A MAJOR truck convoy of farmers from across Australia has descended on Canberra to rally outside Parliament House yesterday (Tuesday). Sky News reported that the demonstration was organised by the National Farmers Federation to protest against the government’s “anti-farming ideology”.
The demonstration was led by a convoy of about 100 trucks that drove from Goulburn to Federation Mall, opposite Parliament House in Canberra. Very telling was the fact that it was the NFF’s first demonstration since 1985.
Mainstream media generally ignored the event, which is a repeat of a number of such convoys to Canberra in recent years. Albanese and his Labor mates could not care less and cynically ignored the protest.
Hundreds of farmers have highlighted key issues including the live sheep export ban, water buybacks, emissions reporting and destruction of agricultural land. “We want to tell all parliamentarians ahead of the next election that they should listen to farmers, not anti-farming activists,” NFF said in an unusually militant tone.
NFF president David Jochinke is particularly alarmed by the government’s carbon policy: “Agriculture cannot be the solution for other sectors’ emissions through offsetting,” he said, referencing the CSIRO threatening statement that agriculture was the fourth largest contributor to carbon emissions behind energy, stationary energy and transport.
The protest appears to have signaled an awakening within the National Farmers Federation, that, as Cairns News recently pointed out, has too willingly embraced the green ideology pushed by mainstream political parties in cahoots with the Greens.
But now that governments in league with corporations are openly pushing globalist green agendas and taking orders from the likes of anti-meat campaigner Bill Gates, the farmers are starting to appear more militant.

The United States has joined 12 other nations in signing a World Economic Forum (WEF) agreement that seeks to engineer global famine by destroying the agriculture industry.
According to the agreement, which was drawn up by the WEF and the United Nations (UN), food production is causing “global warming” and must be eliminated.
To “save the planet” from “climate change,” globalists insist, farms must be shut down across the world.
The WEF agreement sets targets for how much farmland each nation must eliminate in order to comply.
Under the guise of reducing “methane emissions,” thirteen nations have signed the pledge to engineer global famine by gutting agricultural production and shutting down farms.
