AS Australian farmers again plan to make a stand for food production on February 6th, German farmers have blocked downtown Berlin to let their own government and the Eurocrats know they reject the anti-farming policies pushed by the Schwab-Gates Davos billionaire club.
Weak politicians in Germany, The Netherlands and other nations of the European Union, are attacking reasonable tax breaks on diesel and farm equipment under the fraudulent narrative of “saving the planet from CO2 emissions”. The February 6th “Reckless Renewables Rally” in Canberra is entirely relevant to Germany.
But the WEF-UN threat to food production is much more than just removal of diesel subsidies. A delegate to last week’s WEF conference in Davos actually proposed to criminalize farming and fishing under the label of “ecocide”.
Jojo Mehta, co-founder and CEO of Stop Ecocide International, casually compared the side effects of farming, fishing and energy production to mass murder and torture. This lunatic, apparently a graduate of the Thunberg School of Sublime Stupidity, said her organisation is currently working with diplomats, politicians, corporations, NGOs and academics to advocate for the recognition of such acts of “ecocide” as serious crimes.
But existing WEF-UN induced policies brought more than just farmers onto the streets of Berlin this week. The farmers were joined, for instance, by recreational hunters who are feeling the effects of eco-madness, in addition to thousands of dissatisfied, everyday citizens.
The soaring cost of living generally is a sore point with regular Germans, whose misguided green and social democratic politicians abandoned critical energy efficiency from coal and nuclear for wholesale adoption of wind and solar farms that simply froze over during the winters.
And when the demented Biden and his cronies blew up the North Sea gas pipeline from Russia, many Germans were forced to burn firewood for heating while a desperate government scrambled to re-open coal-fired and nuclear power stations to save the country from economic collapse.
Like their Australian counterparts, European farmers have also had a gutful of big supermarket groups paying them peanuts for their produce while jacking up prices that the everyday consumers these days struggle to afford.
And now, the chagrin of farmers across Australia, Albanese and company are furiously building Transgrid, a multi-billion-dollar power line network cutting 80-metre swathes across productive farmland to connect all the ridiculously inefficient wind and solar farms in all manner of diverse locations as part of the supremely idiotic “net zero” pipe dream.
As Cairns News readers know, the global “squeeze-the-farmer” operation is no accident. It correlates with decades of green policy (Agenda 2030) pushed for decades by the UN and more recently the WEF, aka the Dickheads of Davos. And this problem is getting worse.
It’s also no co-incidence that one of the main offenders in the squeeze-the-farmer, rip-off-the-consumer game is Woolworths, Australia’s second biggest company, whose major shareholders are the WEF affiliates and global fund managers BlackRock and Vanguard who between them control more money than the national budgets of most nations.
While Woolies floods the airways with adverts telling the populace what caring, sharing price cutters they are, BlackRock, Vanguard and their greedy ilk demand only the highest profits on their shareholdings regardless of whether the price is the blood of the grower.
The fact that Woolworths is under the control of WEF affiliates also shows in their woke decision to back The Voice campaign and not to sell Australia Day items nor even celebrate the day. Instead woke Woolies will be flying indigenous flags on Australia Day. Such stupidity is otherwise known as the ubiquitous WED Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policy.
What also must be a severe embarrassment for the woke wankers on Woolies’ board of directors (five females, four males) is that their third largest shareholder is Norges Bank Investment Management, who run an oil fund known as the Government Pension Fund Global, which is responsible for the long-term management of revenue from Norway’s oil and gas resources.
We would say kudos to the Norwegians in using their gas and oil resources for the economic benefit of the country. What a pity Albanese and company don’t have the brains to do the same here.
Trying to end food production is an action punishable by death and the punishment can be administered by every other human on the planet without warning.
