Australia’s farmers, its rural representative bodies and agri-business are slow on the uptake, not yet having caught onto Donald Trump’s much-maligned ‘green climate scam’. Too many leaders of these bodies are in training to be National Party hacks, provided they have joined the Lodge.

The National Farmers Federation, its associated nationwide primary producer bodies, the Meat and Livestock Association, Cattle Australia, CSIRO and agribusiness such as Nutrien and Elders are doing their very best to thwart farmers and livestock producers with every Malthusian hindrance they can dream up.

When questioned why these bodies are screwing up farmers with the multitude of red, green and black tape readily available in the UN/WEF’s population reduction armoury, the lame excuse is that our European trading partners demand audits for traceability, a carbon footprint, environmental rankings, sustainability, farm emissions profile, farm safety and machinery audits, ad infinitum.

https://www.nutrienagsolutions.com.au/sustainability/farm-emissions-profile?

Cairns News hates to be the bearer of bad tidings for these bogus rep and agri-bodies, but the EU is just a minor member of Australia’s overseas trading partners and there is almost no demand from our newfound or existing Asian and other customers from around the world for kilometres of tape that binds farmers.

The ranking of EU’s main Agri-food trade partners for Australia is just 1.8 per cent with beef and veal sitting at just 5.2 per cent of EU imports.. How can such a minuscule EU market share of Australian produce determine the endless, costly trade imposts as listed above?

It is hard to believe cattle producers have fallen into line with these EU demands when Australia supplies a paltry 5.2 per cent of their beef imports.

Farmers say they need full time clerical and compliance staff to implement these myriad trade constraints and the paper trail is enormous, costly and of no value to anybody unless they believe in the climate scam.

America certainly does not, particularly since Trump was elected then he canned the entire Net Zero, carbon capture bullshit transfer of wealth to foreign boardrooms.

The EU claims to pay a premium to Australian farmers for having all of the trade constraints as mentioned, but this is not usually reflected in saleyard prices for cattle or at produce markets.

Particularly when beef producers have only one main buyer of stock suitable for the export market. JBS, the Brazilian cartel which controls red meat prices in Australia has two large meatworks in Queensland, one at Townsville and one at Dinmore near Brisbane and their abattoirs are staffed mainly with an imported workforce.

JBS Foods Australia is the country’s largest meat and food processing company with an integrated food supply from cattle feedlots, road transport and processing factories across several states.

American producers have accused JBS of drug trafficking in South America however no definitive evidence as yet has come to light of these activities in Australia.

It would be of interest to ascertain if JBS pays any Australian tax.

Cargill, the international food mafia with several large operations in Australia, also has a big hand in forcing these trade constraints onto farmers with assistance from so-called representative bodies.

Consumers and producers find it hard to comprehend how saleyard prices of $3.80 to $4.50 a kilogram liveweight for prime steers translates into $35 a kilogram for rump steak at your independent butcher shop or Coles and Woolies.

Just how does the middleman, or meat packers as the Yanks refer to them, manage to rack up more than $30 a kilo for processing costs?

Naturally not all of a beef carcass is rump steak, but no cut of beef in the shop retails under $15 a kilo which seems to be the average cost of mince.

To offset the lower-priced cuts is fillet steak which was on sale at an independent butcher shop in Townsville this week at $45 a kilo, now a delicacy only for wealthy consumers.

JBS has raised a few flags for ABC Four Corners and an investigative report was recently broadcast across their network.

Plenty of truth in the chick’s summary but “building something better” suggests she’s in the opposite camp to Trump. Approach with caution!

Sadly, neither camp is on our side, the side of the regular peeps..

  2. Tony,
Thank you for explaining the communist manifesto enforced, as Malcolm rightly states, by our educated slavemasons on all bases loaded.
Truly shameful, how colesworth make 1000% profit on food sold as producers and consumers starve without income.
The only pigs that benefit are party nomenclatura, as great divide replaces middle ground wiped out, Bunnigs red hammer smashing down under!
When I left komunizm, 60 years ago with parents and sisters, there was only one general supermarket run by the state. Tragically that same mob rule here now.

“You can put red lipstick on a pig, but essentially it’s still a pig.”

$50/kilo as pork is imported from multi-storey high rise towers from people’s republic. From most affordable (when we made stuff here) to unaffordable nation on earth, justice over six decades with krown kabal komunizm sold as free trade globalism.
End result, we see liars all connected, with bio-labs here there and everywhere. Oz one Serco gulag.

  3. The greener the planet the more CO2 we need to feed the plants and produce O2. When did all the true Greenies sell out or die?

  4. Before it’s absolutely too late I plead with every person in the World to listen to this Science Teacher. Our future and our Lives depend on it.

A science teacher explains: What if there was no carbon dioxide in the air?

