The Labor Government is now engaging in outright corruption.

The new house

Prime Minister Anthony Albaneses, with a base salary of $607,516, manages to service his ever growing property portfolio
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has added to his property portfolio with the purchase of a $4.3 million clifftop Copacabana house, on the NSW Central Coast after Albo scrapped the auction for his Dulwich Hill investment property, which is currently on the market with an asking price of around $1.8 million.
Anthony Albanese purchased the new Copacabana house, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in October 2024, easy walk to Copacabana Beach, with uninterrupted ocean views from its clifftop position.

Looks like a multi level besser brick toilet block.
Timeline
2016-2021 — “Integrated multi-modal transport and transit systems that optimize the comparative advantages of each mode of transport are crucial in order to achieve sustainable transport of passengers and freight within and between countries. Road, rail, maritime, ferry and air transport, as well as non-motorized transport such as walking and cycling, need to be taken into account and emphasis should be placed on low-carbon-based energy modes of transport and an increased reliance on public transport systems. Sustainable multimodal transport and transit systems can provide an array of options for passenger and freight transport and successfully connect citizens and countries while supporting economic growth, social development and global trade. Transporting goods across national borders and over “the last mile” to their final destination in a safe, efficient and effective way is an ongoing challenge. Solutions will require collaboration between governments and across modes, and regional initiatives will be important to harmonize legal and policy frameworks.” — UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Sustainable Development
2022 — Albanese campaigning in opposition before the May Federal election, committed $30,000,000.00 to the Avoca Drive upgrade
January 2023 — Albanese announced a further $70,000,000.00 in public funding
2023 — The New South Wales government committed $30 million to the Avoca Drive upgrade
July 2023 — Transport for NSW announces, “The proposed upgrade would:
• Improve current and future traffic flows
• Provide more reliable travel times for motorists
• Improve safety for all road users, including pedestrians and cyclists
• Improve pedestrian and cyclist access increasing active transport connectivity
• Provide better access to public transport improving multi-modal connectivity
• Provide better movement of freight.”
“This upgrade will greatly improve safety and reduce congestion on Avoca Drive, ensuring motorists get to their destination faster, and safer.” — Albanese
“This upgrade to Avoca Drive will ensure that commuters travelling through this growing region can do so quickly and safely.” — Federal Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government Minister Catherine King

“The term ‘jurisdictions’ is used to describe the collection of all governments in Australia: national, state, territory and local.” — ATAP.
The majority of People living in the English Common-Law jurisdiction of the country known as Australia, in a 1988 Referendum rejected their public-servant’s request that municipal corporations be recognised as governments.
25 August 2024 — community consultation closed
September 2024 — Albanese purchased house on coastal road about six or seven kilometres from the roadworks
May 2025 — consultant’s report of the community consultation released (which I found somewhat disturbing — a later comment)
June 2025 — design contract awarded
Is Albanese really using public funds to better access his love-nest atop a weathered sandstone cliff or intoxicated by UN Kool-Aid, is following the script and prepping like Noah?
Probably visited and liked the area so splurged out as splurgers do.
Be a real shame Ed if it was $100,000,000 not including $30,000,000.00 from the people of the State of New South Wales not $70,000,000.00 for funding ~2 klms of Avoca Drive between Boora Boora Road and Joalah Road at Kincumber #wouldn’t it!
That’s an expensive road to Albosleazy’s holiday home. I wonder how many small homes you could build for the homeless with $70m?
Yeah UIB quite some time ago we posted something about this and from memory some of the WEF disciples admitted to their affiliations. But we could do more. Ed
Editor how about doing a Conflict Of Interest story on Schwab’s YGL’s in government, I know O’Neil hasn’t mentioned being affiliated with a foreign organisation and I’ll bet none of the others have either.
Corruption at its best.
The money and upgrade already approved for Avoca Drive wasn’t good enough for Albanese, he pushed for more money to ‘upgrade’ the upgrade! Does that mean he intends to live on the Central Coast? “Oh the horror”.
The hand that operates Michelle Bullock’s mouth belongs to Andrew Hauser Deputy Governor of the RBA and also the Deputy Chair of the Monetary Policy Board. Parachuted in from London’s Reserve Bank the BoE to try to squeeze a bit more out of the China boom now long gone.
It’s all about inflating the balloon without making it pop and then when it pops saying “oops” while the commercial banks are laughing all the way to themselves.
And here it is explained why Russia is to blame for high interest rates.

