In the first half of last year $30 billion was given to aboriginal organisations around the country, the big question being, as it is with the Victorian government largess I mentioned in my last post is: “Where are the audits of all this cash?”

The latest, today, is that the Victorian government has spent some 4382 million on secret deals with aboriginal organisations in Victoria, these treaty “deals’ going back to 2016, with some members of the Treaty Authority reeling in salaries of “up to $380k.”
But the think tank the Institute of Public Affairs is claiming that ‘…spending on treaty, “self determination initiatives and indigenous community programs came to $776 million in a decade.”
This all amounts to discrimination and massive wrongdoing by the Victorian government especially given that they have driven the Victorian economy into the ground even before COVID.
And I will be calling my local Member, Christine Couzens’s office tomorrow about all this, as she is the VicGov Minister for First Nations Peoples who has said Jack about the now 6000+ homeless people in Geelong but has everything to say about the local Wathaurong people none of whom, reliable local sources tell me, actually exist, because there are none left here.
