VICTORIA’S Liberal Party has just shot itself in the foot after sacking it’s latest parliamentary leader, the former policeman Brad Battin, and appointing an inner city girl who supported the Voice and now backs the state’s Treaty with Aboriginals.
Jess Wilson, a 35-year-old blonde woman, is the first woman leader of the Victorian parliamentary Liberal Party, which apparently makes her “special”. Ms Wilson would have slotted right into the Teals or Greens, had not the offer been put to her. She is the third new leader appointed by Victorian Liberals this year.
“The new leader of the Victorian Liberal Party – not just any ‘moderate’, she supports treaty,” says political commentator Matthew Camenzuli. “I think that tells you all you need to know. The handiwork of the backroom boys – so the grift may continue unabated. Victoria is lost.”
Battin was apparently dumped because, as the ex-copper, he focused too much on fighting crime, although his own story shows he certainly wasn’t any type of tough guy. He lasted just under a year as Opposition leader.
Wilson’s first “policy announcement” is right up the alley of Jacinta Allan’s Socialist Left: “targeting coercive control of women in homes”.
New Victorian Liberal Party leader Jess Wilson has targeted domestic violence in her first policy announcement as opposition leader, promising to criminalise coercive control, the ABC approvingly reported.
“Coercive control is a pattern of ongoing, continuous abuse over time, used by a person to control, dominate and intimidate another person, usually an intimate partner,” the ABC explained.
“While Victoria has existing family violence laws, it does not explicitly criminalise coercive control as a separate behaviour, according to domestic and family violence groups.”
Ms Wilson labelled coercive control “sinister” behaviour that needed to be identified. “This is an insidious pattern of behaviour that we need to put a name to and we need to call out,” Ms Wilson said.
So Ms Wilson, just like Ms Allan, is all for the state taking an even bigger role meddling in domestic affairs.
The tragedy is that the genuine conservatives who exist within the Victorian Liberals have been sidelined and marginalised. Maybe it’s time to let the lefty Libs merge with the Teals.

Victoria is a socialist state and therefore does not need an opposition , as they have the same policies.
Just remember how many years the majority of Vics voted for comrade Dan and now comrade Jacinta., be carefull what you vote for

Another useful idiot and token woman. Is she a lesbian also? You know, just to complete the woke trifecta.

