Brereton might have resigned this week from the National Anti-Corruption Commission but he had no other choice after Labor threw him under a bus. His $300m role in the Brereton Inquiry trying to uncover or invent as a last resort alleged murders of civilians in Afghanistan 15 years ago by Australian war hero Ben Roberts Smith VC MG has been one of the greatest military scandals since the execution of Breaker Morant in the Second Boer War in South Africa in 1902, shot by a British firing squad.

Brereton was forced out of his role of Commissioner of the NACC this week three years before his contract was up. His crime? Not informing the Labor Minister for Defence he was still advising the military inquiry while in his new role of running the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
Chris Smith 2GB describes how the government changed the rules of engagement and what effect it will have on future trials.
This disgraceful former NSW Supreme Court judge had his well greased snout in the Canberra trough and has irreparably besmirched the Australian military (and the US military by default) alleging murder of Afghan civilians when there was no military uniform for the Taliban and just about every villager was an enemy informant. War is war.
Brereton’s military inquiry has been paying Afghanis to testify against the SASR members who served in a violent, foreign country where there are no rules.
The Afghani informants have told undercover military agents they would say whatever the ADF asks of them and would tell lies if necessary. The only other informants are former SASR members who have been given indemnities to say what they like about Roberts Smith.
There is no possible chance of Ben Roberts Smith or Oliver Schmidt getting a fair trial in the cleverly chosen civilian court and the ADF was terrified of trying Roberts Smith in a military court where the rules are different and officers could be called.
This saddest segment of military history will go down as the Liberal and Labor crucifixion of all of our war heroes who laid down their lives over the past 120 years so these grubs could be free.
Australian Federal Police Commissioner Krissy Barrett has defended the public arrest of Ben at Sydney Airport claiming she has launched an investigation to find out who could have notified Channel 9 well ahead of the arrest enabling the dodgy TV station to have cameras in place.

Senate Estimates grilling of Brereton
Commissioner Brereton is grilled by Greens Senator David Shoebridge in the video link below as to why Labor threw him under a bus but Brereton’s reply was that it didn’t matter, he was advising the military inquiry in an honorary capacity while Commissioner of the NACC.
There was no conflict of interest he maintained. Is it any wonder Labor wanted to be rid of him for upsetting the vast majority of the population with his $300m plus another $44m inquiry to demonise the military and hang hero Ben Roberts Smith.
The best Labor Prime Minister the country ever had, Malcolm Turnbull initiated the original Brereton Inquiry into alleged misconduct by the SASR in 2016. We wonder if Brereton still talks to him?

templar1066 words are true.
.
The Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), Division 268, applies to war crimes tried in civil courts in Australia.
.
The Act establishes universal jurisdiction.
.
Alleged offenders regardless of their nationality or where the crime occurred can be prosecuted.
.
I suppose there is little chance of that happening when a President of a an alleged (rolls eyes) genocidal regime has access to the office of Australia’s lead intelligence agency.

* are overseen
Brereton appears to be a ruthless character.
.
Why would Labor want to see him off the National Anti-Corruption Commission?
.
Was Brereton overseeing an investigation into allegations of corrupt conduct by elected, civil or public servants?
The framework of the N.A.C.C. seems floored, when integrity and appointments within the Commission is overseen by a joint committee of elected-servants, some of whom could be under investigation.
“Smelly as Hell!”, is correct.
After the mind fuckery, mass psychosis sets in; new norms reinforced by constant reminders until acceptance is unquestioned groupthink.
RE: “So they have changed the law to you are guilty until proven innocent.”
Indeed, that’s the purpose of kicking off and playing up such high profile “scandals”. It quietly conditions us into accepting witchunts as ‘justice’. Once we accept the mindset, it becomes the rule rather than the exception.
.
If prominent people can be treated in such a way, what chance will a mere, mortal, Average Joe have? Especially when the public mindset buys it as legitimate.
This is a governmental breach of contract, as all Members are obligated to act in the best interests of thier constituents, of which BRS is one. BRS’s lawyers should call this one out-as I have stated it.
The faces of propaganda leave trails of death and destruction that favours elites, merchants of death, banksters and lobbyists in governments.
Is the persecution of service men and women the doing of disconnected, woke chains of command and ill advised pollies or their controllers?
War crimes foreign and local, are committed by all sides by those who blindly follow their indoctrinated cause.
Apartheid in South Africa is bad, in Israel?
Genocide by Nazis and Banderites is bad, but Zionists maybe not?
Holocaust bad, Holodomor maybe not?
The crusades were good, now not.
CoVfefe killers good, jab hesitant bad.
Freewo/men bad, citizens (municipal slaves) good.
Words uttered by tourists, “We’re German-Swiss” even today are met with restrained enmity from young French pizzaiolos in Port Augusta.
Mind-control by bell towers replaced by cell towers.
The moral stain on the world is not caused from pawns in foreign policy, like Ben Roberts Smith and Oliver Schultz.

