Wet season sediment run-off into ocean has been happening for millennia. From where does the brainless green brigade think fish food comes from and what keeps mangroves and fish breeding in estuaries alive? Mud fortunately. Those whose livelihoods depend on the good health of the reef have said for decades there is nothing wrong with the reef.
Soon there will be no food as Labor’s latest reef offensive takes shape. Simply DO NOT COMPLY!
For Alison
Any New State will be a ‘Regional State’ because it will be territory of an existing State that will not be include part of the capital city.

Simply brilliant.
@Bill Bates “creation of Separate regional states”
The Australian Commonwealth Constitution Chapter VI Sections 121 and Sections 124 deal with New States.
Regions are NOT mentioned.
You won’t get ANYWHERE until the ABC becomes the OZ voice of the people and an honest, even handed information source.
All you’ll get is more of the same gaslighting from it and the rest of the corporate MSM pushing foreign political and woke agendas on behalf of our treacherous, bought and paid for politicians.
The big party players in Australia want national, regional and local governance and this is the way for international governance. We should look at their plans, decide on who respects the way of constitutional democracy, and vote out the treasonous parties.
Go to the websites of the parties and read their Media Releases. Are any espousing Federalism? Is it according to the Australian Commonwealth Constitution enacted in 1901 at Federation? Is their Federalism a “grass roots” democracy preaching Local Government and Regionalism = Nationalism? Or does their democracy rely on the powers of a parliament conforming in its structure to the Australian Commonwealth Constitution of 1901? Are any parties wanting to cut out State Government? What will this then be replaced with?
Whilst Australians have been getting on with their busy lives, our MPs have been outsourcing power of governance to non- elected “experts”, and to anyone who wants to get into the political system via Local Government and Regionalism streams.
There are several hundred Local Government organisations in Australia. All Local Governments are established by acts of the State Parliaments. Right now, Local Government advocacy groups and Regional Australia advocacy groups are doing an end-run around the Australian Commonwealth Constitution. There is no Local Government nor Regional Government jurisdiction in the Australian Commonwealth Constitution.
The Australian Centre of Excellence for Local Government (ACELG) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) was formed under former Labor PM Kevin Rudd. The ACELG is a Consortium of five – the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG), the Centre for Local Government at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), University of Canberra, Local Government Managers Australia (LGMA) and the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia. LGMA changed its name in 2015 to Local Government Professionals Australia.
ACELG has hosted an international roundtable on metropolitan governance with the “Forum of Federations, the global network on federalism and devolved governance”; (Link: About The Forum – Forum of Federations (forumfed.org)) and the Major Cities Unit of Infrastructure Australia. Former Labor Senator Margaret Reynolds said ACELG made impressive progress in achieving its vision of Worldclass local government. Link: ACELG Annual Report – 2009 (uts.edu.au)
UTS says that the Australian Classification of Local Governments (ACLG) divides Australia into urban, regional and rural classifications. Link: future_proofing.pdf (uts.edu.au)
Regional Australia Institute (RAI) says it’s at the forefront of a powerful national movement and it is pushing the Regionalisation of our nation. They will hold the Regions Rising National Summit, 17-18 August 2022 in Canberra. It aims to “Rebalance the Nation” through its National Regionalisation Framework. The RAI Board consists of former Leader of the National Party Mark Vaile, former S.A. Liberal Premier Rob Kerin, and other influential people. RAI calls itself an independent “think tank”. Regional Development Australia (RDA), formerly the Department of Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government was a Labor Government department under Simon Crean who was the Minister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government. This department existed between September 2010 and December 2011. Within this department an Administrative Arrangements Order took hold of the Jervis Bay Territory, the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands, the Territory of Christmas Island, the Coral Sea Islands Territory, the Territory of Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Commonwealth responsibilities on Norfolk Island, Constitutional development of the Northern Territory and the ACT, Planning and Land Management in the ACT, Regional Development, Matters relating to Local Government, Regional Australia policy and co-ordination, and Support for Ministers and Parliamentary secretaries with regional responsibilities. About the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations –
These amendments would give:
1. WHO unilateral authority to declare Public Health Emergencies of International Concern (PHEIC)…
2. Regional Directors of the WHO the ability to declare Public Health Emergencies of Regional Concern (PHERC)…
… without the possibility of appeal by the sovereign nation.
“This international pandemic treaty would foster an all-of-government and all-of-society approach, strengthening national, regional and global capacities and resilience to future pandemics.”
Regionalism is also a tool of the UN for integrating economies. The 5 UN Regional Commissions – United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLAC), United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) work like underground moles at the subregional and regional levels to make an end-run around national sovereignty.

