On the subject of the Flood, theories abound on what actually happened. FWIW, the Expanding Earth theory integrates the Flood incident nicely. IMO that’s a compelling theory, wisely giving no speculation on the physics involved, just joining the dots on the available empirical topology. VERY interesting that all the continents fit together in a neat contiguous sphere about half the size of present-day Earth, MINUS the oceans and with a neat circular “hole” on opposite sides.

Firstly, local councils derive their powers from State Parliaments, so this shows that local councils are under state government. Secondly, local councils are not recognised in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution. Thirdly, the Constitution may only be altered by a Referendum of the people of Australia. In the 1988 referendum put to the Australian people about whether to recognise local councils as local government in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution, the people said NO. Despite this, the States still passed Local Government Acts. However, local councils and local government fall under the jurisdiction of the States. Local councils are not mentioned as a legislative power of the Commonwealth of Australia, and as such do not constitute a third tier governing Australia. ‘Three levels of government: governing Australia’ is being touted on the Parliamentary Education Office website to lull Australians into accepting a NATIONAL Government mindset, with constant media reference to this (treasonous and fraudulent) National Cabinet, with PM, State/Territory and ALGA representation.
“When the law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.” Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act. Chapter V, The States, 109.
Regarding the NATIONAL Cabinet.
The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution does not allow for a NATIONAL Cabinet into Federal Parliament. By removing the Federal Cabinet, then the NATIONAL Cabinet reckons it can and actually is sitting inside the Federal Parliament, ready for potential International governance. Where is the Governor General? If this is occurring it shows we do not have one that is acting “subject to this Constitution” as per the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act. Chapter 1. Part 1. 2.
CHAPTER II. Executive power. 61. states: The executive power of the Commonwealth is vested in the King and is exerciseable by the Governor-General as the King’s representative, and extends to the execution and maintenance of this Constitution, and of the laws of the Commonwealth.
The NATIONAL Cabinet is unconstitutional and must be removed. It is a danger to our legitimate indissoluble Federal Commonwealth under the Crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britian and Ireland, and under our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution.
Why has The Parliament allowed this to happen when the Constitution can address the concerns of the States?

The NATIONAL Cabinet is not chosen by the people in elections, and yet it deems itself fit to sit under the NATIONAL REFORM AGENDA called the Australian Federal Relations Architecture, with PM, PREMIERS/CHIEF MINISTERS, and ALGA in the Federal Parliament. This NATIONAL Cabinet is treasonous and must be removed.
This is clearly a takeover of our Commonwealth Constitution for a republic.

Thomas’ book was confiscated by the CIA in 1966 because he shared too much information about cyclical cataclysms – same events described by Vogt in his book of 2007. … a VERY poor remake of a FAR better movie, “The Omega Man”, starring Charlton Heston, made in 1971, and an earlier movie, “The Last Man on Earth”, starring Vincent Price, made in 1964.
All three films were adaptations of Richard Matheson’s 1954 novel “I Am Legend”, but the same-titled 2007 movie starring Will Smith pales beside the prior two, with it’s implausible computer generated special effects unable to compensate for the stripped down plot, skeletal characters and deficient thespian performances. IMO the dog was the star of the show, but the rest of the crew let him down badly.