A few good comments but nowhere the “WHY” are they doing this, except perhaps the example of Canada.
Slightly different strategy here but same result, the ALP paves the way for the CCP to come in.
Nothing a sturdy tree and a good strong rope wouldn’t sought out. Now all is needed is the traitors masquerading as our government at the end of it. And when the time comes, let’s not forget the bureaucratic useful idiots that protect them.
Templer 1066 : I know it is illegal for any Australian citizen to provide themselves to any foreign military force in any foreign combat zone or any country where it is likely to become a conflict zone .
This came about after conversing with my member of Parliament during a nighttime phone conversation when I told him that if Australia didn’t go into Timor to protect the people from the Indonesians then I would .
A while later the PM stated that no Australian could involve themselves in any foreign conflicts and they would be prosecuted if they did .
So how do these fellow Australians get an exemption from what was written into Law ?
No real Australian will ever want to fight for Australia again after this. By the decades long neglect of any beefing up of our military and borders over the last few years leaving us as sitting ducks one wonders whether thats part of the plan to make it easy for a foreign enemy to just Walz into the country with little to no resistance.
Well what do you know?
That’s exactly what they’ve done.
“Invasion Day” should be celebrated as the day this labour govt took office.
They are the Trojan horse that brought the barbarians in.
The corruption stinks to high Heaven.
And they wonder why nobody trusts the government anymore.
Meanwhile an estimated 500 plus dual Australian/Israeli citizens have returned to Australia having served in the IDF … a military that has been adjudged guilty of war crimes. Yet, despite these allegations being referred to them, no attempt has been made by the relevant Australian authorities, to investigate and if appropriate, ensure the former IDF soldiers face justice.
So they have changed the law to you are guilty until proven innocent. ‘March in the guilty bastard’ used to be a joke. Not anymore. The interesting questions are why and who benefits. Always follow the money.
In Canada, 20% of the army recruits are permanent resident, ie immigrants. 80% are citizens but how many were naturalised citizens, the bot does not know, but pressed further says 10-20% of citizens were naturalised, that suggests about 1/3 of all army conscripts are immigrants. But the army job take-up would be higher from immigrants since they probably don’t have an uncle etc to help their career, and if it includes a university degree it’s “sold”.
The Globalists have nurtured China, especially since Deng Xiao Ping, and the CCP’s communo-fascist technocracy is their favourite model, so when the CCP is told it’s time to take over the west coast, Vancouver will go first and the Chinese-Canadian army conscripts will be conflicted. It’s all good fun for our satanist overlords who will have 2 bob each way on it all and love a bloodbath more than anything except gold.
What I would like to know is exactly who is orchestrating this media spectacle. Now we see the top cop of the BRS arrest media spectacle is vowing to catch the leaker, but the leaker was probably the top cop. Everything now is done with layers of fakeness, and then the ABC-TV is called in to formalise the groaning towers of bullshit our statecraft experts create.
Our Government is as bent as they come. This should have been held in a military Court.
