Just a few months ago (January 2026), Bill Gates’ vaccine cartel CEPI gave Moderna and University of Oxford $26.7 million to begin developing Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV) mRNA and viral vector injections. These are multivalent filovirus “vaccine” platforms, meaning they are designed to target multiple Ebola viruses and related filoviruses simultaneously — including Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV).
Four months later (today), the WHO declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) over a Bundibugyo Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The same playbook always repeats:
Develop “vaccine” → Fearmonger new outbreak → Declare emergency → Gain power & control → push “vaccine” as only solution.
This marks the 17th Ebola outbreak recorded in the Democratic Republic of Congo since the virus was first identified there in 1976 — and the third known outbreak of the Bundibugyo strain since it was first identified in 2007. Across Africa, there have been dozens of Ebola outbreaks over the last 50 years.
Every previous Ebola outbreak has been successfully contained to the affected region without becoming a global pandemic.
Why? Because Ebola — including the Bundibugyo strain — spreads through direct contact with bodily fluids from symptomatic individuals, not through the air or casual contact. There is simply no biological basis for this to become a worldwide pandemic.
So why the rapid escalation to a full Public Health Emergency of International Concern at this moment?
The WHO says because, as of May 16, there are 8 laboratory-confirmed cases, 246 suspected cases, and 80 suspected deaths in Ituri Province, with the outbreak spreading to Uganda. They cite the lack of any approved vaccines or treatments for this specific strain, high population mobility, and risk of further cross-border spread as major concerns.
However, perhaps they actually declared an emergency because the WHO’s pandemic treaty negotiations recently hit a major roadblock over the Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing (PABS) annex, preventing the treaty from being put into effect.
It also appears that the botched hantavirus situation didn’t yield the level of perceived fear they were hoping for.
With America’s exit, Bill Gates is now the WHO’s top funder. Thus, nothing the WHO says or does should be accepted at face value.
Whatever the WHO and mass media throw at us, America should NOT rejoin the WHO under any circumstances. We must not give in to their extortion tactics designed to pressure America into rejoining and becoming trapped under sweeping powers of surveillance, vaccine passports, and mandates.

Vaccinia Vectors as Vaccines for Biowarfare
The MVA viral vector is used in smallpox vaccines, which are also deployed for monkeypox (now called mpox) (ACAM2000, and Jynneos vaccines), and Ebola vaccines (Mvabea). Despite being eradicated, smallpox vaccines continue to be stockpiled for biodefence reasons. The platform was explored for COVID-19 but did not become the dominant commercial method because mRNA and adenovirus platforms scaled faster.
There are no widely licensed HIV vaccines, nevertheless vaccinia vectors have been heavily studied for decades in HIV Research as evidenced by the Bernard Moss patents: many involve recombinant MVA expressing HIV env, gag, and pol genes. The Bigger Pattern
Reading the patent literature over time, a clear pattern emerges. The field gradually moved from studying pathogens to sequencing pathogens, then cloning genes, then inserting those genes into vectors, then optimizing expression systems then redesigning viral genomes themselves. Vaccinia is one of the earliest large-scale examples of this transition.
Once viruses become modular engineering platforms, the conceptual distinction between vaccine, vector, recombinant construct, and engineered virus becomes increasingly blurred.
This is the story of how the vaccine becomes the pathogen and why they are best understood as engineered stealth weapons.

The World Health Assembly (WHA) is now meeting in Geneva (19–27 May 2025) to, once again, discuss, dispute, push, modify, trick, and finally cheat the “Pandemic Treaty” through a majority of the Assembly vote.
All this happened without any transparency, partially behind closed doors. The world’s globalist mandate: it MUST pass, come hell or high water.
Because – let us state this from the start – the globalist cabals objective number one of the infamous UN Agenda 2030 has been and still is a massive reduction of the world’s population. This was expressed already in the Club of Rome’s “Limits to Growth” (1972), and repeated in 2022 by the chief-author of this book Dennis Meadows – see this video clip (about 2/3 down the article).
And what better executing agency than WHO – a public health organization that never was designed to protect public health, rather to decide who must die and who may live; a eugenist organization created by one of the key eugenists, David Rockefeller (1915 – 2017), and financially supported by another major eugenist, Bill Gates.
On Monday night, 20 May 2025, the WHO with 135 members present, 124 (less than 2/3 of the total members (194)) voted for the Pandemic Treaty, 11 abstentions and zero opposition. It is likely that all those who were against the treaty were told to leave the room before the vote. So, the vote looks more genuine.
Since the ballot happened without any transparency, it cannot be discounted that some members were coerced / incited to vote “yes”, with promises of receiving “health funds” from WHO or Bill Gates.

There was certainly no discussion on the vote, but rather in a desperate attempt to “win” this lost case, those who may have been hesitant were shown the door to the room.
WHO could not allow another defeat – lest its reputation and credibility (does it have any left?) was even more at stake than before. So, WHO claims the treaty was sealed.
However, what was really approved is a heavily watered-down version of the original text. The current version is far from the tyrannical original version, which would have seriously violated the member countries’ sovereignty. This would too, but it has an open range for each country to approve with their own legislation, whether or not they want to adopt the WHO treaty, i.e., the WHO dictatorship.
Having said this as an opener, it is opportune to LISTEN TO DR. DAVID MARTIN’S ASSESSMENT, THAT ‘WHO WAS FOUNDED BY THE CARTEL AS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION’.
