Good on you for bringing that recommendation out however I would provide a caveat, I normally get 30c for just about anything, I would only use 200c if 30c had no effect, and I would use 1M with extreme caution because despite what people might say you can have too much, it won’t kill you but the worst thing perhaps is there’s no reverse gear as far as I know, once you have gone up you can’t go back.
I don’t claim to be expert just have decades of experience treating myself occasionally etc., but I would say definitely start on 30c for babies.
