a decision from a single judge after a court hearing, if there is sufficient evidence to put him on trial.
The FBI and local police officers have been caught out lying and planting evidence trying to convince the court Tyler was the shooter, while supported by lying legacy media and it seems an incapable defence attorney.
Cairns News contacted one of the attorneys defending Tyler and his response was most unassuring.
Utah District Court judge Tony Graf will hand down his decision in September determining if Tyler goes to trial.

For all the bods wanting the “fedslop” narrative to be “true”; very early on I suggested that the damage to Kirk could have been inflicted by a close range dose of “rat shot”, or, as sometimes called around here “dust shot”; it being a .22 caliber cartridge of tiny pellets intended to mortally damage rats and vermin at very close range- say 10 feet.
More recently I have come across an air-powered gadget for shooting insects that “fires” salt crystals for a fun way to “blast” annoying insects. The sellers of this gadget insist that this gadget should be kept out of the hands of children as it could cause serious damage to “unintended” targets.
I suggest that a “load” of larger salt crystals propelled by an explosive rather than compressed air could have caused all the soft tissue damage in evidence in the Kirk assassination without leaving a projectile, or parts thereof.
I would also contend that a “barrel” made of some high-density plastic could disintegrate and still have done its job of roughly directing the “shot”.

Hey CN, to elaborate on the exploding mic theory it is more of a projectile ie: a 22cal possibly encased in the underbody part of the lapel mic. The physical outline under his tee shirt shows a reasonable size component to conceal such a device. 22lr small in nature but potent enough to manifest those movements of physics shown in the second video of my previous comment. The slow motion shock waves in this same video also points to this theory being plausible were we see the ignition the reaction shock wave of the body and then the egression of projectile from the left jugular area of the neck.
Yes Hollywood exists in many videos out there, but I don’t think the second video has been tampered with when observing in detail of slow motion. My guess the guy on the roof is video recording the event. The lapel mic with a concealed charge IMO is the most plausible scenario, in the following video Charlie’s twitch movement relative to the sound of the charge is instantaneous in the same frame of a video recording at 30fps followed by the charge gases blowing out his tee shirt. Also if you slide along frame by frame on the second part of the 1st video there is one frame that shows his neck blowing up like a balloon again possibly the charge gases. There is also research on these purpose made explosive devices being made in a factory in the US that coincidently blew up a month after Charlie’s death resulting in everyone that worked there died in the incident.