As a life force behind photosynthesis, lack of this gas would create a domino effect with the food chain – no living plants and animals would mean no living humans.

Carbon dioxide (CO2), a naturally occurring tasteless, odorless gas in our atmosphere is equally vital to life as oxygen.

  5. In case you have not considered it:

In both the United States and Australia, the costs associated with government jobs are generally included in the calculation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This is because GDP measures the total economic output of a country, and the salaries paid to government employees contribute to this output, just like the wages paid to employees in the private sector. Like Industries and other private enterprise, Farmers and Miners are also significant contributors to GDP, as well as products civilization cannot do without.

    GDP and Government Spending:
GDP is a measure of the total value of goods and services produced within a country’s borders in a specific time period. Government spending, includes the salaries of government employees, and (rightly or wrongly) becomes a component of GDP.

    Government Salaries as Economic Activity:
When any government hires employees, it’s essentially purchasing their labour services, but no distinction is made between Government and Private services for GDP purposes. This purchase of labour services contributes to the overall economic output, and therefore, to GDP. But in the case of Government a strong argument can be made for a smaller, leaner government, with as few regulations as possible.

No Difference in Treatment Between Sectors in Terms of GDP:
The same principle applies to both the United States and Australia. The cost of government jobs is included in GDP calculations in both countries, wrongly implying an economic equivalence between the economic value of the Public and Private Sectors; i.e. services and goods provided by both government outputs and private enterprise outputs..

Moreover, reducing the availability of cheap reliable energy drastically reduces the private sector (industry, farming, and mining) good and services i.e. the major employer, and greatly ramps up government regulations and payroll. Government does not grow the economy but it can retard it. This makes a mockery of a nation’s GDP. A defunct private sector means national funds are directed into non-productive activities. Large salary increases to politicians and bureaucrats in the Government merely make the Debt larger – but GDP figures are no longer reliable when government hogs the economy
    .
The end is a disaster because the self imposed energy limits are forcing all sector of the economy, except government, to contract to extinction.

Corruption and conflicts of interest are rife in Government. Very few are as blatant as former Minister Matt Kean, who will be chairing the agency helping to set the price of carbon credits while getting paid by an investment company that makes money out of carbon credits!

……..In his memoirs entitled “Contributions to Molecular Physics in the Domain of Radiant Heat”, detailing a series of experiments conducted at the Royal Institution, Tyndall fallaciously states with regard to Oxygen and Nitrogen that they are both quote:

    “practically transparent to radiant heat.”

Thus laying the foundations of AGW fraud.

This statement by John Tyndall is the origin of such claims as “the science is settled” and the “greenhouse effect is 150 year old established physics.” In terms of radiant heat it is the only factor that would differentiate between the various atmospheric gases.

After all, Oxygen and Nitrogen constitute 99% of the atmosphere. If these two gases are shown to absorb and re-emit infrared radiation, what would make so called “Greenhouse Gases” like CO2, such a threat to the environment at only 0.0385% of the atmosphere?

So the basis for the “Greenhouse Effect” is that incoming and out going IR is not absorbed by Oxygen and Nitrogen which instead passes straight through these gases. According to this unsubstantiated hypothesis, only those gases which are termed “Greenhouse Gases” posses the capability to absorb and re-emit infrared radiation.

The problem for the hypothesis of the “Greenhouse Effect” and of course AGW itself is that the basic premise on which the hypothesis is based is false.
Firstly, Oxygen and Nitrogen both have higher specific heat capacities than CO2……………

In fact their premise that eliminating carbon or carbon dioxide from the atmosphere will get the weather to where they want it to be is false.

Water is a natural solvent. Rain water is acidic due to carbon dioxide picked up in the atmosphere.

Any water soluble gas becomes more soluble as temperature decreases because, in and of themselves, gas molecules have little affinity for each other — after all, that is why they are gases. When dissolved in water, CO2 forms weak bonds with the water molecules. The lower the temperature, the stronger the bonds, the greater the amount of CO2 that can be dissolved.

Carbon dioxide is more soluble in cold water than it is in warm water.

Water and CO2 make carbonic acid (acid rain).

    Plants need carbon and water.

So it makes sense to me that convection causes latent heat carrying water vapour to rise, then cool when it gets high enough, condense to form clouds, and release latent heat which continues to rise. CO2 then exercises its affinity for water which falls as a weak carbonic acid when the formation of droplets reach a certain size.

I can’t see how it would be possible for anyone to explain how Co2 or water vapour can form a greenhouse blanket around the Earth reflecting heat back to Earth. Blankets work both ways.

    ………………………….

CO2 is only 0.0385% of the atmosphere and is the heaviest gas in the atmosphere which is why plants are able to utilise it in the respiration process.

