Last November the South Australian Labor Government showed their true colours by passing the Public Holidays Bill 2023 which refused to use the names Australia Day, Christmas Day, and ANZAC Day.
The Bill referred to them as January 26, December 25, and April 25 respectively, rather than using their traditional names.
In addition, Labor gave themselves the power to change the date or cancel public holidays like Australia Day in their entirety!
After being called out, the Premier embarrassingly backtracked and committed to reinstating the names but the message is clear, this was an attack on Australia Day and the first step in changing the date.
Australia Day as we know it is an endangered species unless we fight back.
The Labor Party is now controlled by its hard left fringes and don’t for a minute think that the Federal Labor Government is any better.
In 2023 you and I successfully fought off the Albanese Labor Government’s divisive “Voice to Parliament” referendum.

That is all but irrelevant. The Constitution of South Australia had been incorporated into the Constitution of the Australia Commonwealth Act, 1900 which expired in the year 2000. Hence every Parliament in Australia is presently without lawful authority. The entire Commonwealth had been returned to the natural law, the Law of Source, the Creator of All. The entire Australian system of government acts presently in a de facto capacity. Their attempt to trick the Australian citizens into granting another term failed when the Australian people returned a ‘NO’ vote at the Federal Referendum of 1999. Please note also that an Australian ‘citizen’ cannot exist since the power to create such an entity had been expressly denied by the Framers of the Federal Constitution at the final Convention at Melbourne. Australia Day was about getting an Australian passport and citizenship, it has nothing to do with the First Fleet or anything else.
Following Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom itself, the Chifley government introduced the first Australian Nationality and Citizenship Act into the Commonwealth Parliament in late 1948. It would come into force, with symbolic intention, on Australia Day, 26 January 1949.
