I received an unasked for letter from Darryl Kerwitz – unasked and unwanted as it poses 2 possibilities – he is either a liar – OR – is much misinformed to protect the ongoing extortion racket and the obscene salaries of those pretending to be legit, Government when they are not.  My letter was to you.

It was clearly explained to you in my correspondence 29 Oct 2018 re the History of Local Govt,  that Referendums in 1974 and 1988 specifically on this matter, as well as  the 1999 Referendum as proposed by Bob Hawke’s 1886 Request Act, known as the Australia Act,  where the people overwhelmingly rejected the proposal that Australia become a Republic,  and voted to remain as a Constitutional Monarchy.  That rejected Act is the source of the later so called Local Govt Acts in each State, which Darryl and hundreds of Council scribes cling to.  None are valid to this day. The Constitution 1901 is the supreme law in Australia and to this day, does not recognise Local Govt.

Question 1  – If Councils were a legitimate part of Govt, why were the two Referendums called ? ……… answer here please ……….

Question 2 – Does your private ABN company known as SBRC charge Land Tax on Tax exempt  Church Lands ? ……… answer here please ……….

Question 3 – How can the Qld Govt make any laws re tax when the True Constitution Act 1901 states that only the Fed Govt can impose only one tax, ie income tax (which by the way, is voluntary ) ? ……… answer here please ……….

Question 4 – Who is the Insurer used by SBRC for corruption charges which will be laid against Councillors and/or staff ?  ……… answer here please ……….

As I stated, I am content to contribute a fair negotiated share towards some services offered by your Company SBRC.  Meantime I seek the full refund  due since 2016 for the unlawful Land Taxes. My property produces no income.
