I have done some preliminary research on how to apply and what is involved. You’ll need to read and research yourself of course.
Here’s the basics; Applying costs $250. Also consider that you’ll need to pay for marketing, how-to-vote cards, and a few other things. You can fundraise for these costs.Make sure you’re enrolled to vote in your Local Government Area (LGA)Log in or register to the ‘candidate portal’ here. Everything you’ll need is there.Print out an application form (found here under the heading ‘nominating as a candidate’). If running as an independent, you’ll need SIX nominations from people in your LGA who are also enrolled to vote.

You can find your RO here You must complete the free 90-min training which can be found here Familiarise yourself with the rules and processes around fundraising, campaigning, and so forth.

Monica’s heart is certainly in the right place – a great crusader for our human rights and freedom; however, she continues to waste time, truckloads of money, and hope by trying in vain to fight the humanity loathing, treasonous tyrants in their biased and corrupt arenas of blatant lawlessness.
It’s believed (possibly incorrectly), that Einstein once famously said: “Insanity is someone repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result”.
Regardless of who originally said it before it became a famous quotation, it’s definitely true. Monica proves it beyond any doubt. She’s even ended up in prison for her trouble but still deludedly believes she can beat their corrupt system, in their totally biased and unjust, thus phony ‘judicial system’ now managed by criminals who falsely call themselves ‘governments’.

What we know about Local Government aka Councils:
*LG was rejected by Australians in a referendum on whether to recognise local government in the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia in 1988. Despite this failed attempt to grant legislative power to LG in the Commonwealth Constitution, the States went ahead and made their own LG Acts.
*LG is part of State legislation and the ALGA.
*LG Councils are Corporations. LG Councils have a CEO, an ABN and pay GST.
*LG is linked on the local, regional and national levels with ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). ICLEI operates under the Earth Charter principles. ICLEI is now calling itself “Local Governments for Sustainability”. LG in Australia is responsible for implementing UN Sustainable Development policies, with initiatives like Smart 20-minute cities, eco-mobility, high density housing, green energy, climate change.
*Most councillors are ignorant of ICLEI and its influence. However the ALGA and ICLEI have joined forces to support council resilience-building to help councils tackle global warming and plan for a sustainable future.
ALGA and ICLEI Oceania are boosting information and tools available to local governments.
*Sustainability has entrenched itself in education, in business, in government, in churches, in development. For example, the ICLEI Planning Guide suggests that Stakeholders select two kinds of people to serve their agenda:
(1) ordinary people who don’t have “a stake” in the old system and would expect to gain power by establishing a new political system, and
(2) media, business, political, church, and education leaders who must be wooed and persuaded to promote the transformation within their sphere of influence.
The ICLEI Local Agenda 21 Planning Guide is a UN manual for global transformation. The following ICLEI list includes both:
A. Community Residents: women, youth, indigenous people, community leaders, teachers
B. Community-Based Organizations: churches, formal women’s groups, traditional social groups, special interest groups
C. Independent Sector: Non-governmental organizations (NGO). academia, media
D. Private/Entrepreneurial Sector: environmental service agencies, small business/cooperatives, banks
E. Local Government and Associations: elected officials, management staff, regional associations
F. National/Regional Government: planning commission, utilities, service agencies, financial agencies.
*Through the UN, Australian and other Community leaders around the world are called to implement a new Communitarian system of governance which overrides constitutional rights and freedoms.
*The fake Australian Constitution has left Australia open to becoming a Republic now that PM Anthony Albanese has appointed Matt Thistlethwaite to the newly created office of Assistant Minister for the Republic, signalling a commitment to prepare Australia for a transition to republic following the next election.
*Since National Cabinet was established on 13 March 2020 the ALGA sits in Parliament but has no right to under the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia, along with State Premiers and Territory Chief Ministers.
It is pleasing to hear that individual push-back has had some successes against local council initiatives. However, these successes have not changed the local councils which derive their powers from the States and are working hand in glove with Federal Parliament. The battle ground now is the individual against the globalist NWO.

Monica is a crock I organised an interview for her with Ina “Slug Gate” Cook and she said she was too busy.
More to the pint on local councils is this one that Cairns News did on me and my frolics with Geelong Council.
Watch out for what happens with Inkerman St., St Kilda, with the council’s plans to shove some bike lanes through there. CN di done about that one too.

Essentially, law is about funding. Collect the tax, pay the cops, and so forth.
In Tasmania everyone “helps” each other so they maintain the lowest incomes in the federation. Max Keiser told everyone to use bitcoin, that was before the banksters in Australia were instructed to ban the purchase transactions, for our safety of course. Gold and silver would work between people who know each other but that’s probably the limit.
So the local council is part of the financial infrastructure which costs about ten times more to use than it costs to provide. Then the councils have to keep inventing regulations to justify their burgeoning charges. They increase the rates based on property value and also by increasing the % on property value ( an increase, squared ), then invest in projects to benefit the developers who are preferably married to the councillors. They invent bizarre constructs such as recycling storage facilities which when full, mysteriously burn down, when they could simply convert all the plastic and dry waste to energy in a furnace at the end of some train line. No they’re not smart enough to do that even though Scotty FM stuck his neck out years ago and said that was going to happen. Nothing happened, the UN Climate Change prefers the arson approach, the storage shed obviously burned down due to Global Warming.
The councils do the drainage and approve the building zones, that’s why everyone gets flooded and has no access to insurance. The councils love aircon mega-malls more than anything, that’s why there are so many traffic jams.
Finally the system is collapsing under the weight of its own stoopidity and we are collectively living off the RBA’s credit card and still can’t afford to go to McDonalds. I guess it all points towards being an unviable species, maybe we are lucky Elbow’s best friend Gates has worked out ways to cull us.