At 24.26-mark Wade explains that through the legislation, the powers of authorized officers that once had to get court orders to come onto peoples’ property have been wiped, and now these officers are being given enormous powers to go through peoples’ records, their farms, to audit, to seize, and to destroy, if they determine.
At 32.00-mark Maria points to global investors and Federal and State governments serving the interests of WEF.
Wade exposes how Governments take a disaster (eg: Murray Darling Basin Plan) that they have made, and then make it sound great. Craig Bailey is right at the cusp of where the environment climate scam and government bureaucracy gone rogue meet.
FTR, “Starved to death” … my research does not show that Hitler starved people to death. People died in the work camps from disease and were not killed by gas. But my research does show that the allies did starve prisoners of war. The lie that lives on is the lie of the Jews that rejected Christ, their promised Messiah. Luke 19:14 KJV: But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us. And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes – Luke 19:41-42 KJV
Farmers have been under attack from green ideologues embedded highest levels of state and federal environmental bureaucracies for decades but they still have misplaced faith that their peak bodies and the Liberals together with the National coalition will one day repel the onslaught. They are sadly mistaken!
The Green ideology is a relentless festering growth in our capital cities and all primary producers and the associated support industries would be wise to research, evaluate and constructively discuss succession from their respective state governments and embrace Chapter VI of the Australian Constitutions – New States.
In Queensland, the vegetation Management Act and the Reef Protection Regulations have been weaponized against all primary producers and is threatening the every existence of regional communities. While in NSW the water buybacks under the Murray Darling Basin Place has already sent numerous produces to the wall while the proposed additional 450GL/y of buybacks will put the nation’s food security at risk!
The creation of Separate regional states will go a long way to removing the grip of the green ideologues over primary producers and regional residents.
A must watch video where Aussie Farmer Wade Northausen is discussing the man-made and deliberate plan in Australia to destroy family farms and businesses.

Years ago Bob Katter told us the reef bleaching had nothing to do with ClimateChange™, it was because of the runoff. There should be a big enough buffer around farms and industry and worst of all there should be enough science personnel at our very dodgy and questionable CSIRO ( who hired the dangerous and dodgy Brett Sutton straight off the Covid-19™ fiesta of bullshit ) to explain simple things to the government since they and all their agencies can only parrot GlobalWarming™ like a huge echo-chamber full of bleating sheep. What’s going on in the CSIRO, perhaps it has been fully infiltrated by parasites and needs de-worming.
Have a read of C40 Cities 2019 policy document “The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5 degree world” whose targets include – 0 kg of meat consumption, 0 kg of dairy consumption, 3 new clothing items per person per year, zero privately owned vehicles, and one short haul return flight up to 1500km’s every 3 years per person by the year 2030. And there are already two C40 cities in Australia – Sydney and Melbourne, with Adelaide likely to be the next C40 city. You can see where this is going.
Simply DO NOT COMPLY!
Good to know Mr Bailey knows about the simple solution to ending the entire anti-humanity UN 2030 Sustainable Develpoment Agenda.
When will the other 20 odd million sleepwalking obedient drones wake up and follow that simple but most powerful advice?
Yeah, I know. NEVER is a long time to wait, so forget it. Seems they all prefer to be enslaved to the treacherous, LYING tyrants that hate them and take away everything that was once dear to them, such as their freedom and God-given human rights.
It’s one thing to curse the AGW nutters but farmers are not saints and generally , they do not give a shit about anyone but themselves.
There were no chemical fertilisers flowing down rivers before the 2oth century. Aborigines did not burn the shit out of the bush they way I have seen it done as I drive from Mt Isa to Cooktown and back.
I saw what happened to the Pearl of the Orient after just one hotel was built on the rainforest mount above the village of Batu Feringhi. Thousands of years of shrimp, and its fermented form, Blachan, was ended and hundreds of boats rotted unused on the beaches.
I saw bulldozing in Darwin and rural regions and hundreds of acres of mangroves die.
So don’t feed me this shit about the poor farmers. If they won’t be educated they will have to learn the hard way.
