Liberals and Labor have never cared about the numerous people who are eaten by crocodiles every year nor could voters expect them to worry about a human life when the Uniparty kills between 10,000 to 14,000 human babies each year in Queensland, many at nine months old.
It remains to be seen if the new Liberal/National administration will change their opposition to removing many thousands of crocodiles overrunning rivers, creeks, estuaries and the ocean untouched for decades.
No water anywhere is safe to enter north of Gympie on Queensland’s southern coastline. This includes fresh and salt water rivers, creeks, billabongs and dams on the coast or hundreds of kilometres inland.
Salt water crocodiles can traverse dry land walking between waterholes and dams on cattle and farm properties covering many kilometres, usually at night and because of their exploding numbers smaller crocs are being forced out of larger waterways to inhabit smaller creeks or dams.
In North Queensland crocs are accounting for ever-increasing numbers of livestock casualties, particularly cattle. While numerous responsible property owners, anecdotally remove crocs every year it has not had much effect on their huge numbers.
Property owners report massive numbers in their creeks and dams after a series of extended wet seasons. Reported public sightings up until October last year were 1025 according the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service. This is the highest number for seven years.
Many hundreds or perhaps thousands of sightings by fishermen, hunters and boaties during the NQ tourist season go unreported.
Cairns News in is the middle of one of the most concentrated populations of crocodiles in Queensland yet frequently we see tourists haunting banks of creeks and rivers.
Last year, a tourist with his family stepped too close to a high earth bank which collapsed and the tourist, a doctor, fell into the waiting, gaping mouth of a giant croc in the Annan River west of Cooktown. His poor kids were mortified.
Shane Knuth proposes to create a Crocodile Authority in Cairns with staff to deal with the overflow of crocs in the north. His plans include culling because every crocodile farm is overstocked with rogue crocs caught around the state and croc farmers do not want them.
Aboriginal communities would be given the opportunity to run safari businesses and egg collecting which could generate a lot of much needed income for these struggling people.
The skin value of a wild croc over two metres in length is zero. Skin values for similar-sized farmed crocs is reasonable but farmers are dealing with a fickle overseas market.
Every croc is a potential man eater. The only logical solution to thin their numbers is to shoot the bastards.
This all ties in with disarming the population.

I am not at all removed from reality, I know what wild animals are really like, hence my huge respect for them. Which is why I don’t go into their domain [unarmed].
I didn’t say there were cctvs, it was a ‘what if there were scenario,’ – meaning we would then see what really happened: as in evidence of human error.
There are no excuses to not know about this danger, so its probably not a good idea to take your family into this dangerous environment. I certainly wouldn’t.
But I also believe, that when dangerous animals enter into the human world, they must play by our rules, where any miscalculation on their part, also means instant death.
That’s how it works in Asia and elsewhere.
Gooday Michael you are far removed from reality. There are no cameras along the banks of the remote Annan River and the high bank of clay soil collapsed while the good doc was walking along the edge. Fortunately his family was just far enough away not to fall in too. The doc didn’t have a chance there was a five metre saltie waiting for him right where he fell, probably because idiots had been throwing the odd pig carcase into the river from along the bank. In any case many crocs have developed a taste for humans and we get reports of them stalking boats, charging at boats and waiting at ramps for a morsel. We actually live in the real bush where no cameras would exist for more than five minutes.

On limited details, I do find it doubtful, that the ‘highly trained doctor’ just happened to fall into the jaws of a waiting croc? [unless the water was totally infested], I reckon he noticed the reptile, then like most idiots [natural or educated], went to get a closer look, failed to assess the situation correctly, – then whoops-a-daisy! – and nature did her job in upgrading the intelligence of the gene pool.
If the incident had been captured on cctv, I am pretty certain, we would be witnessing yet another case of ‘death by stupidity,’ like the other 90%. No different to this Chinese woman, – who thought the absolute best place to take a stroll was in the tiger den!

Upon illegally and immorally “privatizing” all the national governments, the Perpetrators formed gigantic national trusts under their control, rolled all the assets of the nations, including the land and the people into these trusts, and then used these assets as collateral for “government” borrowing — without the knowledge and consent of any of the actual owners.
When it comes to living people — and let’s just use the Americans as an example, though the same applies to Brits and Aussies and Canadians and French and German and fifteen other Western European nations, too —- the Rolling Trust Game goes like this:
An American baby is born. With no disclosure to the parents and via the abundant use of deceit based on the similar names for the country and for the corporations involved in this con game, the parents are coerced to “register” their baby as some kind of “United States” citizen.
Unknown to the parents, and often unknown to the Medical Doctors who are also dragged in as complicit parties, once the “registration” is complete, the baby’s political status is changed from that of an American infant to that of a British Territorial U.S. Citizen.
This creates an American Infant Decedent Estate Trust and at the same time creates a British Territorial Person, a British Subject.
Seven years later, they declare this British Seaman “lost at sea” and declare this Legal Fiction Person “legally dead”. This creates a lost seaman’s Estate Trust subject to British Admiralty Law.
At the same time that they are creating the British Territorial Person, they also create a Holy Roman Empire Cestui Que Vie ESTATE trust named after the same American victim— this creates a “Dual Federal Citizen” and two Legal Persons named after the American victim.

These “public trusts” are what the phony foreign “courts” (as in King’s Court and Ecclesiastical Magistrate Court) systems address — not the living Americans who purportedly “waived” their birthright estates when they were just babies in their cradles.
And while the British Territorial Persons serve in peonage to the King, the Holy Roman public trusts are slaves to the Pope, so that the bamboozled American is cut out of the deal entirely, with the 40% for the King and 60% for the Pope split still intact.

The Roman Cestui Que Vie Trusts roll back to the long-lost British Seaman’s Trust from whence they came; the British King then comes forward and claims them under Admiralty Law — and the whole game begins again, with the Pope and the King divvying up the spoils, 60:40. Nothing changes.