Today – the most active promoters of the plan are staff and councilors in your Local Council, knowingly or not – Here again are the charge sheets you can lodge against them – they are acting criminally while pretending to be authorised by some “gov’t. If you don’t, they will continue, but having a charge over them may cause them to rethink ?

Anyone can lodge a charge against a pretend Govt employee by simply doing so at the local magistrate’s court. It is a Criminal Charge, so a magistrate cannot hear it, he must pass it up to a higher Court. After you have lodge it, you might inform the one you have charged, maybe a harassing Councillor or police who may back off ??? The charge will remain until they disprove it. This is not legal advice, just a thought eh.
Note on top of the Charges list – they are/were an accessory to the crimes and have shared in the plunder via extortion through rates, fines and fees. Also, we don’t need them, remember that most houses were built without council interference and permits. Most town halls were built voluntarily. Who owns the town, you, the residents, or them ?
And don’t forget the Nuremberg Principles which are adopted world wide. Principle IV. The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him.
When you lodge, at the local magistrate’s court, they will give you a proof of service sheet to complete once you have served the charge sheet containing the one you have named. Their day will come – so keep your paperwork in a safe place !

Has anyone thought that perhaps one day in the not too distant future, we will all (globally) be living under a grass-roots system of governance rather than the current top-down system?
I understand we (me included) may be bored by the actions of local government, but knowing and understanding our local regions, how the current system works and what our councils have been up to over the past couple of decades may well be very helpful in the long run.
Independent councillors may well be the way to go, so long as these local representatives understand the big picture.
While I believe Monica is all about promoting Monica and “”Monica selfies”, rather than being part of a wider movement, I do believe it important that those of us with a much wider knowledge base begin to learn the lesson of the “Greens” and others by “infiltrating” councils.
This is how the “Greens” started off their “march” and we were all too blind to see. Taking a leaf from their book and following the steps laid out in their globalist playbook could work, so long as we are receptive to the idea.
Of course,, the real problem with local governments is not so much councillors themselves but the bureaucracies they seem to give free reign to. I am well aware of actions taken by my local council that have NEVER even been on the agenda of general meetings for our “elected” councillors to debate.
I believe in some LGAs (mine included) some “wide-awake” candidates are running. I have tried twice in the past as a down-ticket independent candidate in a different LGA but we managed to have our top candidate elected both times. I believe we have a very good chance this time around.

Hey folks, I can see why we might disagree with the idea of actively participating in the CORPORATE FRAUD that is our fake “local government” here in Australia – seeing as how there ISN’T any Constitutional basis for local government per se, and what PRETENDS to be that are actually numerous little corporate FIEFDOMS that have no legitimate jurisdiction over the “rate payers” AT ALL. Yet the bastards presume to REGULARLY issue everyone unsolicited invoices for uncontracted services, and literally STEAL YOUR HOUSE if you don’t cough up the PROTECTION MONEY.

But an AWFUL LOT of people don’t know any better, and perhaps inserting some friction into these BS “local councils” illegitimate & illegal profiteering rackets might slow them down just a bit FROM THE INSIDE while other more enlightened crews undertake the task of dismantling their fortifications and dragging them off to the scaffolds FROM THE OUTSIDE.

Since when has Local Government been linked to a political party? Anybody being a member of a political party should be exempt from standing for Local Government.
Local Government is supposed to be to administer our local area, thus its name.
Monica is not that bright, and perhaps a bit misleading. I saw the swearing in ceremony at Geelong council one time, and the new Mayor nd councilors swore “…allegiance the 1989 Local Government Act and any other Acts.” Well blow me down! I didn’t know that one could make allegiance to a piece of paper!!!
If the Mayor, who is also a councilor, and other “elected” councilors for a local government area do not swear the Constitutional Oath, how can they lawfully represent We the People of the Commonwealth of Australia?
Would it appear they cannot lawfully swear the Constitutional Oath as local governments were never given the majority of ‘Yes” votes in each Referendum put to We the People as per lawful requirements in our Constitution (1901)? Yeah, yeah, we get it, our entire government consists of Australian Business Numbers. Corporations have business numbers. Corporations have a CEO (chief executive officer), and so do local governments.
Many people appear to have a great deal of evidence that could support the fact that our local governments do not represent We the People. If that is correct, perhaps it is time we stop paying them property taxes. But then again perhaps I just say that as I cannot afford to pay my “overdue” property taxes. I pay what I can when I can in the hope they don’t sell my home, otherwise I will be a homeless middle aged woman who has once again be totally screwed over by what strongly appears to be some type of governmental mafia system engaging in acts of significant criminal activity of every government control system in this country.
Let us dare not look into what may appear to be a fraud in paying taxes to a corporate owned tax department. That could lead us down the path in discovering our entire governmental is under foreign occupancy. Has anyone notified the Military of that?

No. It’s obviously not. I guess the lure of the massive salaries even politicians, judges and Councilors get are worth pursuing, and the hell with all the people working together to try and bring in a better political and judicial system based on Common Law.