I’m not involved with the Corruption Whistleblower newspaper, but I saw an interview by them recently and then followed the link to their webpage. I encourage everyone to have a look at the research they have put out there and to support them while we can.
In relation to your other comments, my days talking politics are numbered I believe – I have no illusions about what Socialist/Communist Governments and their henchmen are capable of.
Cairns News have been good enough to give us a forum to debate and say what we think – rightly or wrongly.
A mistake we made (those of us who are old enough to remember) was to ‘not talk religion or politics’ enough – because if we had, we might not have found ourselves as a Country in the predicament we are now in. Our ignorance has been their bliss.
Keep fighting the good fight.
There are more of us than them.
Dandy: have had a look at you Corruption Whistleblower entry and am keen to talk to you. Great research, and a real gift. Would like to have a chat. Phone: 0489 021 359-I have put my number up before and a couple real deal people have got back Gimme a call. Gaz
My letter, published in the Geelong Advertiser a few weeks ago, calling out the bogus treaty:
“Rather than the liberals promising to repeal the Treaty legislation it might be best for them to lunch a legal challenge to the alleged Treaty.
This is because the Victorian government cannot make a treaty with aboriginal corporations it has incorporated and funded itself, as, at least on an international level, governments can only make treaties with other lawful governments and not with corporations-and especially with corporations it has established itself.
I believe that the existing aboriginal corporations would not have received any substantial funding unless they had incorporated, the latter meaning that peopel in these corporations have effectively ceded the sovereignty of the people they supposedly represent.
I also believe that the government has acted discriminately, and in breach of their Constitutional contractual obligation “…to act in the best interests…” of all their constituents, and not just a select group of them.
This is as much as I told the state MPs Sam Groth and Rikki-Lee Tyrrell a couple of days ago and will also be following up on with the Governor of Victoria.”
A form of this is to be sent to a number of the Liberals soon.
When you are running an Agenda you don’t pick the one who has been around for too long and has the wisdom of years.
You don’t pick the one who will question you.
Or the one who is smart and can see through any BS.
You pick an ambitious but malleable fresh faced University know it all.
30 something.
30 years of relentless propaganda and useless potentially false information fed into the space between their ears – the most dangerous generation presently out there.
Because they (think) they have all the answers and they spent a lifetime being told how clever they were.
They all deserved a reward.
Who is her Daddy?
What school did she go to?
The only credentials you need when ‘running’ a ‘Corporation’ for those who are running it.
Victoria is a basket case.
The Liberals have no intention of turning that around.
Born and bred as a political animal in privileged inner Melbourne with a silver spoon in her well healed and moneyed mouth. Dyed in the wool Liberal family though she spells Liberal with a little l = lefty.
Posh upper crust schools and academia and manoeuvred into political “advisory”positions having never struggled to survive or done a real days work in a real job in her entire life leaves Miss Wilson as completely out of touch with most Victorians as the current Labour place holder and her woke, broke and incompetent handbag brigade.
She’s basically just a younger version of Jacinta Allan.
So what’s the difference?
I’d really like to blow a big raspberry at all this but I don’t know how to spell it.
Without denying that there are abusive men in volatile domestic situations that need to be dealt with the fact remains that most normal men are pretty sick of these women publicly championing “women’s issues” without the slightest coherence of the irony.
“Coercive control” isn’t just the domain of abusive men. There’s plenty of women who use coercive control on their male partners too. They just do it differently than the men do but it’s just as abusive and injurious.
For example I’ve known men that have had their women falsely accuse them and invoke an AVO so that they can get custody of kids, force the partner out of the house and move their boyfriend in and then get the courts to demand that the innocent man pay child care and the mortgage for a house he cant live in and kids he’s to busy working to see.
Then she uses his inability to see the kids to call him negligent and get full custody of the kids.
Or threatening the man with such a scenario.
I’ve seen many variations of this.
That’s Coercive Control!
Women are not always the victims. Sometimes they are the most insidious abusers.
Men suffer this in silence.
They don’t carry on like pork chops, or stage massive hateful mens protests and scream hate about all women like these Feminazi activists do about men.
They just suffer in silence and are too proud, humiliated or demonised to take it to the courts. There’s definitely a bias against men in the courts in such situations and when you see this sort of thing being heralded by “girl boss” politicians you can certainly see why.
The way this “coercive Control” is so broadly defined means that a woman can call almost anything she doesn’t like Coercive Control and potentially have the man criminalised and arrested. As if a woman would never lie for her own self interest.
The irony of having these very empowered women championing all this female victimhood is quite staggering.
Only a woman could come up with weaponising victimhood to bring down men.
It seems alright for a woman in power to be sexist enough to champion only women’s causes and agendas but if a man dared to champion an only male cause there would be wailing Feminazi banchees and dying swan protests in the streets enmasse and in the media crying foul and decrying all the misogyny.
It’s just not right and men really need to stand up for themselves and put a stop to their castration…. Or go gay because it’s safer.
And they wonder why there’s so few good men around.
They’ve scared them all away.
Treaties are signed by heads of state and organizations, or their designated representatives with full authority.
Who is the head of state of the Wurundjeri tribe?
The act of signing requires a signature/sig-nature which means an agreement is being made between between corporations.
Autograph versus Signature – sig-nature
Sig, Hebrew Word Origin: From a root word meaning “to move away” or “to turn aside” [from nature]
Corporations can only deal with other corporations.
Victoria is a corporation. Is the Wurundjeri tribe also a corporation?
When was the last Wurundjeri tribe Lore meeting held which nullified the tradition of flesh and blood living tribal members into non living legal fiction corporate entities?
Commenter dandy
That’s fascinating what a heist, reminds me of “No child shall live in poverty by 1990 sob sob”. But you know where money comes from, the RBA “borrows” it from Swissy and we will get the interest added, while the usual colourful characters will take large commissions for their “service” in facilitating good deeds, in the end around here we will probably see nothing more than a couple of safety warning signs, speed bumps or free injections.
neither are government
a state constitution cannot be changed unless it has a state referendum followed by a national one with the majority indicating for the change – as the state constitution is lawfully and legally binded to the national constitution – all states have changed their constitution in failure to complying with law
a treaty cannot be signed by a state as it exceeds federal
there is no lawful government state or federal
Embracing a Labor/Green/Teal infiltrator by electing “wet-behind-the-ears” Jess Wilson shows how far down the blind stupidity hole the Liberals have fallen.
George Galloway was spot on with his “two cheeks of the same arse” observation about two party politics.
If it’s ‘coercive control’ by a partner then all the other ‘intimate’ partner has to do is say no.
If they choose to stay, then that is their choice, and they do get to make it – and often they do decide to stay.
Coercion as a definition is different to physical restraint – how will they measure a subjective claim against an objective claim?
Support services already exist for vulnerable people.
This is all smoke and mirrors garbage.
Domestic and family violence is a symptom of dis-ease in a Society anyway.
Government overreach, overtaxing, overruling, interfering, screwing with families, screwing with their children’s minds, taking away parental rights, giving preferential parental rights to one and not the other – destabilising jobs, and I could go on.
Then there is the stress, anger and frustration that comes with Maslow’s basic hierarchy of needs – food and shelter – which Governments continue to interfere with.
And now the judges in Victoria have time for this new category?
Or will this just be a bad ‘credit score’ for the person – the chattel?
The Big 4 Banks have been served.
$6000 is owing to every individual in this Country.
It appears a Contract was broken years ago – when no one was watching.
Imagine that.
And try not to get angry.

“This is Big! We have served the Banks to release our money!”
State and Federal governments are the biggest coercive controllers out there.
I wonder if that law will apply to them?
(no jab no pay, no mask no entry into shops, no digital ID no internet or social media, and the list goes on!)
First time I have ever heard of Battin so he obviously was not helping the true dinky di Aussies.
I would be interested to hear of where Michael Kroger stands with all this nonsense – is he still sold out like all the other Libs.
