THE leader of the Victorian Liberal Party has condemned the March For Australia and is using it as an excuse to take more rights away from Victorians, according to organisers of March for Australia.
The parties need to be taking a good look at the massive roll-outs to rallies across Australia. Queensland’s Multicultural Affairs Minister Fiona Simpson joined the yellow-bellied chorus, condemning the rally and committing her self to a so-called “multicultural Australia”. How multicultural? is what many Australians are asking.
“Brad Battin and the Multicultural Minister have taken our simple and factual statement – that more Indians arrived in five years than Greeks and Italians did in a century – and used it as his excuse to demand new anti-protest laws, as well as viciously condemning us and our message of ending mass immigration,” the organisers posted.
“Think about that. Instead of debating immigration policy, instead of listening to the majority of Australians who want immigration cut, the Liberals want to give the police even more powers to crack down on protests. They are openly admitting they would rather silence Australians than confront the truth about mass immigration.
“This is the controlled opposition on full display. The Liberal and Labor parties are united: mass immigration must continue, and anyone who speaks against it must be smeared, criminalised, or legislated out of existence.
“On August 31, ordinary Australians will show that we will not be silenced. No politician in Spring Street or Canberra gets to decide who can speak for this country’s future.”
Nine News gave even-handed coverage of the march and it became clear with those spoken to that they were not anti-immigration, but anti-mass immigration, which is seen as threatening the social fabric of the nation.

Great to see a good crowd (maybe 10k?) assemble in Brisbane’s Roma Street Parklands auditorium area (normally used for Shakespeare performances btw). But as a migrant myself I thought it might look a bit hypocritical to participate, in the march – not a play! I suspect the attendance was boosted by the large amount of advance publicity (mostly negative!) afforded by mainstream media – something our Covid protest rallies never got a whiff of, sadly. And I do wonder who all these thousands of people could have voted for in the recent Fed election ?

Thank you for speaking the truth! That second photo was before the march started as by 12 noon Roma street was packed. Some are saying close to 100,000 people attended but MSM example channel 7 are saying 6,000! Any wonder no one trusts the media. It was such a positive event. We sang Australian songs “waltzing Matilda”, and our national anthem. As well as australian artists such as AC/DC, jimmy Barnes “working class man”. The main 3 chants were Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, and “Albo is a wanker”, and “Albo is a traitor”. Everyone was friendly and united. Great experience. The police were in the background and did a great job. Though I did have the Australian flag around my shoulders and had someone walking past me on my way home and called me a racist! Years ago you use to be thought of as patriotic!
We should be asking the Governer General of Australia her opinion on why Australian’s have to march to get the Federal Government to take notice of why they have too.

I am 92…had a nasty fall a week ago and cannot march.However, we decided we would put Aussie flags on the car and drive around Albury showing our support.
The rally in this area was to be held in Wodonga, over the river, and we didn’t go there as we did not want to get caught in crowds in Wodonga’s narrow. streets.
Did we see any more cars with flags? NO!