How many Australians are without homes and are living a life of doing without so much – it’s absolutely horrendous and how many who are able to get a rental home spend most of their money on rent – they’ve dragged us all down a black hole and the only ones with money are rolling in it and driving us poor people into their Totalitarian Rule – it’s horrendous and the rest of us living in ordinary homes, some of us cannot afford to spend the money on getting decent floor coverings after decades in our homes and struggling to do repairs etc.. forget about replacements as that’s impossible……..
IT’S AN AUSTRALIAN DISGRACE and ALL of our fore bearers ‘have broken their backs’ working a lifetime of hard work for themselves and OUR country – it’s heartbreaking.

Australia’s Wake-Up Call: No Defence, No Homes, No Future?
July 2, 2025 – Senator Malcolm Roberts and Alexandra Marshall (Host) Spectator TV Australia.
Is the true cost of Net Zero our national security?
“We’re becoming a third-world country in the blink of an eye – and no one seems to care! It’s very simple, if we want Australia to win – we ditch Net Zero.

‘Climate alarmist’: We ‘don’t hear much from Tim Flannery’ anymore – BOUGHT A WATERFRONT PROPERTY
May 6, 2024
Sky News host Chris Kenny has labelled Tim Flannery a “climate alarmist” over his past predictions, saying we don’t “hear much” from Flannery anymore.
Mr Flannery had previously claimed “even the rain that falls isn’t actually going to actually fill our dams and our river system”.
“Since Flannery said that back in the days when Labor made him the nation’s climate commissioner, the Warragamba Dam has overflowed at least five times, triggering repeated flooding in the Hawkesbury and ongoing concerns of course,” Mr Kenny said.
“The dam is currently at over 98 per cent capacity.
“Yep, TIM FLANNERY, he warned we’d face permanent drought, and that our oceans would rise and all the rest of it – HE’S THE CLIMATE ALARMIST WHO BOUGHT A WATERFRONT PROPERTY.
‘IT SEEMS EVEN HE DOESN’T BELIEVE HIS OWN FEAR-MONGERING’.

Can someone answer these Questions?
Why is it the the vast majority of Australian Prime Ministers earn less than 1 Million in the 3 year term but there bank balances / assets appear to sky rocket ( some by 30 od Million )
Why is it compulsory for a Tradesmen, Doctor, Buss driver, security guard, cheff, etc to complete training and assessments and made accountable for all actions good or bad?
Why do only paid government workers receive meddles or promotions for doing there intended jobs, despite the service failures?
Why if you own your own business you are forced to make a profit otherwise you are closed down by the government for trading insolvent?
Why is it only government officials who get paid till they die with befits regardless of there performance?
Why are government workers not held accountable for mismanagement?
Why is Australia broke with no industry, no prosperity, no value and every 22 seconds a born Australian becomes homeless?
“Be a real shame if that house was struck by lightning & burnt to the ground wouldn’t it!” — EliseCares
Be a real shame if the rising see of discontent eroded its foundations #wouldn’t it!
Be a real shame if man made global spin sent it swan-diving off the cliff #wouldn’t It!
Be a real shame if global boiling made it too hot to touch #wouldn’t it
Be a real shame if the people had a voice in parliament and executive branch to confiscate grifter foreign agent’s property #wouldn’t it.
Be a real shame if the location became known as “Hangman’s Hill” #wouldn’t it
Be a real shame if the road was named “The Road to Nowhere” #wouldn’t it
#wouldn’t it
Doesn’t look all that flash. Where is the value, all in the location?
But apart from that, the spending of all that taxpayer money on something for a single owner is outright waste and a case of a rip-off.
With all the assets and income he is supposed to have, why was the taxpayer required to spend a ridiculous amount on a road to nowhere? How many others are going to benefit from this road to justify anywhere near the money spent?
If this out of the way area is about to be developed why is that taxpayers are coughing up instead of the land developer, who will be adding value because of road to the price of blocks ? In other words the buyer will be paying twice for road. 1. In price of block, and 2. as a taxpayer.
Poor Slippery Sleasy Albinsneezy has to prepare for his imminent retirement on a huge unlawfully granted pension plan for those exclusive members of the pretend corporation they call a government.
He could not afford to retire if he had to spend some of that on repayments, and the road is probably to carry the huge traffic loads that will descend there once he has his personal holiday rentals housing estate fully in place.
Sleezy Holiday Mansions Rentals is probably what he will call it.
There will probably be an application for an upper class business centre there as well , although his house there is no mansion really, it is just a crappy beach shack.
When he flips it you’ll know the crash is not far off. Presumably this is primary residence while he stays for free in the government supplied places, such as Yarralumla and other ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotels, so he won’t have to pay capital gains tax. But if not Elbow it would have been Chromedome who racked up $300 million we hear during his successful political career. Or someone else. This scenario is covered as part of the big picture here ( 2 min )