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine depicts the destruction of New York & Wall Street as described in the Book of Revelation – Infinite Unknown

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine st-john-the-divine-cathedral

    The Symbols

The impressive exterior of the cathedral provokes a humbling sensation at whom gazes at it. But what are you humbling yourself to? We’ll examine the details of the artwork.

    The Apocalyptic Pillar

On the western facade of the building, stonemasons have sculpted numerous scenes that seem oddly out of place for a Cathedral. The most striking one is the chilling depiction of the destruction of New York city and its landmarks.

    st-john-the-divine-cathedral-the-destruction-of-new-york

(Not only the) Twin towers collapsing.

The scene above was done in 1997, four years before the destruction of the Twin Towers. Other recognizable skyscrapers are the Chrysler Building and the Citigroup center.

    st-john-the-divine-cathedral-apocalyptic-new-york

The scene above might be unsettling for New York residents. We see the Brooklyn bridge crumbling with cars and buses falling into agitated waters. At the right is the Statue of Liberty, which seems to be sinking in the water. Beneath this horrifying prophecy is the New York Stock Exchange, with people trading goods around it.

    st-john-the-divine-cathedral-the-destruction-of-wall-street-nysenyse

So, what is the purpose of this weird carving? Well, the first thing that needs to be mentioned is the actual St. John the Divine is credited for writing the Book of Revelation in the Bible, which describes in symbolic imagery the events of the apocalypse. Occultists believe that the Book of Revelation has been hermetically coded to reveal its true meaning to the initiates of esoteric teachings. This scene, carved on the west entrance of the cathedral, depicts New York as being “Babylon the Great”, the city who gets completely destroyed by the wrath of God. The Book of Revelation mentions:

“Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!

She has become a home for demons

and a haunt for every evil spirit,

a haunt for every unclean and detestable bird.

For all the nations have drunk

the maddening wine of her adulteries.

The kings of the earth committed adultery with her,

and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.”

They want you to pay extra for wagyu. But have you tried Vietnam style “shaking beef” ? Some people claim you can tenderise it by soaking it in milk. Either way start with room temperature beef in smallish cubes and a super hot wok with some oil then you keep shaking the wok as you cook it very quickly just enough to change the colour on all sides. Don’t overcook !!!

  12. The climate scam is not the only downfall to farmers being caused by those ill-advising “super educated university graduates”.

How long is it since you have been able to sink your teeth into steak without it being stewed or casseroled? I still have the teeth I used to be able to chew and digest all cuts of beef with. I am eighty years of age with no jaw problems but over the years I have had troubles being able to chew sufficiently meats served up, cooked up other than in stews.

I believe this problem is because producers have been convinced to cross breed with many foreign breeds to create bigger cattle. This doesn’t
necessarily produce a better quality product. Whatever happened to the Hereford breed of the fifties and sixties produced successfully here in W.A.? I don’t know but they may not be successfully bred in northern Australia. In any case good beef products could be produced in the south of the country in competition to the other areas.

There always seems to be some new chum convincing the man on the land to change his practices to increase productivity and supposedly income. However many of these ideas don’t really achieve this ideal but once the land usage has been changed it is too large a cost to revert.

For those farmers converting practices to take into account the so-called carbon footprint, they too will be paying a heavier cost of production, because of the false information being released by the educated buffoons.

“What were you hoping for ? Kamala ?” 🤦‍♂️

    FFS Joe…
I’ve posted many comments on this forum where I’ve clearly stated that I don’t support or believe ANY politicians or their godless, Satanic parties, anywhere and that I DO NOT participate in the slavery system of this Godforsaken world by ‘voting’ in their rigged [S]elections.
I do not support anything the genocidal globalist puppet Donald Trump is pushing (and is very proud of) as there is no excuse for MURDER, especially of innocent people who have harmed nobody, ANYWHERE no matter what godless political party the murderer represents. Trump has been responsible for killing millions and is actually proud of it while he openly LIES about it. I.e. Operation Warp Speed and all the wars he not only condones but even starts in other countries that pose no threat to the USA.
ALL of these shills including Trump (but Trump being the worst and most insidious ever), are tarred with the same satanic brush – ALL of them constantly lie and break promises and that’s why I haven’t participated in their rigged [S]elections for over 30 years and never will.
If you think you can change the world by ‘voting’ for lying, treacherous windbags who condone or, at least, show complete apathy and indifference to mass murder of innocent human beings (in so many insidious ways including this ‘climate change’ hoax), while they do NOTHING to improve your quality of life; be my guest. But hopefully, one day you’ll wake up and realize what total waste of time it is even listening to them for more than a few seconds, let alone believing or placing any trust in any of them.
NONE of them are your friends – none of them care a flying f*** about you so, why does anyone bother to ‘vote’ for any of them?

