We have serious concerns about the Albanese Government’s decision to unilaterally recognise a Palestinian state outside of a proper peace and two-state process.
Until today, it has been a bipartisan position that the question of recognising Palestinian statehood should come at the end of the peace negotiation process, not at the start or during it.
Until today, it was a bipartisan position that there should be no recognition of a Palestinian state with Hamas still in control of Gaza.
Despite his words today, the reality is Anthony Albanese has committed Australia to recognising Palestine while hostages remain in tunnels under Gaza and with Hamas still in control of the population of Gaza.
Recognising a Palestinian state prior to a return of the hostages and defeat of Hamas, risks delivering Hamas one of its strategic objectives of the horrific terrorism of October 7.
This decision, at this time, puts Australia at odds with the United States of America. The US is our most important ally. It will have an essential role in brokering a viable peace process and establishing a sustainable Palestinian state.
The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that decisions to recognise a Palestinian state ahead of a proper peace process scuttled ceasefire talks between Israel and Hamas.
Australians all want the war in Gaza to end. Ending this war is the only way to save lives and safeguard a two-state solution.

It was disappointing enough that President Trump’s first meeting with a foreign leader was with Israeli war criminal Bibi Netanyahu.
But it got worse.
During their joint press conference he shocked the world by announcing that the US wanted to simply take over Gaza and turn it into a “riviera” for Trump’s billionaire friends, some of whom he owes lots of money.
It was Rothschild Inc. bond trader Wilbur Ross who handled Donald Trump’s bankruptcy.
In exchange for the Rothschilds bailing Trump out, Trump agreed to let his name become a lucrative brand for his bankster creditors.
Ross was rewarded by becoming Trump’s first Secretary of Commerce.
And the Rothschilds picked up the Taj Mahal casino and other Atlantic City properties on the cheap. As for the indentured Trump, he would be charged with becoming a two-term US President who would preside over a new “Golden Age”, were the Annunaki Crown billionaire class would come completely out of the closet and rule over a Novus Ordo Seclorum- a New Secular Order with Satanism as its ethos.
In March 2024 Trump’s son-in-law and dual Israeli citizen Jared Kushner said Gaza had “very valuable” potential for its “waterfront property”. The idea all along was that Israel would push all Palestinians out of Gaza and simply take it. It’s why they wanted Egypt to open the Rafah Gate. But Egypt knew the plan so it refused to do so. In addition to the Rothschild riviera plan, there is also the Rothschild energy plan. In 1999 British Gas (BG) discovered a significant gas field in the Gaza Marine fields just 20 miles off Gaza. The Palestinian Authority granted BG a 25-year exploratory concession as a partner, but the Israelis blocked its development. In 2016 Royal Dutch Shell, whose biggest shareholder is Victor Rothschild, paid BG $52 million for the field. But they would not help the PA develop it either. If the US were to take over Gaza, surely the Rothschilds would commence with its development.
Trump’s declaration yesterday can only be seen as blatant colonialist piracy. It harkens back to the days when the Knights Templar ransacked and looted the entire planet for their Crown Bloodline masters. On the heels of his Stargate announcement and with all this talk of a “Golden Age”, it appears that this is precisely the idea. No matter what else he does, Trump’s subservience to Israel and his indebtedness to that nation’s founding Rothschild family will doom not only his Presidency but quite possibly our nation. A team of Australian lawyers from Birchgrove Legal, led by King’s Counsel Sheryn Omeri, have spent months documenting the alleged complicity and outlining the individual criminal responsibility of Mr Albanese in respect to the situation in Palestine.
The 92-page document, which has been endorsed by more than one hundred Australian lawyers and barristers, was yesterday submitted to the Office of ICC Prosecutor, Karim Khan KC.

Freezing $6 million in funding to the primary aid agency operating in Gaza – UNRWA – amid a humanitarian crisis based on unsubstantiated claims by Israel after the International Court of Justice had found it plausibly to be committing genocide in Gaza.
Providing military aid and approving defence exports to Israel, which could be used by the IDF in the course of the prima facie commission of genocide and crimes against humanity.
Ambiguously deploying an Australian military contingent to the region, where its location and exact role have not been disclosed.
Permitting Australians, either explicitly or implicitly, to travel to Israel to join the IDF and take part in its attacks on Gaza.
Providing unequivocal political support for Israel’s actions, as evidenced by the political statements of the PM and other members of Parliament, including the Leader of the Opposition………
In Australia, a prosecution for international crimes cannot be brought without the endorsement and support of the Attorney General which poses a significant conflict of interest.

On 7 October 2023, Israel itself killed her own people.
Israel’s former defense minister, Yoav Gallant, admitted that Israeli troops were ordered to invoke the “Hannibal Directive” on 7 October 2023, leading to significant Israeli casualties. With “hundreds” reportedly killed by Israeli forces. His admission raises questions about the justification of the subsequent Gaza offensive.
The Hannibal Directive, also translated as Hannibal Procedure or Hannibal Protocol, is the name of a controversial procedure used by Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to prevent the capture of Israeli soldiers by enemy forces. It means that a dead Israeli is worth more than a captured Israeli.
The fallout from 7 October 2023 is now further complicated by these revelations that a significant number of Israeli deaths were caused by Israeli forces themselves.
While 1,139 individuals [official Israeli statements to this day refer to 1,200] in Israel were killed during the 7 October 2023 Hamas raid on Israel, it is now clear that many hundreds of these Israeli deaths were caused by Israel’s Defense Forces (IDF) themselves, not by Hamas.
Investigations by independent journalists and international bodies suggest that at least ‘hundreds’ of the Israeli deaths were the result of the Hannibal Directive, nullifying the justification for the Israeli Gaza offensive. See this and this.
This Hamas attack was well-planned years ahead by Israel’s Mossad in combination with the secret services of the UK, MI6, and the US, CIA. Remember, Hamas itself is an original creation by the secret services of Israel, UK, and US. Therefore, Israel was not only aware of the attack to occur on 7 October 2023, they triggered it and knew the time when it was to occur. According to Israeli border guards, they were ordered to abandon their duties for about seven hours, beginning in the early morning of 7 October.
With this admission of Yoav Gallant, it is clear the Hamas attack was what you might call a “False Flag”, planted by Israel, giving them a pretext to start the genocidal ethnic cleansing in Gaza for the reasons that we now have confirmed by President Trump’s statement that the US would take over Gaza, rebuild it into a resort strip and that the remaining Gazan citizens – some 1.6 to 1.8 million should be resettled in Egypt, Jordan and Europe for a “better life” – free of the risk of being killed in a war.
