There has been much conjecture about Direct Energy Weapons (DEW) since San Diego County, California in 2020-21 and Maui, Honolulu were wiped out by fires in 2023.
Several investigators believed they were started by space-based DEW’s. Australian investigators in 2019-20 also believed the ‘Black Summer Bushfires’ were caused by DEW’s leaving devastating, widespread damage to infrastructure and bushland across southern states.
A scientist Cairns News spoke to about DEW’s at the time said it was doubtful space-based DEW’s could generate enough power for their laser beams to reach Earth yielding sufficient destructive capacity.

It is hard to know what is the truth but when the results of the fires are analysed there is no doubt that soft metals in cars melted yet trees and vegetation alongside were untouched.
Particularly blue coloured objects such as cars and plastics or homes with blue roofs were not affected. Cairns News published a photograph of a beam from the sky which allegedly started a fire in the California hills.
When it comes to alleged sabotage of the Geelong fuel refinery by an aircraft DEW then it becomes another matter. Below is a table of energy requirements for DEW’s sourced from AI:
The energy required to power a directed-energy weapon (DEW) varies significantly based on the target and the intended effect (e.g., “dazzling” a sensor versus physically destroying a hull). Military requirements often categorise DEWs based on the power output needed to neutralise specific threats:
- 10–30 kW: Effective for “soft kills” (dazzling sensors) or destroying small, low-end drones (Class I and II UAVs).
- 50–100 kW: The current “tactical weapons-grade” standard. These systems can destroy drones, rockets, artillery, and mortar rounds within seconds.
- 300 kW: Required for larger threats, such as cruise missiles or small, fast-attack boats.
- 1 MW (1,000 kW): The threshold for “strategic” weapons, intended to destroy high-speed ballistic missiles or targets at extreme ranges.

Efficiency and Prime Power
The “output power” (the beam itself) is only a fraction of the total energy the weapon must draw from its platform:
- System Efficiency: High-energy lasers are typically only 30% to 50% efficient. This means a 100 kW laser beam might require a 200 kW to 330 kW electrical power supply.
- Total Energy per Shot: A high-power microwave (HPM) weapon might require roughly 75 kilojoules (kJ) to affect a target over a 3-second “dwell time”. For context, a 300 kW laser draws enough power to support approximately 30 households simultaneously while firing.
- Waste Heat: Because of the low efficiency, these weapons generate massive amounts of waste heat that require dedicated shipboard or vehicle-mounted cooling systems.

Hecker is a high tech plumber who went to Antarctica to work at the top secret bases there.
He talks about the DOMs, the arrays that are there, and how when they first fired them off-green beams-thy bounced off the ionosphere and caused the earthquakes in Christchurch NZ.
And they did it twice, not fully knowing how to control the beams.
I saw this first about a year ago, s do not remember what the DOMs anagram means, but Hecker tells you.

On geoengineering, etc., the InPower movement have what they call a “wave” of liability notices they are launching in May.
About eight months ago, on a Friday afternoon, I saw a plane traversing the sky form the south west to the north west, headed in the Melbourne direction, leaving a fat white woolly-looking “thread” across the sky that, after a while, dispersed across a wide area.
I did not have a phone or camera on me, so did not get a picture, though it would have been good as the sky way cloudless blue.
There can be no doubt that such a thing would not happen unless government-approved.

For example in Venezuela Mein Trumpf pulled out the EMF, then not much later Putin let the Persians use his EMF on Swissy Lord Muck’s skynet. So these wars include arms expos. How about the apparent mini-nuke on the Lebanese waterfront, this can only have been the IDF announcing their new weapon. They call it “tactical nucular”. And now look, the IDF has stolen a big chunk of Lebanon. The military in general likes to hush up their tech, until it’s time for the expo. Then they have to use up the old shit as fast as they can because of the budget.
Having done a guided tour of the Geelong Shell refinery when I was very young and us having to give the security bloke on the gate the car cigarette lighter and anything else that could ignite vapour I am wondering if it was a combustion pressure issue that caused their fire .
Shell employed many foreigners engineers on a rotation to other Shell locations throughout the world and some we know of were not all that bright so someone could have mistakenly programmed their computer incorrectly .

Now that such systems exist and are tested and employed, then of course, these should be suspected to be employed by governments who can easily hide their use.
If governments could be trusted to operate for we, the people, then they would not be suspected at all.
But you cannot trust the Australian Government Ciorporation to be above levels of creepy destruction, as suspected on every front.
No, the Geelong refinery was not an act of sabotage by a DEW – I think that that hypothesis is fantastical. In 1976 I was deputy manager of an Oil Refinery, having been manager of a petrochemicals plant in 1974 and 1975. We had a few fires, due to handling difficult materials. My guess is that the Geelong Refinery was under pressure to maximise its production, and especially at such times equipment springs leaks of flammable hydrocarbons, which of course catch on fire.
