Of a crew of 294 officers and men (including three civilians), the ship suffered thirty-four (34) killed in action and one hundred seventy-four (174) wounded in action. That order cost the lives of 25 of our shipmates killed by the torpedo. After those flights were recalled, Sixth Fleet personnel listened to our calls for help as the attack continued, knowing they were forbidden to come to our assistance.

Now that my previous post, below, has gone up, I must now tell you about how to hold the OzGovCorp to its commercial liability.
This can be done, for a start, by people simply Noticing their local federal Member of Parliament that they hold full commercial liability for all the harm done by their immigrant/alleged “refugee” imports, which has been done as a matter of POLICY.
Best illustration of this might be the death of Sisto Malaspina, at the hands of that immigrant Khalif Shire Ali, who stabbed Sisto to death in broad daylight in Bourke St., Melbourne:

As the article says, Ali was on the terror watchlist, just as Man Horan Monis (Lindt Cafe siege) was, but both were allowed to roam the streets and perpetrate the evils they did.
Because they were not detained, the government is, I believe, liable for compensation for the loved ones affected by both atrocities, which could easily have been prevented by simple detention.
Once held to that liability-POLICY inescapably comes with full commercial LIABILITY attached, we might see some sort of change, as local Members could, I think and hope, be individually sued, for supporting the immigration program, which is detrimental to Aussies, and in more ways than one-mass homelessness being one concomitant of this unceasing immigration POLICY/program.
And I think I am correct on all counts, Folks.
Whilst being a rabid despiser of petitions (they hold ne legal force) this is one I might consider signing, though that consideration period might still take a good deal of time.
This corporate government (every department operates under an ABN-check them all on needs to be “attacked” on commercial law basis, because they are said to be operating under UCC, and so are commercially liable, in the first instance, for BREACH OF CONTRACT, because the Law of the Land, the Constitution, is a legally and lawfully binding contract between us and THEM, no questions asked.