  14. Commenter Wright
You don’t have to pay for CairnsNews but you do have to pay for ABC-TV who just lost a long-running court case about an unfair dismissal in 2023. Rubbish ABC-TV is a propaganda unit of the ALP or UnaParty depending on your point of view. The producers at ABC-TV are all controlled rubbish, they have been serving us mushroom beef wellingtons for a month, they are truly useless, pushing on with their stoopid carbon dioxide nonsense and covering for our dopey fake treasurer TV talking head puppet of Keating, the recession master.
In fact a guy asked ChatGPT which countries in the world had the biggest PER CAPITA recessions and got the answer #1 AUSTRALIA #2 Germany.
Both medium to large economies hamstrung by absurd carbon dioxide mania. Keating the recession master seems to be running this recession we had to have Mk 2. Yes we did have to have it, the inflation because of the reckless borrowing and credit creation. Yes we did have to have a recession after most industry sectors were destroyed. Yes the economy is stuffed because the crooked politicians have woken up too late that they need to support “STEM” subjects in education, not dopey woke agenda rubbish and more lawyers. Keating is on a mission fully known to himself only, it involves eliminating the middle class and taking us to totalitarianism via socialism / communism.
As for Mein Trumpf there are two perspectives, the optimistic and the cynical. The truth probably somewhere, could be anywhere, in the middle between idealism and the practical reality of dealing with a huge totally corrupt swamp, a dog eat dog place where any morality is fake. You should allow Mein Trumpf 2 years while he has control of the senate and house before drawing conclusions. However Swissy’s global ID and CBDCs is probably bigger than Trump, as is the MIC and even BigPharma, both cornerstones of the economy. Trump put RFK in charge of health, what more can you expect. RFK has even been talking to Paleo Pete !!! Trump has thrown out ClimateChange. What more can you expect. The anti-Trump chorus needs to be more balanced and find the middle ground. About 20 years ago Trump said “Lots of people have told me thir kid went autisitic after injections” and “Planes could not do that, it was bombs”.
What were you hoping for ? Kamala ?

  15. Thanks Ed… Once again, I rest my case. 😉
Just wonder how many MILLION innocent people will he murder before you finally wake up.

  16. The answer to all these problems lies just in one concept … getting your guns back.
    Ignore it at your peril.

  17. We had a thunderstorm in Woodend, Vic last night. Fifteen minutes after the rain started to fall I placed and empty mug outside as a rain gauge and caught 9mm by midnight. This morning Elders weather, via the BoM, reported zero rainfall yesterday for Woodend. I have also had recorded several 0 degree overnight lows, via numerous thermometers. Elders, via BoM, reports Woodend’s lowest temp this month as 1.7C. The BoM gaslights Australians as a matter of course. No matter what weather we’re experiencing they tell us it isn’t so.

What disturbs me, as much as the idiots who believe the official weather recordings, and the governments who use this bullshit data to force “renewable energy” upon us, is that farmers pay any attention whatsoever to the BoM and thus sacrifice their crop and herd potential year after year.

  18. Baron S. Hacca would appear to have the most invested in swindling the well-intentioned with his Teals Woman’s Party, still floundering around with random do-gooder notions, maintaining LockStep™ with the trusty Red-Green faction of the UnaParty. Who would have thought a few aqua coloured t-shirts could do so much to help the Liberal party on their paid-off mission to self destruct. We have all these well-intentioned do-gooders on the voting roll who think their karma will come back to them but here’s the news-flash, you are just being ripped off !!!
All due credit to faceless Teals Party boss Baron S. Hacca for manipulating elections and no doubt being well invested in government subsidised nonsense like Carbon Capture & Storage, Massively Overpriced Wind Turbines, Regulation Nightmares for Primary Producers, etc.
Baron S. Hacca has proved himself worthy of the title, and given us the most conspicuous ripoff of the decade, by a non-practicing politician.

  19. Farmers are, in some important ways, their own worst enemies, simply because they are so conservative.
I contacted the KeepTheSheep crowd in WA, telling them that the government cannot take away their livelihoods without compensation, and sending them the best precedents for compensation ever-the $40 million the Andrews government paid out to the McDonalds hambugger chain, for the loss of their Swanston St., Melbourne, property.
Macca’s lawyers were also looking at applying for compensation “…in to the future…” which legally doable:
    https://www.theage.com.au/national/victoria/mcdonald-s-demands-super-size-compensation-for-losing-busiest-city-store-20190626-p521kd.html
KeepTheSheep did not respond (so who am I , anyway?) and intend on petitioning the party that is causing all their problems.
    Not real smart, Farmer Brown!!!
    https://keepthesheephere.com.au
I have all sympathy for them but will not donate a cent to a cause that will likely get nowhere, unless the groundswell is too massive.
With adequate petition numbers they might just get somewhere, but the war on food is in full swing, so…?
