NAB today announced its Climate report. A lot of gobbly gob in there but reading between the lines it seems their role may take the form of controlling finance and credit to those conforming to climate action outcomes and dishonour or pressure companies or corporations that are non compliant. How far will they go relative to individuals, will lending for a home only occur on housing fully kitted out with green solutions.
Do they also become the policeman for carbon credits, very lucrative for them if they are holding these credits as a form of currency.

Another aspect that might interest readers is that, Constitutionally, only one instance of taxation is applicable on any single item, so the carbon tax must be unlawful and not applicable,
Problem is that if no-one formally Notices the government, then they will go ahead and levy the tax anyway, and a lot of thick-head, ignorant Australians will go along with it.
