With an election two years away it is doubtful there will be much of anything left standing in Australia by then.

In the UK, whilst small British businesses are closely down weekly due to similar economic pressure, the streets are filling with thousands of Turkish barber shops, Middle Eastern food shops and Asian phone repair and vape shops. They’ve sprung up everywhere.

Last March over seven hundred barber shops were raided and closed down. These shops are mostly cash payments with not enough customers to justify the costs of operating a business in their locations. They could barely cover the rent.

So what’s really going on?, of course, like the old Italian pizzarias, the shops are fronts for money laundering for the Turkish and Asian mafia. Mostly relating to the illegal immigration industry.

Visited the ATO website a while back and grazed on some info about business registration. Create an ABN and guess who is the legal title holder? All businesses are ‘owned’. Same with the family home or investment anything. For property, there seems to be another layer of deception. The hint is in the title, ‘Joint Tenancy’ and ‘Tenants in Common’. Tenants of who exactly? The winners are the banks. They bloated their books on the way up with fractional reserve ‘lending’, creating debt from promissory notes signed by ‘borrowers’. They will weep crocodile tears as they seize assets.

The latest minimum pay rise is certainly going to upset small business just think of the coffee shop in a shopping centre who has to buy coffee and cake to sell to pay rent and wages at approx $25 per hours plus penalty rates on Sat & Sun + public holidays who had to sell 27 cups of coffee before they showed a profit for the day now will most likely have to sell 38 coffees or more to survive, I can see them walking out the door and not returning because they will find they can make more from Centrelink or maybe score a gig in the public service seeing the government is so flash with cash the MP’s can afford themselves an increase .
