The COVID Hoax and the Death Shot were “legitimized” by this accord, although their development had already officially begun 24 years earlier, as detailed by Bill Cooper in his book, ‘Behold a Pale Horse’, published in 1991.
Bill Cooper explained how ‘The Global 2000 Report for President Jimmy Carter’ published in 1980 had taken the findings of the Club of Rome’s ‘Limits to Growth’ report of 1972 and applied them to public policy.
The Club of Rome is a World Economic Forum/United Nations/Black Nobility/Nazi operation. They decried population growth, saying it was the worst thing possible and they caused the US Government to make depopulation a primary goal of public policy.
However, Bill Cooper demonstrated that the US Government was already well on their way to implementing it in secret. He wrote:
“Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under House Bill 15090 (in 1969), where $10 million was given to the DOD’s 1970 budget. Testimony before the Senate Committee revealed that they intended to produce [quote,] “a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired. Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.”
The project that produced the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) was called MK-NAOMI and it was carried out at Fort Detrick, Maryland. SARS-CoV-2 contains HIV. It’s all part of this same depopulation project and “public health” has since been transformed into a military operation.
As Todd says:
“When six magic words are uttered: a Public Health Emergency of International Concern [PHEIC], Lo and Behold! All of your human rights are suspended…Those six magic words revoked your human rights and your Constitutional rights. They made this whole thing into a military operation.”
This is obviously criminal, which is why, as Todd explains, none of the Biden Regime’s main cabinet members has a signed oath of office, which is required by law.
Sarah asks, “So, how do we get ourselves out of this?” and Todd replies, “Because we say, ‘No.’…The operative word is ‘No’.

One of the Dr David Martin interviews alluded to this patent issue about 2022. I didn’t realise it was resolved in 2015.

Stephan, US Attorney Todd Calendar talked about this on SGT Report in 2023? For me, if the courts give a judgement that people were no longer humans because they got injected with mRNA, that’s an invalid decision because of govt/medical regulator/media fraud – there was no informed consent so the rollout of the bioweapon was a crime, the victims are not to be blamed. Fukk the BAR.

If so can someone provide me with details of the legal process that occurred and the formulation of the Laws that state that this is so. Direct reference to the specific laws that apply would be appreciated.

Just to put my 2 cents in the ring before reading…In 2015, the US Supreme Court ruled that any beings injected with mrna no longer had human rights as they were now…transhuman! They ALSO said that as the pharmas OWNED the patent, they would also own the ex-being! They had a right to do as they wished with the animal or being as they so wished. You can take it to read…cutting the lives of those short is NOT punishable ..as there is NO crime! It’s their patent, after all. Not many knew about this in 2015 – let alone at the time the jab was about to be delivered to the held out arms. But if I could find it, then so could they. If I could do some research, so could they. If I held scepticism about this new “experimental jab” then why didn’t they? The largest organ on the human body is the SKIN. You never get it punctured or that invites problems. BUT, if you allow your skin to be punctured and something administered DIRECTLY INTO YOUR BLOODSTREAM, then where is your basic common sense? I’m afraid many must have taken leave of their senses long before the fatal jab was delivered.

I don’t see anyone waking up in useful numbers. From my forcefully strained objective view on all of what is happening, we’re in a humongous echo chamber which is filling up by trickle proportions of those who become awake. It seems to me that it would take another 20 years if we’re lucky, for a 100 monkey’s effect. I don’t believe we have that kind of time to spare. The deed was done, and we probably haven’t really seen the effects of the vax experiment come to full blossom.
I lost my job over it but count myself one of the lucky ones who still had an uncorrupted mind and body and the intuition and respect for God and self-enough to see through the lies and deceit that ensued from 2020 but that was already surfacing in 2010.
I believe that those of us who are still pure bloods and minds were meant to live through this time, we have a purpose that may become very clear very soon.

Even the Baltimore Bridge has a story. What if some of the containers were accommodating children? What if the Bridge needed to be higher above the water at high tide to allow the big container ships access? What if the imported agriculture equipment, fertilisers and petroleum products don’t get the the farmers this season? What if the intention was to activate American production of farming equipment (International Harvester, for example)? New York and Washington DC depended on food, supplies and employment from that port. As Najadi says, how did they know to have cameras running at the right spots to catch the impact of the vessel on the bridge pylon? Who set the charges to blow the bridge.
My question about all of this is “Do you think Australians are ready to get involved in running the country?” Do they still want Mrs Queen or Mr King to take care of them? As Civil Disobedience will be required, I pray more people will become involved, before it is too late. In the meantime, our “Leaders” are guiding us down the highway to hell, to reduce the population to 15 million by 2025.
